Jane is so good at doing piercings, I got both of my nostrils pierced today and I kid you not it was minimal pain. It shocked me at first, but the piercing experience was fun. She talked to me while she did it which calmed me down, and told me when she was doing it so I’d also be prepared. She is definitely professional, I 100% recommend. I will definitely be going back. (Also, for better details, I do NOT HAVE HIGH PAIN TOLERANCE.)

Walked in to get my septum re-pierced and to get my girlfriend a nose ring too. Rude girl at counter said “we don’t do those anymore”. I asked why. She would not answer me. Just shrugged me off. Is this a new policy? The girl was ginger and had studs on both sides of her nose. Hope she doesn’t treat all of y’all’s potential customers like this. Chrome would be closed in a week.

I went here as a walk-in to get a second nose piercing & I had a great experience. The front desk worker was very helpful and nice. The piercer was very efficient and the process did not hurt. I will definitely continue to come to Chrome Halo to get more piercings done.

I delivered a Doordash order to the girls up front and also asked questions about my Wife and myself thinking about getting tattoos. They wer very nice and helpful. When I asked if they do deals they told me about their walk-in days, and explained how they work. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

I went here to get a nose piercing and was informed the lady that does the piercings was doing a tattoo to come back in two hours. Since I have a new baby at home and had a baby sitter set up to specifically get my nose pierced I called before driving back to make sure that I could get in around exactly when she said to come back and was told yes so that’s what I did but unfortunately when I got back I had to wait 40 minutes because the piercer was still not done with the tattoo which I understood but it would have been nice to of been told there may have been a chance I would of had to wait that long after getting there so I could arrange for longer childcare. The young girl at the front was so sweet. When they called me back to get the piercing done I did notice they had already laid out my stuff on the tray before I got in there and they also had multiple clients jewelry set up for after me on the same tray/surgical napkin. I didn’t make a fuss about it because I trusted them and understood it was probably done to save time. If you decide to go here and would like to see them open the needles and set up the tray then you should probably request it before going back. Overall, I had a pretty good experience.

They were really nice people, but a couple months after i got my nose pierced i had a keloid pop up, even though i had been cleaning twice a day since i had gotten it, it is starting to go away now, but i’ve had it for probably about a month at most. I know this is just something that happens sometimes and is normal, but i assumes since i was cleaning it, i would’ve avoided that. but they were overall really nice and really helpful. this was probably just a self error

I called at 8:01 to ask if they had time to do a nose piercing tonight. I was told yes and quoted a prices of $20-30 depending on jewelry. At 8:17 I walked in and was told they were done for the evening. Extremely annoyed that I wasted my time driving over.

The first time I went here it was not a bad experience. I only got my nose ring changed and my daughter’s nose pierced. The second time I came when they opened on a Sunday. I wanted another piercing and a tattoo. Had to wait for our appointment time of 3pm for the tattoo and piercing after. I Left to get cash and come back because they charge a $20 fee to use debit for the tattoo. When we got back the reception girl, who gave us the appointment time then tells us it’s going to be 4pm because they just got lunch. It was suppose to be my first tattoo so I’m annoyed I waited over an hr for my appointment to be told they’re at lunch. I opt for the piercing instead and only to realize I still have to wait for them to finish eating. What is that?? I asked for the shop manager, there is non. I ask for the owner, I can’t talk to him because he’s eating. It was a waste of my time and so unprofessional. They lost two clients and anyone associates with us. They also have you get a picture from the internet to size it on white paper to even do a simple design. Worst experience. They don’t deserve my business EVERIn Response to the “misunderstanding”: Your reception did not explain this and I was not told to put a deposit. She said I can pay cash or pay extra $20 to use my card. I went and got cash. She told us it was at 3pm and the reason it was pushed back was not because I didn’t pay to reserve my spot because I was not told that. Rather because everyone was eating. This isn’t a matter of being human and having to eat. It’s a matter of me waiting since 1:30 for a 3pm appointment and being told I have to wait another hr because of lunch. Also the $20 I did pay was for my ear piercing, which I asked for it back because I still had to wait. Perhaps your reception needs more training of your process.

