Easy Auto takes advantage of younger adults that don’t really know anything about cars! Im 18 years old and was looking for a car! Went to easy auto found a car I liked! Test drove it, everything seemed to be good. 1 day after I purchased the car the windshield wipers stopped working! They fixed it, so I thought cool this is great! 2 weeks later the transmission went out! They fixed it! Cool, the next week the windshield wipers went out again, couldn’t get them to touch it, took it to the Ford dealership to have them look at it to only find out that the car was wired wrong and had tones of wiring problems! There’s more, the car was rusted in between the fire wall and cab, which cause a rust hole to appear which caused water to get into the cab on passenger and driver side! They pulled the carpet up and it’s completely rusted out! And easy auto knew exactly what was wrong with the car and didn’t point anything out! Oh I almost forgot!!!!! Ford dealership pulled up a car fax and discovered the car has been wrecks 4 times! Which is the reason for the alignment being so off due to the past accident! That was not fixed. And although I know I am screwed now i wish I would have made a better decision! If you do have a younger kid looking for a car please I encourage you to go with them! I had no one to go with me, I don’t have anyone, and now I’m paying 18000 for a lemon car! Easy Auto will take advantage of you. Please be aware

I went to Easy Auto Murfreesboro location and was very pleased/relieved that they were able to work with me to get approved for a loan even with not so great credit. I got an suv from this place and it was absolutely hands-down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They delivered my car right to me while I was at work. Went by Easy Auto I had no idea of their Covid policy I walked around outside for 20 minutes it was 27 degrees outside when I started towards the office I saw salesman come to door he had been there the entire time and chose to ignore us. I realize Covid is scary but that does not mean ignore your prospective customers.

I found this place online and called thinking it wasn’t going to work but the sales manager Kristin worked some magic and got me approved on an incredible suv. The whole staff there is amazing and Kristin is very good at her job. She’s a down home southern girl and she actually cares about helping people. Everything about my experience buying the car was enjoyable because if her. I can’t attest for what the place used to be like but she’s turned the place around. Me and my husband went to get a car for my husband to have a vehicle since his transmission went out on his car and sharing my vehicle is hard since our hours are similar. Raphael helped us out. Everything honestly was great and this is literally the cleanest buy here pay here car lots I’ve ever been to. They even had refreshments. What is really awesome is they had a play area for kids. I thought was sweet. Why I give a 4 and not a 5 is the cost per week- I honestly think it’s too expensive but I know it’s not exactly their call- our credit isn’t the greatest.
