I had been given the task of auctioning a personal estate that held a large amount of items. Troy took the time to document the items and photo everything in the house. When Troy returned to pack up the items with his crew, which took two days, the entire process went without a hitch. Despite snow conditions and sub zero temperatures. His descriptions for each item on the auction helps the potential bidder know what to expect when they come to pick up the item. I have been buying from Mr. Bid (Troy) since 2017. I have purchased over 1000 products during that time and think I may have got a dozen that didnt work, which Troy refunded my money for each time. They have always treated me fairly and I have been fortunate to get several very good buys from them. I trust that if I get a bad product that does not meet their description, there wont be any trouble getting the problem solved, at least not in the four years I have been buying from them.

They auctioned off returns and other items from a sporting goods store. My spouse picked up our items but didn’t look at them as she was in a rush. Turns out 60% was absolute trash. Like a kids batting tee that was shattered, a pop up canopy missing the top, or a propane heater with a broken tank connector beyond repair. I get buying ‘as is’ but any reputable online auction company would do their best not to sell trash.
