Excellent service today from Jordan. My husband found a pair of shoes he liked, but they didnt have the size he needed. Jordan offered to call another store to check for availability, and asked them to hold the shoes in 2 different sizes for us.I realize this is a standard practice, but Jordan was very polite and kind with us as she offered to do this and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service.

Such an unpleasant experience. Not a single bi racial, black or Latin employee. Then you’re walking around and the employees follow you around like you’re going to steal. My husband and I were looking in the kids section for shoes and the employee is just standing starting at us like leave us alone if we need help we can ask for it. She kept doing the same thing to other people and made the entire experience awkward. Experience with the one employee ruined my over all perception of this store. The store does have amazing shoes, and it is clean and well organized. Word of advice let people shop if they need you they will ask for help. And following people around is such an unpleasant experience.

Good prices, friendly staff. Everyone decided to check out at the same time, so it had a huge line, but it moved very quickly.

I had two trips there this week, first to pick up an online gift order. Very convenient, & the young lady who helped me was very nice, & informed that with the buy one get one half off that I could come back within 60 days to get a half off pair. I did go back & purchased a pair of tennis shoes for an angel tree child. I believe it was the same young lady who waited on me previously, & she was so kind to reassure me that I had the right size & that I had made a good choice. I appreciated her kindness & input.

They literally have the rudest people working here. They seem like they have unhealed trauma and they just prey on customers and act awful to them any chance they get. I hope they get the healing they need because multiple times I have left feeling absolutely awful because of the employees.

Disappointed in the selection 😕 soooo many sneakers and almost nothing else. Not happy with this store since Rack Room bought them out. 👎

Employees were very helpful. My son wanted a pair of boots but they didnt have his size. They found them at a store about 30 miles away. That store is holding them for several days so we dont have to go to Nashville until tax free weekend is over so I dont have to get in Nashville traffic. They even had an employee in Nashville text a picture of the boots to an employee in Murfreesboro so we could make sure they were to my sons liking.

Very nice store and great sales. I have been looking at this particular pair of keds and today I bought them.I was looking for gym shoes and end up with gym and my other pair for, get this.....The pair of keds in the store were marked down on clearance and the store had bogo 1/2 off.These keds came out last year selling for over 50 bucks. I got them today for 10.99.I was speechless and excited about them.Thank You Jesus ❤

Did not have the shoe we were looking for, but the sales person was helpful in trying to locate some in Murfreesboro.

Disappointed that they didnt have any shoes that fit.

I am here spending money and the restroom is closed to paying customers due to covid 19. So a place you can wash your hands is closed in a place everyone touches every shoe display. Ridiculous. Pretty sure all public places are required to have a restroom for customers

Unfortunately after many positive shopping experiences and lot of money spent, I must now give one star for one HIGHLY disappointing visit. I came in with my 3 year old disabled son to buy shoes on a Sunday. When I got inside, I noticed he needed to be changed. My 3 year old cant hold his head up, let alone stand for a diaper change. You sell shoes for ALL ages but yet don’t have a changing table. I had to walk in the rain with my son in his medical stroller to Best Buy to change his diaper. I cried in anger the entire way. To be such a LARGE store and not have a changing table, is unacceptable and I plan to call the corporate office as well. Unfortunately, All of my points over the past years will all go to waste and I won’t even be in to spend my next $15 off.

Great selection with a very friendly staff. Good prices and always willing to work to ensure receive the best deals. It is very rare they do not have the size I am looking for, and will order whenever they are able to. Never had a bad experience yet. Definately recommend for your foot wear needs

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at this store! It is very difficult for me to find shoes that I like, that fit well & dont hurt my feet. I actually found 2 pairs. Ive been wearing them every day since & they feel incredible! This is unheard of for me. Hurray!!! Im ready to go back!!!

Great selection of shoes. They have a bit of everything for all ages. My only ask would be to lower prices rather than offer a second pair for 50% which seems gimmicky and like every other big box shoe store. Its well worth it to sign up for their member deals if you buy from them frequently or have kids.
