My first experience was outstanding. Manager Ken welcomed up to the store, was able to provide expert advice, and gave us a great dealOn the equipment bought. Highly recommend this location for any future needs to fitness materials.

Did a good amount of research on brands before starting to build my basement gym. Other places equipment felt cheap vs the quality brands/equipment at Fitness Factory. Worked with Lenny, he was fantastic! I ended up coming back to make a second purchase through him, super friendly and great to work with. Great selection of equipment on the floor that you can try and feel what works best for you, lots of options of power racks that are equal quality to what you see in gym. Will be going back to this location as I add equipment to my home gym!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Working with Ken Maxie was an absolute pleasure. He went above & beyond to help decide & purchase a spin bicycle for my wifes birthday. I will 1000% go back to finish purchasing items for our home gym (in the making). I highly recommend you find this location and work with Ken. He will steer you in the right direction.

I was in the Mundelein store on 9-25-2021 and the Fitness Consultant that assisted me was Ken Maxie, Ken is definitely an asset to Fitness Factory by being professional, knowledgeable and very personable it was a pleassure doing business with him.

Great experience working with Fitness Factory. I recently purchased a treadmill and could not be happier with the quality of the product. It is intimidating with all of the options available but they were able to provide guidance as to what would work best for my family. Delivery and setup was outstanding.

We called around looking for the right elliptical for me. We talked with Ken. His customer service on the phone was excellent so I stopped. In. It was equally as wonderful inperson. He showed me a few machines. Had me try them and I made my decision. I have been looking for some time. His customer service was the selling point. I am excited for them to come out and to get started on working out again.

Outfitting a gym in the pandemic is a challenge, yet Fitness Factory is providing a quality product and experience. Ken Maxie was very helpful and informative as we discussed options. Im glad to do business with this organization.

My husband and I went here today right at 11:00 am when they opened, and he decided to just run inside himself really quickly. We wanted to get some weight plates, but the person in store was so rude and unhelpful. We understand its Covid, and these things are not available in store at the moment but we thought we would just check. He told him he could order anything online, and was being rude as if he was upset someone was in store in the first place. He kept insisting to my husband that he could order anything online but then when my husband asked further, nothing we wanted was available. So why even say these things if you have no idea what youre talking about? He was very condescending and rude to a potential customer. My husband then asked if there were samples of the plates in store that he could look at so when things were available to order he would know which ones we would want. The cashier (because I cant imagine hes any sort of customer service person) rudely said there was nothing in store and to look online. So my husband walked around on his own and saw plates on display to look at. The cashier was eyeing him suspiciously the whole time and making him feel like a criminal. Do people regularly walk out of the store with 4000$ treadmills? Is this a common practice Im unaware of? We will definitely not be coming back to this awful location. Rude and unhelpful are the nicest words I can use, do not waste your time in this disgrace of a store.

Tried to order several times. They said they had equipment available. Followed up several times and they couldn’t get a quote together for me. Day before pickup was scheduled, they no longer had equipment. I’m positive the quality of equipment is good, but the experience counts.

Sales: Ken was so friendly and responsive! I would have questions or want to know updates and he would respond right away via email, even not during work hours. I was very happy to work with him. When we ordered our rugged fitness power rack, we were missing a box. Warehouse issue. Ken offered to drop it off for us personally. 5/5The product: We got a rugged fitness power rack package with rack extension and lat extension. The safety rails are inconvenient and not great... but the product overall is fairly sturdy and the materials are good. The lat extension isnt great either, I would skip it, if possible. We got it because of supply shortage during covid.Price: Overall: pretty good with the limited supply. Ive browsed gyms in the nearby area and theyve been drastically more expensive.. and used equipment isnt that much less right about now. 4/5Delivery: Got the wrong box, home-gym was delayed a week. Dip attachment delayed 5 days as well, but I suppose thats the norm with a busy covid time.

Very rude salesman lenny. Hung up the phone as soon as I said I will order the item later in the week. Needs to go to customer service class a few more times maybe something will stick

My company recently built out a fitness space in our office with Shannons help. He was very personable throughout the process and extremely knowledgeable when it came to picking out equipment. He helped us get the best equipment possible within our budget provided us numerous options to choose from. We had the equipment delivered and installed at our office yesterday. From start to finish, the process was as smooth as possible and we could not be happier with our new fitness space.

Great staff! I knew what I wanted but had no idea of the different options that existed. The staff walked me through all the options giving pros and cons of each to help me with my purchase. I really appreciated the help.

Went there recently to look for the storage rack for my home gym. The selection is excellent, I didnt know there was store in the area with such a a complete selection of fitness equipment. In addition, the store manager Shannon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Fitness Factory.

Kinda cluttered and messy. Makes it hard to navigate the store. About 50% of the store is designated to cardio equipment. Not really the cheapest option, but of they have it in stock, you get it that day. Have most common items instock. They have to manually input your credit card info due to having no scanner which I am not a huge fan of.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They had an accessory in stock that was really hard to find. They put it on hold for me until I was able to stop by. I like that they were open later in the evening, which made my visit convenient. Looks like they have a great selection of exercise equipment, the place was loaded with great stuff. Excellent experience.

Solid guys. They always take care of me. As a gym owner competitive pricing and value are very important to me and the staff at FF in Mundelein get it. And the value of time. Once my order was delayed and when it arrived the guys hand delivered it to my facility. Solid.

I just stopped in to grab one thing because their prices beat Wal-Mart, Target and Amazon on that particular item. This place had everything you need!!!! Its a little hard to see from the road, but Brian was extremely professional and personable. Ill be going there for all of my fitness needs for sure.

OK, first two visits were minor purchases with not alot of needed advice but helpful and good prices. Today I thought maybe they can help me decide what is best for what I am trying to accomplish in a certain sport. Then came Nick, who was exactly the right person and knows his stuff. I made a purchase and I am pumped because based on his knowlege what I bought was a perfect fit for my needs! Thanks Nick for being there just at the right time and being so helpful!

Manager is mean salesman, dont really wants you buy anything, he is doing you a favor helping, i spend 1100$ in two days < good equipment > but never go back there again
