My car had a flat tire last night (nail puncture) and I called this morning and was told to come on in. We were in and out in 30 minutes and they were able to patch it. Pricing was the best around and everyone was very helpful as I had my 2 kids in tow. Would recommend to anyone! Eight months ago, I went to Colonial Tire for the one of my cars check engine light issue. Auto Zone revealed fault code linked to Catalyst Converter and recommended Colonial Tire. They checked and told me that there is nothing wrong with the Catalyst Converter or anything related to that. They fixed the fault light for free and gave me a quote for converter in case needed in the future. I couldnt believe this! The most honest mechanics you can find. Bring your car in with confidence! Ill definitely come back and also recommend the shop to my friends.Today I came for another cars oil change and AC check. They are very honest and professional. I got the service fast without needing an appointment. Great job! Will be back!Update as of 12/13/2019 - I went back for oil change and check engine light for my Honda Accord. I was referred to a different shop that would be cheaper for the check engine light issue since this shop is not specialized in the exhaust repair. I was only charged for the oil change. Again and again this is the most honest shop Ive ever seen.

I needed a catalytic converter flex pipe and a muffler.They wanted to sell me a whole catalytic converter.The same week another reputable shop installed a universal flex pipe and a new muffler for 1/2 the price this place wanted.P.S. He wrote the estimate by hand on a piece of paper and never showed me how my old defective parts looked on my car.Guess how many times I will ever come back to this place. You guessed right - 0.

They give you an honest appraisal of what the car needs and dont add on things that are unnecessary just to make a quick buck like other car shops do. Twice I have taken my car from another shop to Colonial and had them double-check what the previous shop recommended. Turns out at least half of the things didnt even need fixing.

I like going there for the service. They can do almost anything for my car. They take care of me. Miguel is most helpful and friendly when Im there.

I called and asked how much it would be for front breaks and rotors. I gave year make model of the car. He quoted me one price over the phone and then when I got there it was a totally different price. I feel a taken advantage of. Charging me $80.45 per rotor when theyre only $50 each at OReilly and $85.45 for 4 pads and hardware kit when thats only $50, plus $102.00 for labor. Mind you I only needed the front pads so I shouldve had 2 pads left, they didnt even give me my pads. They probably put used pads and rotors on my car.. Who knows... But I do know that Ill never go back. Which is kinda unfortunate because Im a loyal customer so I wouldve made them my permanent mechanics... Oh well, you win some and you lose some... And they lost me

These guys dont BS like many shops will. Every time I go in there with an issue, Pete & Miguel give me an honest diagnosis and never try to get crazy on me with pricing. Ive went in there with a flat tire on more than one occasion and they could easily tell me sorry you need a new tire and charge me over $100, but on both occasions they were able to fix the leaks in my tire and got me back on the road for under $30. You wont find fair, honest shops like this one anymore. I wont take my car anywhere else and I would recommend Petes(The owner) specific shop to any of my friends. Highly recommend.
