The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and was giving me side eye. I wasn’t sure if it was because I was buying plan b. I asked for the coupon and denied it to me. She proceeded to say I had to have a CVS card. I have been to the other location in mundelein and they gave me the coupon without even asking for it. I didn’t really mind but the way she was speaking to me was extremely rude.
Yvonne and Lindsey are VERY PATIENT AND FRIENDLY!! I have shopped on almost all of CVS stores from mundelein to lindenhurst area and these two ladies ARE THE BEST!!!!!
The CVS in Mundelein is a great place. The store is very clean. The staff there are extremely friendly. CVS always have great sales and this location makes it easier to find. All deals are properly posted. When I was there the cashier was on the phone with a customer who was looking for a specific item. The cashier went and look to see if they had the item. She went back on the phone and told the customer they didnt and gave her numbers to other locations. I hope the other location were as great as this cashier. If you want a clean friendly store this is the location that you want to do your shopping at.
Terrible customer service in the Pharmacy. It almost always takes 15-30 minutes to answer the phones. (the other day I was on hold for 30 minutes and actually went there with my phone on hold to show them they do not answer). The text messaging is invasive and sometimes I get 3-4 text and emails a day for all kinds of stuff when I have repeatedly said I only want a text when prescription is filled. I have to call often to find out why something is not filled or why I cannot use online order sometimes. If my drug plan would allow me to go ANYWHERE else I would.
The CVS Pharmacy ay Hwy. 45 and Hwy.83 in Mundelein has always given me outstanding service. Molly, the PharmacyTechnician always has a smile for her customers, and goes to the nth degree to accomplish her job professionally.Good job, folks!

The worse customer service you can get is at this location. Been coming There for 7 years. But last week is definitely my last. The Mexican guy working there in the morning is VERY RUDE. disrespectful to customers. He has done it to me three different occasions, he refused to honor the coupon that was sent to my card. I showed him on my phone and he simply said: there is nothing I can do. I had to step to the next cashier and she scanned my itiems and she saw the coupons and applied them. Once I asked him help finding an item, he made me wait in the isle while he was stacking up until I had to walk out of the store. I guess he still gets his check even if the store loose customers. Let me take my money where its valued.
Today I made seven (7) phone calls to this pharmacy to renew a simple eye drop prescription. In each case, I waited on the phone for approximately 10 minutes, with no connection to a live body, and then hung up because I do, indeed, have another life. Our family has experienced countless glitches in this specific pharmacys procedures and protocols. I would strongly advise CVS corporate to take a look at what is the problem with this locations functions. Ive reached the zenith of my tolerance!!
I wish I could have read these review before sending my prescriptions to this location. I honestly believe that the Pharmacy Department needs to have a BAD service intervention with the corporate office. No one is willing to do their job when it comes to calling the doctors office and clarifying a prescription. I had to make all the calls myself. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A MEDICATION THAT IS NEEDED TO SAVE YOUR LIFE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE IT SENT TO THIS LOCATION.
Let me first preface that I NEVER post negative online reviews, but I have never received more terrible customer service than the pharmacy department at this location. No one, I repeat not one person was willing to help me with my transfer issue from another location, and after I did all of the calling to other locations to get the issue resolved, so I thought, the person at this location lied to me in regards to my prescription. The lack of customer service is pitiful and I want to thank CVS corporate for putting more than one location in my city so I dont have to deal with this location ever again!
Last night I attempted to call CVS 2 hours prior to closing to refill medications and was prompted to speak with the pharmacist. I waited 45 minutes all together, between being hung up on and being transferred from the main store line. I have never had such a bad experience at this location. ever! I have always had quick and helpful service from Wendy and Molly. I was told by a store supervisor the pharmacist told him to take messages and she would call back when she wasnt so busy. Are they that understaffed? If so, something should be done. Its the only CVS on this side of town, and the only pharmacy my insurance accepts.
The staff is rude. The pharmacy is understaffed. I wont shop there anymore. Lots of other choices.
This CVS has the cutest and most unique lotions and facemasks.
Very inconsistent! They hang up on you always running out of certain prescriptions. Wait time is also an issue. They need better management!
