Excellent customer service, from the first time I went in to talk about a top for my new bathroom vanity till the day they came and installed it. And I need to mention that we were going to have 21 friends and family over for Thanksgiving, plus my mom and brother and his wife were staying with us so one bathroom for all to use would of been crazy. They came out on Tuesday to measure and delivered the top on Wednesday disaster avoided.. Thank you so much Rachelle and Michael...Next kitchen remodel..

This company installed the countertops in the home that my husband and I purchased. They truly are beautiful... My complaint is service after the sale.We purchased a new refrigerator for our home and it is currently sitting in the middle of our kitchen because the granite countertop was cut unevenly and starts at 1/4 of an inch in the front and is 3/4 of an inch in the back. When we called the company to see if they could please come and trim 1/2 an inch off to make the countertop even and we could put our fridge where it belongs they told us that this is not a big job and that it wasnt worth the time and energy to provide that service. I encourage everyone to measure and remeasure your countertops before their service is complete because they will not return to fix their mistakes.

Our experience was amazing. We had our kitchen countertops replaced and the results are gorgeous. Rachelle was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the product. Michael was friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was quick and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Michael and his team .

We wanted this project to work out, because Celtic does have beautiful products, but the owner requested that we pay for the entire project (in cash) up front and did not respond when we asked why.As we worked with Rachelle to determine the best materials within our budget, we settled on a product that we liked. We asked if they would knock a little off the price for a cash payment, which they agreed to with one caveat: all payment must be up front. The reason? Covid-19 has caused issues with their suppliers.We said that we understood the challenges and were willing to pay for all materials up front if broken out, but that we wouldnt pay cash for the installation until it was actually installed. When I asked more about these supplier issues and how those impact their own internal labor, I didnt get a response. I called the owner and left a message, no response. My wife emailed them asking the owner to call to explain, no response.To me, that seems like shady business practices at best that could have been easily cleared up with a quick phone call or email. Maybe they are so busy with projects that they do not need our business, but we were surprised at how quickly they just dropped the conversation when we pushed back on an all cash payment mandate prior to any installation taking place.

We had a great experience with Celtic Marble & Granite. They are very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Communication was on point. From the time we entered the store to install was less than two weeks. Everything is perfect, we love our new countertops!

Rachel helped me choose a quartz kitchen countertop product that LOOKS like a MILLION dollars. Mike made the templates for the project and theyre perfection. They are priced fairly, and the work was completed earlier than expected. What a pleasure working with this company.

Rachelle and her team at Celtic were amazing. Rachelle is super nice and very patient as we considered many samples and materials. Michael took extra time to answer questions and to create the perfect template for our counters. Marteen is an incredible and pleasant installer and paid great attention to detail. We first used this company to update our home for resale. We were so pleased we used them again for the new home! Im not a great decorator but Rachelle is so knowledgeable & helpful that it made the process so easy. The installation workers were a fun group of guys as well! We would definitely use this company again!

Michael and Rachelle were great to deal with. I had them replace my kitchen counters in 2015. They were very accommodating and the workmanship was first class. It only made since to go back to them in 2016 when we were remodeling our master bathroom. Again very pleased.

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and decided we needed to update our counter tops too. My wife contacted Celtic and spoke with Rachel. Rachel was very helpful and had some very good suggestions concerning color and coordinating with our new cabinets. She also referred a company to do our tile back splash. So far Celtic has been the best part of our remodel. Once we chose our counters they came out and cut the templates and within three days installed th counter tops. We are extremely pleased with the color and quality of the work and feel we received a lot of value for the price.From first contact to installation, the process took three weeks which was pretty impressive. Our next project will be our master bath remodel and we will go back to Celtic again.

We are extremely pleased with Celtic!! When we first started looking into countertops (werent at buying point yet),we stopped in at Celtic and Michael took the time to knock ideas around with my husband, even though he knew we werent ready to commit. There were other people who had come in after us, but he gave us his full attention till we were satisfied! That was a big plus in their column from the start. When were did decide to purchase quartz countertops, we priced some competitors...not only did Celtics estimate come in lower, we didnt have to wait 2 months like a few others had told us, they got it done in 2 weeks!! Rachelle was very efficient in getting us information when asked, fielding my numerous questions/concerns..which I had many, and she did all that with a smile on her face that I felt at the other end of the phone every time we talked.The gentlemen that came out to install were excellent. We had a seam that I was concerned about, but when he was done...I was amazed, I truly had to look hard and even then it was tough to see!I have to say that if we ever need granite/quartz again we would go directly to them.They stand by, not only their word, but their work as well. Rb1942They installed a cheap and shotty sink and the water wont properly drain out. They put the granite onWithout attaching the dishwasher mounting bracket so I had to purchase a new and different dishwasher. I have used this company before but not again.

Posting on behalf of my 70-year old mother who used this company. Her experience with this company was awful and I felt the need to share.My mother chose this company based on their estimated timeline of 2 weeks but the whole ordeal turned out to be a month long. Michael, the owner, was extremely rude and acted like my mother was troubling him. They messed up the cut, didn’t communicate issues until it was too late therefore delaying installation (she didn’t have countertops for weeks because of this company) and the sinks they made her use were backordered after all of this.When it was all said and done, the countertops did look good but it’s not worth the hassle.The only good thing about this company was Rachel, the designer.Update: The owner did call my mother to discuss the above comment. She overall is happy with the way the countertops look (as mentioned above) and appreciated his apology if she had an unpleasant experience. He then proceeded to ask her to take down the bad review in which she told him she would think about it. Afterwards, he told her that since he has overall positive reviews, one bad one doesnt matter. She asked me not to remove the comment after the phone call.

I recently had Celtic Marble & Granite redo 3 bathrooms in my home with new granite counters and under mount sinks. The first issue I experienced was that the sink hole cut out was incorrect. We requested square sinks and the fabricator cut oval holes in error. After the installation, I noticed that the sinks were mounted crooked (drain hole did not align with faucet hole). Michael, the owner, came out. He rushed me through the inspection and left as quickly as he arrived. Installer arrived to correct the error and had an attitude as soon as he walked in. He also didnt seem to think the misalignment was a big issue. When removing one of the sinks, he broke the granite counter. On the 3rd trip, the counter and sinks were installed but the last sink is still not aligned right. When I pointed it out, I was told it was too late as the adhesive had already set. They could break off the sink again and risk breaking the granite. Needless to say, I left it alone. A 2 day project turned into a week long disaster. The only good comment I have about this company is Rachel, the design consultant, was good to work with. Overall, I would NOT recommend this company.