I got my tattoo done here and the lady who did my tattoo was extremely rude. Not only that, I now have scars that didn’t heal from getting a tattoo here. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

Came in for tattoo in the begin of December had the out lining done had to come back for second session to have my shading done which was done the 1st of February I moved to Chicago and have a family member who does tattoos so went to him for a quote to add on to my tattoo lets just say what was said I am not happy at all not to mebtioned the tattoo artist scarred me too. I spent $700 for BS this was a treat to myself for my birthday/Christmas and first tattoo ever now I have to come out of my pocket to have it fixed and have a touch up done the it looks faded

He talked me through every step and even explained the wrong aftercare instructions I had been given by another shop in town and told me what the proper aftercare is instead. Went and got my belly button pierced there yesterday. Really friendly staff, very clean. The only down side, when I got there the piercer was on a smoke break the lady said it would be about a 10-15 min wait. Sat in the lobby for close to an hour, I was the only one there.

I just went today for my first piercings ever! With COVID, they were very clear on instructions and what needed to be done, and had a little waiting area outside. The girl who greeted me was SO nice and friendly and made me feel less nervous about getting my piercing, she’s amazing! The guy who did the piercings was super chill, made me feel pretty safe, and had me in an out with the piercings not as scary as I thought. Just a slight pinch and they were in! I have already recommended friends there for piercings! Great staff, and extremely fair pricing.

I got a tattoo done there last October and I loved it. It was super good work and the tattoo artist (I believe his name was Todd) was very professional. However, when I went back a few months later to inquire about a touch up, I was informed that the artist had left Chrome Halo and went to another shop in another town, too far away for me to want to drive to. So if I want to get a touch up, I will have to pay for it. All good and fine (as long as it’s not too pricey) so I left my name and number but no one ever called me back.Update to the shop’s response from earlier in the week: I never said I wouldn’t wear a mask while INSIDE the shop. I am well aware of the mask mandate. But you are making people wear them outside and that is not a requirement unless social distancing is not possible. I’ve read the entire executive order and it clearly states (rule 3, subsection vi.)that masks are not required outdoors unless social distancing is not possible. I will not be recommending your business to anyone. I’m getting my work done at Icon. Much friendlier and more professional environment. And I don’t have to wear a mask while I’m OUTSIDE.

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they not consult me about the spot of the piecing they also did not give me any jewelry options. When I tried to ask questions I was met with sass and was talked down to. I had done my research before coming in so I knew what I wanted and what it was called.The piercer was rude and did not consult me at all. The front desk girl was very nice but the man who pieced me was rude and had horrible bedside manner. If you want to actually get what you asked for go somewhere else.

Super cheap for piercings!! only $40 for my lobes which included the earrings and they were super cute silver hoops. They did a great job with being socially distant and having everyone wear masks. The piercing was super quick and painless and the staff was friendly!

Really disliked my tattoo I got on my ankle, I’m a light skinned black woman so I got a tattoo on my ankle of a small hibiscus and it look nothing like the photo I showed. It’s so hard finding people that know how to work on my skin tones even though I am caramel colored. Just wouldn’t go there anymore, very disappointed and I will have to cover it up unfortunately... got a piercing here and it was okay but the older lady who did my tattoo really didn’t put in any effort.

I got a small simple flower tattoo and came up there not once but TWICE for a touch up appointment and got turned away BOTH TIMES!! The first time i came In for the touch up I actually talked to the girl who did my tattoo and she told me to come back February 1st, which i did, to only get told that i wasn’t on the list and i was going to have to wait until March for my touch up appointment. TWICE NOW I’ve driven an hour to get my tattoo fixed on the days they told me to come!!! i regret tipping the artist more than what i paid for the tattoo!! Lol, yet again, they still want to argue and make excuses for not doing my touch up when they picked my appointment dates! Very unprofessional 👎🏼👎🏼

Will NOT get pierced anywhere else!!! We had such a great experience. We didn’t know how the process would go with covid shutdowns etc. but they had everything very well organized. From the time we walked up, we were greeted by the most friendly receptionist, the piercer, David, was amazing. He was so quick and informative, even got to sign the WALL OF PAIN!!! The staff was amazing. Ive gotten my belly pierced and my septum pierced here. Both were painless and I could tell I was in really good hands both piercers were very professional and polite. They practice cleanliness and social distancing if anyone ever needs a piercing, this is where I will recommend!

After calling to confirm their availability, a group of 5 of us drove there, 2 had the intention of getting industrial piercings (we inquires on the phone prior to coming). We were told the site was too busy to pierce(although the piercings take 3 min each). We drove there and wasted time for the artist to tell us no. Our arrival was 6:03pm.

