Update:They have called and answered all my questions, they also apologized and explained training new employees etc.Someone is coming to look at the spots on the floor and address any other concerns. I appreciate their effort.(Kenny came by and did a great job helping touch up spots and answering questions. We appreciate it.)still can’t get anyone to call me back. I wanted basic info on our flooring (cleaner, stain pen, etc.)Our new “hardwood” floors are not that great. Maybe the realtor gave us wrong info on type of flooring. Dents super easy, it doesn’t take much at all to leave a mark. Odd places where it almost looks faded or there is glue or something from installing. Whatever it is we cannot get it off. I would have just appreciated a call back. I paid extra for the flooring and just want to keep it looking “nice.” Maybe they can answer questions on my review.

I have used City Tile for years and they have never failed me. Searched and searched across Murfreesboro for someone skilled enough, and available to perform tile repair in my shower after damage from replacing leaking pipes. I will admit after sharing photos and giving a description of what services I were requesting, it took some time to get a response from the initial rep I spoke to. But once I got connected to Bill and Randy (not the gentlemen I was first in contact with), the service, communication, and updates were superb! From the willingness of Randy to come out and look at my situation, to getting their process procedure and what materials are needed, to the introduction to their contractors, to Randys consistent monitoring of the work and Bills transparency of the pricing, to the straightforward scheduling and sticking to it, to the fair pricing itself (I received some WILD quotes from other bidders), it was a dream to work with this team. I plan to do a complete bathroom redesign in the future, and City Tile will be at the top of my list.

The teams that worked on our tile and hardwood were polite and cooperative. They got the job done quickly and with minimum disruption. We are very pleased with the results.

I have purchased flooring on two occasions from City Tile. Both experiences were exceptional. Very helpful in the showroom, had flooring in stock that we wanted and very timely with installation. The installers were on time, very professional, did a great job and cleaned up when completed. I would highly recommend City Tile for your flooring needs.

Better off going to Lowe’s or HD, sales people do not know their products. Sold me vinyl flooring that was construction grade (low quality) they told me 12 mil wear layer but really has almost 0. Mohawk supposed to be a good brand, Not in this case. Lots of defects on the flooring when I open the boxes is also

I try to spend my money locally. I was willing to spend more to insure my money was circulated in the local economy. They just brushed my inquiry aside and told me I should buy from a Big Box Store, Sad. Their response is intentionally misleading. I told them up front I was willing to pay a premium to support local business, it was only until I copied the owner on my email that they started to share some options, at that point, I got turned off, was unwilling to continue, I am not in the habit of begging people to do business with me. In the response, you can see the blame the customer attitude being expressed by the Owner. I would be cautions with a business that presented themselves in that manner.

I visited City Tile today to see what tile options they had available for kitchen backsplashes and showers. The selection was amazing. The staff at City Tile was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I got some really great ideas today and will go back to discuss a shower design and install for my master bathroom.

City tile had a ton of selection and had everything we were wanting. Jonathan Russnogle was the person that helped us and he was outstanding. He helped us through the entire process for picking things out in our house. He couldnt have been nicer to deal with and more helpful.

Poor customer service, selection appeared to be good but without assistance from anyone theres no way to tell what they actually carry.

Randy has been wonderful to work with. He knows exactly what he is doing and does an amazing job at it! He is very personable, professional and even goes the extra mile to explain to me what hes doing. Hes been quick to answer any questions I may have and also has a quick response time when I was needing my carpeting done.

An appointment was made with me to come and look at my bathroom shower floor for a second time because the first employee from the business said something that didnt make sense. I was told they would do whatever was needed to be done to fix the problem. This never happened. I contacted the builder. He didnt know anyone from this company never showed up. Its not good when a business doesnt keep its word.

I love my new floors! They are gorgeous and give my house exactly the look that I wanted. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the look and quality.I worked with Jonathan and Robyn and they helped me find hardwood that matched existing hardwood in the house and also some new vinyl. I’m very pleased with the project overall.

City Tile has a huge selection of flooring and tile both of which I purchased for my new construction home. They carried an engineered wood floor that was the perfect color that I couldnt find anywhere else in town or around Nashville.Also, their customer service is even better than their products. The appliance company damaged a lot of our wood flooring while installing and city tile did an amazing job repairing/replacing boards. They also were able to repair an area where my cat damaged the floor at the entry door when trapped upstairs. They showed up the same day I called. Im thrilled with the service received. I had the privilege of working with Ashton and Randy who are fantastic employees!!

