We absolutely loved working with Cabinet Empire for our kitchen renovation. The quality is outstanding and the price was the best quote we received. Ben, the owner is personable, professional, honest and an all around pleasure to work with. He’s very easy going and not pushy at all. They replaced our old, dark outdated counter tops with beautiful white Calcutta quartz, put in a new Undermount Blanco sink and added a stunning backsplash that adds just the right touch of class. I would definitely recommend this company.

At our contractors recommendation, we chose Olivia McCall, Cabinet Empire, to design the kitchen cabinets in our new home. Olivia was so easy to work with and gave us many options, including todays trends in kitchen cabinets, and still staying within budget.After meeting at the site to discuss she came back within a day or two with a computer picture of what our kitchen would look like. We made a few modifications, and she worked hard to include a few of the things I especially wanted and still stay within budget. Olivia was in touch and stayed on target until she got us exactly what we wanted--beautifully designed and efficient kitchen cabinets. We are thrilled with what she did for us, and she is such a sweet young lady to work with.I will post another review after they are installed.

The process began with a cold call to a unknown business. My budget was very low and had lost hope for a complete remodel of a kitchen.1.Olivia answered and she took charge. I told her my budget and she said we can work with that.2. My wife went shopping and choose our kitchen:Cabinets, countertops and we picked her dream farm house sink.3. Tina the design specialist came to our house and measured. She knew we were lost and said relax I got this. In a short time she sent computer enhanced pics of how are kitchen would look.4. Next the operations Manager took charge and went to the property and put his best installer on cabinet installation.5. Finally the Granite came in for our countertops and in a short time there professional installers they were done.They designed our dream kitchen utilizing team work. We have features I could only dream about. This business I highly recommend. I appreciate the fact that they stayed within our budget they didn’t try to upsell a product. I called Cabinet Empire on a Tuesday to come measure my home and they arrived the next day to measure. I received a quote and design layout two days later. Olivia took excellent care of us on the design side, the operations scheduled a timely delivery, and the delivery driver was friendly and professional. Excellent service and great price, thanks so much Cabinet Empire. Local businesses always have the best service!

I walked in for a quote and all was good until the owner came in and everyone acted like they were afraid of him. The vibe instantly changed and I was very uncomfortable with him. I ended up leaving and will not be going back.

STAY AWAY! I was sold the second I walked in the door at Cabinet Empire - lots of promises (later the promises turned to lies) and a solid product in their showroom. Fast forward several weeks / months later - I have kitchen cabinets covered in knicks, scratches, wrong design pieces, and a headache from dealing with this disorganized company.The customer service is about as bad as it comes, Carlos will just ignore your emails and calls, you have to continually follow up and babysit the team. In addition to taking long to install the cabinets, they showed up with the cabinets in the back of a truck - without any wrapping or boxes. YES - brand new white cabinets just sitting open in the back of the truck. They were installed great, but obviously are covered in scratches and marks. Finally, I specifically ordered handles / hardware to match the rest of the house and they installed the wrong hardware and played if off like nothing was wrong. Oh, I was also promised over a month ago that Granite Empire was calling me to install the granite - I still havent heard from them and went with someone else.I am now left with a kitchen with the wrong hardware, cabinet doors with marks and a lot of wasted time chasing down these people to finish their job. Save your time and money - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I originally had cabinet empire come out to measure for my cabinets in February. They told me that they would get back to me with the estimate. After a month went by, I contacted them. The two people we worked with had been let go, so our file was lost.We finally got someone to come measure around the end of March. Once we finally decided to move forward with the cabinets, they called on a Friday afternoon and told us they were ready to install. We were asked if we could be ready by Monday (that meant taking out our old cabinets, moving a water line, and capping all the water lines). I told her that we would be ready. She said she would call me Monday morning with the time they would be out. I didnt hear from her, so I called her and the person who originally measured. He told me there was no way they would be ready that day. They finally came out that Thursday to install, only because the installers had a cancellation.Then comes the counter tops from Granite Empire. We were supposed to meet our rep at the granite yard one morning. After waiting fifteen minutes, I called her. She had completely forgot that she was supposed to meet us.We finally ordered the counter tops. They were supposed to be here within 7-10 days. We finally got then 2 weeks later.Im still waiting on them to cash my final check that they have had for a week. I emailed my rep about it and she told me that Granite Empire had my check and she would let them know that it needed to be cashed. She called me the meet day to ask if I had given my final payment to the installers.So, after our horrible experience with them, our new vanities look great, but the customer service was awful! Oh, and by the way, my rep was the owners wife, so complaining would do nothing.Update: After talking to Granite Empire and complaining about Cabinet Empire, I received a call from Cabinet Empire asking me if they reimbursed me part of my order, would I be willing to take down this review. I told them I might be willing, but I wanted to know how much of a refund they were taking about. Well, I havent heard anything from them almost a week later, so Im leaving the review. At this point, no amount is worth taking down the review and possibly saving someone else from the headache of working with them.I do NOT recommend using Cabinet Empire!

I purchased cabinets through this company, and let me tell you, the quality is amazing. Everyone that we worked with was more than willing to meet our needs. The cabinets and quality are exceptional. The price was right on point, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They met all my needs and were more than accommodating to assist me with any questions/comments/concerns I had. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this cabinet company as the one star reviews have stated.I ordered cabinets back in April (during COVID) and they said they would need until August 21st because everything was so backed up. Okay... fast forward to September 15th and finally they come in to install them. They were not prepared, did not cut the oven cutout and they had to come back out several times to complete the job. Its now the middle of October and I still am not finished!! I need a few more pieces of trim and to finish the Dishwasher panel. I have tried calling the last two weeks and silence...I just want this project finished. Its been a heck of a renovation. Over $10k on cabinets with a company that has just given up on finishing this project.The installation guys do not work for Cabinet Empire directly but subcontracted out. They were fantastic and did everything in their power to get me what I needed but the communication breakdown between them and Cabinet empire could not have been more apparent. Sometimes I would need to direct them on what needed to be done.I am honestly not sure what else I can do except for write this review. Or talk to BBB. Im very frustrated and wish I would have went with a different company.

From the minute I walked in this experience has been truly wonderful!! From the design process to the final install, everything was perfect. The final result was even better than I couldve ever imagined. They were great at communication and letting me know every step of the way. Eli, Ben and Carlos you guys rock! I highly recommend Cabinet Empire and Granite Empire!!

I had my complete kitchen remodeled and had granite tops installed. They did a very nice job removing the old cabinets and installing the new ones. I chose gray shaker cabinets with pewter handles. They were meet and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of remodeling. Quality work!!

Such an amazing experience. Friendly people and fast service. Im very happy with my kitchen. I worked with Keith and his team, they helped me create a beautiful design and perfectly match the granite to my cabinets. My kitchen was finished in 7 days. Thank you cabinet Empire.

Quite possibly the worst experience Ive had in home improvement. Installed cabinet. Every single pull had the wood blown out. Obviously no predrilling was done.Cracks in doors and framing. Owner was adamant nothing wrong and was refusing to correct it. Only when our main contractor stepped in did they make a feeble attempt to correct and replace the damaged cabinets. Several of the doors had stripped screws. One was literally held in with painters tape wrapped around the screw. The initial install was in December. We didnt finished cabinets and countertops until March. Even then the cabinets were delivered by them but my main contractor installed them as I couldnt trust them to do it correctly.

Very good company to work with.