Just got a nose piercing. Everybody was nice not one rude person in site. The guy that did the piercing went so fast I didn’t have time to be nervous lol! He did explain everything as he was going. I’m glad the bad reviews didn’t stop me from coming. Plus my daughter referred me to you guys.

Person who pierced me was nice and professional, but lady in the front seemed to not give a care about her job or clients. I asked to be able to flip up my septum for my job, but all she said was I can do it myself when I get it pierced. Now it’s stuck in myNose and I call them asking for advice. And she said she didn’t know what to tell me.

I haven’t used this place but I was going to but I called and asked them how much it would be to fix a tattoo and the lady who answered the phone was kinda rude the way she answered the question and before I was finished talking and Telling her what I was needing done she hung up on me.

I preferred zack he was much better but hes not there anymore :(

10/10 the piercing was a solid process. The piercer Zach was patient with me when I got lightheaded and pointed out that I had lost my color, asking the person at the front to keep an eye on me and if I needed any water or crackers. The person at the desk (name unknown :( ) also say with me and talked with me until my color returned and I felt better. They also explained everything to me as it happened. Again, 10/10 will be returning

I was so impressed with my experience that I had to spread the word! Ive had several tattoos from them and they have all healed wonderfully and still look like I just got them! Bright and vibrant! Detailed linework is a breeze for them and Ive even been so impressed I decided to get a piercing on a whim and once again, I was more than satisfied! The most quick and painless thing Ive ever done, especially considering that I got a hood piercing. I was so excited that I brought a friend of mine to get her nipples done, and of course she was extremely happy! I wouldnt ever go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

So this place was super clean and the people were nice. My only complaint is the actual ring they put in my nose. I had the right side of my nose pierced and the hoop was huge.It was almost like a septum hoop.It was so painful. My nose hurt so much.. there was so much weight on my actual nostril.I didn’t really know what to do...I did what you aren’t supposed to do. I ordered a small stud and changed it to that. So MUCH relief.

I personally would give them no stars. I called at 7:37pm about an industrial and helix piercing and was told to come in, and when I get there at 8pm their shop is closed. However their sign says that they close at 9pm. A waste of space and time is what they are.

I have had several tattoos done over the years so knew how to select a good fit between artist and canvas. And I scored BIG TIME with Chrome Halo!!I was super impressed with their technology, customer service, and stellar health scores. But what really impressed me was their talent as artists. I came in with general concepts in mind and the artists took the time to produce a couple of different designs until they TOTALLY NAILED IT!I couldnt be more satisfied with my quarter sleeve and HIGHLY recommend any of the artists at Chrome Halo. By far the most unprofessional tattoo parlor, I have ever been to here in Murfreesboro. So I gave a close friend of mine a ride here to get a piercing. He scheduled an appointment a day before at 4:30 PM. Later that day we arrive at 4:20 PM. While we walked in the store to check in for his appointment, one of the employees said that, the person who was suppose to do the piercing had a walk in tattoo, so we had to wait a few minutes. First of all, the the thing that bothers me the most is, what was the freaking point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait after the walk in tattoo? Wasnt that the purpose of making an appointment? So that you dont have to wait? My buddy and I have literally been here for an hour. Poor, poor customer service. The worse place so far! Do not go here! They do not value your time at all! There are many places that are better!

I absolutely loved my experience! Talking with Rose on the phone (amazing customer service skills!), I explained I wanted a nose peircing with a hoop instead of a stud. I went into the back story and my history with keloids and cartilage piercings etc. she confirmed theyd can certainly do the job!After being turned away by multiple tattoos studios, I was glad they could but didnt get my hopes up. My first nose piercing was the worst Id ever had, it was so painful. I was sweating when I walked in. But they made me feel so calm! When it came to the act itself, I was in and out in under a minute - super quick! Wont say painless but definitely a lot less than my first, I was surprised he already had the jewelry in!Minimal to no bleeding (where as on my first I bleed A LOT), that was major! And they thoroughly went over my after care instructions. So far such a great place and highly recommend! Ill try and update as the healing process goes and how well they handle my inquiries (since Im sure Ill be calling and asking more questions so I follow everything to a T lol) Thanks Chrome!!

