My daughters experience at this establishment was very poor. she made multiple purchases.Candace was extremely rude she was not knowledgeable in what was going on with the company on how to get in touch with corporate she hung up on both of us multiple times and then when asked to administer an apology she was not able to give a genuine actual apology for the part that she played in a poor experience at this establishment. I feel like it was very discriminative but that’s just my personal opinion. As a parent with the mixed child you hope that your children never have to have experiences things like this, but due to Candices poor customer service skills unfortunately my daughter had to go through this. Candace also threw in sly digs as to have fun with talking to corporate and as well referring my daughter as mouthy. She didn’t know I was on the phone as this was taking place and my daughter was cool cal and collective. the manager that she could provided we could talk to you that was over her name was Tasha and she wasn’t there. basically she was just Antagonizing us the whole experience and we also did make another purchase due to the lack of time that we had for a day we have never experienced this at any other journeys this was by God the most horrible experience and I hope no one else ever has to go through this so this is our voice speaking up for other people who we pray never have to have this experience again. We also had receipts in documentation of this whole experience as well so just to make sure that everyone else knows if you’re shopping here at the store to make sure that you have your facts and the documentation that you need.

They did not have the Dr Scholls shoes I wanted but they probably just dont carry them. The staff were nice but just a little pushy about trying on shoes

Nice selection of cool shoes. My daughter wanted some Vans. They didnt have her size, but did free shipping to the house. Staff was friendly and helpful.
