I went to steve because I was having issues with my boat starting. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and every detail about boating. The price for the work he did was very reasonable. If you have a boat you know any work on a boat can be expensive. Steve saved me a lot of money and got me back on the water within an hour. Very nice guy too. Definitely recommend to others!!

Steve was great called and asked about a old roller boat motor Chrysler 25hp to be exact he told me over the phone what to do it to it. And got it running and he didn’t charge me a dime. Absolutely great guy and company and awesome hospitality.

The hardest thing to find is a mechanic you can trust!There is no BS with Steve, years of experience and an old school attitude of pride in his workmanship.My 2001 merc 150hp XR6 just didnt have the top end that it had when it was new. Ethanol, age etc it needed some love. Carb rebuild fuel system inspection and a timely water pump replacement and the motor runs like new.All the work that was needed NO MORE NO LESS, ON TIME, VERY REASONABLE FOR HIS EXPERTISE.Thanks Steve

Talked to the gentleman on the phone about an issue with my outboard on more than one occasion. He gave solid advice on how to remedy an issue I had and also on comparability of parts on another occasion. He didn’t have to do this as he doesn’t know me. Instead of trying to get me to spend money, he told me what to do. Not many left out there that will try to help without first being paid!!

I I taken my boat to another repair facility in Tullahoma and was told it would be 3 and 1/2 Weeks. I then contacted boatmasters and he stated that I can have it back within a week and this was over Christmas vacation. He repaired my boat when he said it would be done and at the price that he stated. I was very happy with the price and the repairs and will definitely be going back next time I need work done on my boat.

Recently I talked to the owner of Boat Masters about a problem I was having with an small outboard . He gave good advice over the phone and where to order the parts I needed . This is something he didnt have to do but was willing to help me out . Most places would say you will have to bring it in and let me look at it .