After reading through all the reviews it seems that alot of people had the same experience as me. This is going to be long but please read, I never write reviews but Im hoping to save someone from infection and scarsFirst of all, the girl on the phone was very rude and every time I would call to make an appointment no matter what the time was the piercer was on lunch. Anyways I finally am able to get in, I get a double helix (cartilage) piercing, first of all the dude pierced my ear too far away from the edge on the bottom one so theyre uneven, also they put in hoops and any other piercer will tell you absolutely do not pierce with a hoop, hoops are for after its fully healed, Ive had over 10 piercings and even with my sensitive skin and allergies to certain metals I have never had one get infected or cause me such pain like this, I have cleaned my ear properly, made sure not to touch it or even sleep on that side, Ive gone out of my way to be extra careful. Its been 4 days and 3 out of the 4 my ear has been red, swollen and literally throbbing, I called to ask them what to do just to see what they would say (like I said Ive had plenty of piercings before I new this wasnt normal) the lady rudely told me to just keep cleaning it and hung up. Im going to the doctor today to get antibiotics for an infection. Like others stated, I never saw him open a new needle or anything, yes I should have questioned it but I figured a PIERCER of all people would know how to properly sanitize things. I usually go to straight edge but I was impatient and didnt want to wait so I gave this place a try and absolutely regret it, I 100% recommend straight edge, the guy is nice, hell answer all your questions and explain things to you and fix the sloppy work of other piercers and he has the most experience than any other piercers Ive ever met.

You wont find a more professional tattoo shop in Middle Tennessee. All my ink is from Chrome Halo, and even the old ones still pop with color. The shop itself is clean and relaxing, and the artists are extremely talented. Chrome Halo knows how to give you what you want, at prices that wont kill you.

I had both of my nipples done by the Zach was quick but kinda rude and was not very helpful when it comes to the healing process of the nipples.

I went to get two simple piercings on my EAR and they couldnt even do that right. First, they say 2 for 30 but that is only if you want the crap piece they offer you. Then if you want a decent one they charge an extra 10 dollars for each one. Then I show them my student ID and they cant even do the math right to give me 10% of $50 they gave me $4 instead. Unless math has changed I dont think that is correct. Now on to the piercing, the guy did mark everything correctly but when it came to putting it in my ear he miss it entirely and pierced, pretty much, the side of my head. Oh, and when they give you a somewhat decent earring it is a dang star that is the size of Texas.

Ok, I am usually not someone who writes reviews whether they be exceptionally good or bad but I felt the need to in this case. A few weeks a go i went to Chrome Halo and got a single cartilage piercing. Now i have had my cartilage pierced before and knew i had issues with my ear swelling so I asked for a bar instead of a hoop but was told We cant do that. So I let him pierce me thinking it was something that no piercer was supposed to do with cartilage piercings. Well today my ear was feeling exceptionally sore so I had a friend look at it and try to open it up. She was unable to and told me that the hoop that happen put in had put a decent sized cut on the edge of my ear. I went to the piercer I usually go to to have her try and fix it. She ended up putting a BAR in and cleaning the cut, she then advised me to go ask for my money back. When i did so the response i got from Chrome Halos piercer was I know for a fact i have never cut anyone and there are no refunds but feel free to take me to court, without even deigning to take a look at my ear. Normally I would take someone to court but its not worth it over $18 even though I may end up with a small scar on my ear. from now on I am going to stick to my regular piercer even if that means waiting till she gets back from vacation an paying $7 more.

I got my helix pierced by a rather rude man who was frustrated and snarky about the questions i would ask; I was nervous because I have read and heard scary things about cartilage piercings. Then 3 days after I get pierced there, I have a hideous infection. Turns out it was Bullous Impetigo which is basically Staph-filled blisters and they are all up and down my ear. I had to get prescription antibiotics and antibiotic ointment and am currently going through treating it. Rose was very sweet but tried to tell me it was an allergic reaction (I understand she is not a doctor and that her profession is tattooing/piercing). I may not be a doctor yet (pre-med), and I am fully aware that allergies can develop later in life, but if this were an allergy, I’d be having problems with BOTH ears and it’s just convenient that i never had problems with any of my other piercings and 3 days after being pierced here my ear looks like a horror flick. I will not be returning here and I wish Rose would’ve been my piercer because she seemed so sweet and seemed quite knowledgeable.
