Awesome day. Had to return shoes bought online (Tennessee Vols Pumas). Very surprised they had what I needed in stock even in the wife version of my size 13. Staff was very curtious and offered they them for me not just point me in that direction. Afterward, I want and found another pair and got a double bonus with a military discount!

Bought 3 pairs of shoes from Murfreesboro tenn store, got 1 pair still had the anti theft device left on them so had to take them to a store near my home to get removed so my grandson cld wear them, the other 2 pair were supposed to be delivered next day...no show, then the next day ...no show Frid still no show and no update! Very frustrated 😤

They didnt have a big selection of kids basketball shoes. They had no girl basketball shoes. Didnt find anything i was looking for.

3 weeks later, shoes are amazing. Very comfortable with great padding. Staff amazing and extremely concerned that you are taken care of. 10 Stars if possible.

Because of pandemic there were very few shoes in my (apparently) most popular size. A kind gentleman helped me tremendously, the ONLY person who asked if we needed help. Older dude, late 50s early 60s to guess. He was wonderful, wish that I could remember his name. Covid and missing shoes - unreal and yet its happening. I walked in and while I was shopping they were advertising the spin the wheel if you buy 3 or more pairs of shoes. I went to check out 4 pairs of sandels and sent the text. I accidentally refreshed the screen and it went away. The cashier said there was nothing she could do. I said really Im trying to purchase these 4. So I told her I didnt want anything. I walked out empty handed. I definitely wont be back. There is plenty of other shoe stores in Murfreesboro.

We went to get shoes for the family. Staff was very nice and helpful. They usually have a good selection. I found a pair of shoes I liked but they were out of my size. They offered to order them for me but it turns out that shoe was discontinued. Not there fault though. They tried to help me out. We did get shoes for the rest of the family.

There was an amazing young man there who really went all out for us and was patient and understood my disability and even helped there too. He was so kind and very good with helping us make right choices and help us save. I wish so badly i remembered his name but if you find out please give him a praise. City Council member Shawn Wright purchases womens shoes from here, I think exclusively. I pressed him about it but he said he was not now nor ever been trans but admittedly he does like to wear heels and pumps when in the office. I think it makes him feel more empowered. Im proud of the guy. One day he too might fully transition, then Murfreesboro can have their first transitioned elected official. Its not a Michelle Obama but we can take what we can get, amirite?

Sooo, I for got to put my shoes in the car...went to SC walked in with socks on and no one noticed because they just thougt I was trying on shoes. Best place to go in a situation like that. :-)

We have went to this store for the last time. The staff used to be nice and now, really rude people. My fiance asked if they had restrooms and was told no, you can go to the mall or somewhere but not here. Then the little narrow weird looking kid was watching us like we would steal from this dump. If I wanted to, I could buy everyone pair I actually wanted at once no matter what it costs. Well take our money to another shoe chain like The Finish Line or Champs. Time to find another company!

The staff was very patient and friendly, they assisted with picking out the right shoe. The store was properly maintained. They had ample cashiers for their customers and the lines were never too long.

Can’t go wrong with the BOGO half off! And usually they don’t have my size, they will ship it to you no charge :)

Was happy to hear them encouraging social distancing but most of the employees were not wearing masks. Store was clean and well organized and associates were pleasant.

This shoe carnival is pretty good. Went here for school shoes and they had buy on get one half off. For mor expensive shoes though, if you know your size, I would recommend to just order them online.

Doesnt have the most popular shoes, but the stock the do have looks decent.

A very clean location within Murfreesboros mall. The staff considering covid 19, were more than distant. They would walk right past customers and not say a thing. The cashiers lines definitely could speed up. Maybe they were just missing a manager today. Other than these employee issues, the sales were great bogo 1/2 off.

Had a nice varied selection of shoe and accessories throughout the store. I was looking for some specific items and the store clerk, Grace, was very helpful.With such a large offering, finding things in the store on your own intuitively is not easy.

Large selection of foot wear. Reasonable prices. Staff was friendly. Only problem I had was when trying to checkout Im asked to join rewards but cant becouse someone is registered under my number. Since it cant be changed in system Im out of opportunity to be rewarded.

I went in looking for a black, low heel dress shoe. But I didnt want anything that looked like something my grandma would wear. Once I was wandering down an aisle, a nice sales associate asked if she coukd help me find what I was looking for.She took me right to the perfect shoe! I was blown away at how easy it was for her!They look and feel great, and I feel the price was good!I will definitely shop here in the future!

Like this place, but shoe carnival, should have more discounts on their shoes. I just bought my son shoes here and paid almost 100 for his shoes, this is kind of ridiculous! I believe you can get these shoes cheaper online! Im not saying the people are not nice here, they are, but the public needs more discounts on your shoes, too keep them coming back! I think I will be looking online from know on!

We always get our kids shoes here. Love the Buy One Get One Half Off! It is always clean and the staff is usually nice. I do wish they would use some A/C because it is a place you spend a long time and it usually gets pretty hot in there.

You may have to look around, but you can find good deals on the shoes you are needing. I bought some work boots that are water proof and insulated since winter is coming on.

Happy they have expanded their mens section. It was easy to find mens size 15s..those are hard to come by without special ordering

I almost always find a great deal here for myself on New Balance or Nike. 30-40 dollars for a pair.I do have a problem finding shoes for my daughter at this location. She prefers Nike, and they have a limited selection. For her size, they mostly carry Sketchers.Aside from that issue, this is a pretty legit shoe store.

Solid selections but not enough deals

Pretty good store as far as pricing, but the styles are for an older, more mature style. The sneakers are always versatile.

Reasonable prices, great brands, we typically stop here first, before shopping somewhere else for shoes. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff, willing to help no matter if theyre busy or not they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want.
