I got my first COVID vaccine here. Its was quick and easy. The store is well stocked with variety of products.

This Walgreens store is in a great location as its in the downtown area of Mundelein the store is always kept clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful the store is Modern 21 century looking store that is up to date with all the newest products and services available that you would need.

Grabbing some frozen goodies on my lunch break and all the frozen foods were open! A box that’s supposed to be closed was deliberately opened and the management can careless. How gross and unsanitary, especially during a pandemic.

The first lady that helped me in the finding of the health product is very friendly and helpful, she did amazing. Unfortunately I didnt get her name. But in my visit, Its the cashier that day that was unsettling for me. As I was walking up to the register, the cashier was talking to a man making friendly comments which was nice, (I was right between them while they were conversating, clearly in sight) but as soon as I was at the register she walked away to an aisle towards another team member. In which I assumed she was going to switch with her for a break. I was waiting for about 3 min. And I decided to go to them cause they were just talking. When one of them walked out of the aisle while I was walking towards them, she yelled can you help her! Next thing I see, is that same lady coming back to the register. Her name is Vivina, she just scanned my stuff and that super great customer service approach that was used with the man before me was gone. She refused to even communicate with with just even giving me the price of my item and resolved to just flipping a screen for me to see it myself. In confusion of what she was doing I asked her what am I looking at? And she was still reluctant to speak to me like a human being while just settling to pointing out the total due. As soon as the transaction was complete another customer approached, she greeted him in a friendly manner that I was refused. Thats when I noticed that the customer that was being taken care of was white as well as the customer before me. As a hispanic women I felt so offended that this was happening in a heavily diverse community.

Great variety

Because it always has the things I need i.e. Makeup, hair shampoo conditioner or is also pharmacy so thats why I like it. One thing I very much dislike is the fact that prices they are ridiculous, So when I buy things I that are too pricey i go To Walmart 1

Of all the Walgreens Ive been to in my life, this one has the slowest and most inept Pharmacy staff Ive ever seen.Simple prescriptions called in by a doctor take hours to fill, there is never enough staff, and they constantly screw up your insurance. Drives me crazy.

Standard Walgreens. Newer store in a decent location.

Decent, get the rewards card for extra savings.

They need to update their pharmacy hours on here. They have 7 AM when they open at 9 AM.

Good workers and clean store

This pharmacy doesnt even deserve 1 star! The new staff there suck! Mix up medications constantly instead of saying they did not fill a medication they try to say a day to early for refill. Its a new medication not a refill.