Visited with my sister who needed flooring for her home. Variety of choices from laminate to stone. Good quality. Staff was extremely helpful and we could check out samples. Recommend.

This is the only contractor that I didnt have to chase down when we contacted the home builder for repairs. They called and followed up on every issue they said they would. They went above and beyond by repairing a flooring issue we didnt call them about and they left extra grout in case a tile cracked or broke, so that we would not have mismatched grout lines later. City Tile is worth the visit. If you get what you pay for; they deliver much more than they charge.

I have been back and forth with them for months about warranty repairs. They do not return calls unless you insist to speak to a supervisor. Then they want to show up on their schedule if they show up. I waited a while before I posted this review, but here I am, a week waiting for them to call again. They talk a good game, but they don’t back up their work very well. I’m interested in my floor being fixed, not “how nice they are.”

Told the salesperson I was looking for towel for a shower she directed me to go downstairs and look at the tile and shed be right with me 20 minutes later shed still not came to help me. There was another salesman down there helping a woman when he finished he never came back either to help so I wont be getting my tile there thanks for the nothing experience

Tile selection is awesome. Customer service was ok reason trying to correct our bill. The tile crew did an awesome job but there was no clean up. The tile crew left cut tile in my yard, did not clean up my stairs where they walked. They left nails in our yard and even poured dirty tile water in my neighbors grass.. This all unacceptable. We are hesitant about using their crew again if this is their common practice.

I pick up pallets here, they put them in the back and you just take what you want! I made a great DIY from the pallets! And no one can beat FREE pallets!

Staff is good but when it comes to return their contracts with suppliers are not good. They charge restocking fee plus freight charge on top of already high priced tiles!!!

They were the tile shop that did work for my builder. Had them come out to do warranty work on my bathroom shower because they did the original job. Not going to call them agian to try and have them fix a third time but i am going to let my builder know about the poor work.

I didnt learn my lesson. From the very first call I made to City Tile, I knew they didnt return phone calls UNLESS they know for sure you want to make an appointment to go in and look at product or approve an order for purchase.On a Friday afternoon at 4:45 pm shortly after laminate installers left our house, I found terrible scares and scraped paint areas in our office. In one of the other rooms they got mud on the wall and left marks. I did point the mud out and the guy said hed take care of it. By the tone of his voice I knew all he wanted to do was go home.Right now, the laminate looks good, some of the walls are horrible.....and this is a new house.I called City Tile. Jonathan was with a client and I left a message saying to call me on Monday morning. It was too late in the day for him to call back, so I thought.Around 9:30 am Monday, I hadnt heard anything so I called back. Jonathan was away from his office. It is 12:04 pm and still no response.We have already contracted other jobs with CT and I wish we hadnt.Just beware of their customer service skilss.

I met with Steve in the store on some laminate flooring. We made an appointment for him to come out and measure my house. I took off work at lunch to meet him but he never showed up and did not call. When I called to see of anything had happened, they did apologize to me for not showing up and said Steve would call me to reschedule. I have yet to hear from Steve after two weeks. Guess I will reach out to another vendor for my flooring.

I have a new home four months old with a warranty on my floors and tile. The tile they put up was never done right. I had to call them twice to fix it and it still is not right walls in wrong to. As far as doing my laminate floor. I was in the home one month when I noticed the floor squeaking. A few weeks when the window repair men were in my home he noticed a bubble in the hall floor. He said the floor was not breathing right to tight. I called Travis came over and said the floor was wet and I know it was not. He left and then I called Robert from Regent Builders to come over to read the floor . He came right over and took the instrument out and said the floors are dry. He said he would call Travis. Well they came out to my home and said my dog is why this is happening. My dog never went to the bathroom on the floor. These people will lie just so they will get out of fixing their mess they caused. STAY AWAY

I will not go back or would recommend this place to any one.

Employees walk past you without even acknowledging you. Terrible customer service. We were told “they don’t come out and give estimates”? No thanks. I’ll take my business to someone who wants to install floors with us. They clearly did not.
