I’m a nurse and I visited the store because I had a coupon, and was able to find what I needed. There was a decent amount of options. There were 3 girls at the front and not one of them smiled at any of the customers or was friendly in any way. I’m from the Midwest, so I can handle it, but I read a few recent bad reviews for this store and this may be why. Part of customer service is to actually appear happy people are buying something from you. Also, this is the second time I’ve purchased a pair of scrubs from them (first being around a year ago) and they had no record of me in their system and kept asking me if my info was different..combined with a generally annoyed tone from the sales associate, it made checkout fun.

Unless you are looking for black or royal blue scrubs there are not many options of other colors. Also a limited selection of petite pants. Staff is nice. Prices are average. You can order scrubs in different colors but it doesnt help if you need them right away.

SAVE YOURSELF NOW & ORDER FIGS!Scrubs shrunk on first wash, called to ask if I could exchange for something else. Placed on hold for 5 minutes so I called back.... to be hung up on. They need to stop having KIDS run this store! SO BAD FOR BUSINESS!

Why do you close so early during the week? It’s not a bank. You know some people can’t just take a day off to buy scrubs and must go after work. But you make that impossible.

My very first time buying scrubs. I chose Scrub Hub in Murfreesboro. Right when I walked in sweet Savannah asked if she could help me and became my personal shopper. I asked about another style and another sweet lady helped as well. Very sweet and kind employees. Thank you so much ladies. You made the process so quick and easy which is exactly what I like. After years of buying scrubs at Scrub Hub on the clearance rack, i can no longer do this because they have decided to move their clearance rack to the Donelson location only. Unfortunately, i cannot afford the regular prices and counted on the clearance rack to buy my scrubs. The Donelson location is over 37 miles from my home. Not much of a clearance when you have to pay for the gas to get there. This store has changed, dramatically, in the last couple of years, and not for the better.

I had an AWESOME experience at scrub hub in Murfreesboro. Jazzy, Savannah, and Maddie were amazing. They helped me find the right fit for my body with the different types of uniforms. I will most definitely return to this store. You guys ROCK 💕💕💕

Went in to Scrub Hub to find a specific kind of scrub (Greys Anatomy). I did find it, but the weird thing that got me was, when pulling in, I saw a man in a red truck with Scrub Hub decals on it, and inside of the truck he was asleep! I was in the store an hour looking and etc. and he was still in his truck asleep! While the one employee was handling everything else inside the store, ya know working. If he is a manager or supervisor, that man needs fired. 2 stars for sleeping manager. The girl ACTUALLY working, Id give her 5 stars. Dont shop here if management is lazy.

Unfortunately this is only place in Murfreesboro to buy scrubs, the customer service reps are always rude and never of assistance especially if your not Caucasian if I could rate it a zero I would.

I have been going to a scrub hub location in Mid TN for many years. I love their selections. They always have something for everyone. The Murfreesboro store staff are always friendly and attentive to any need you ask them for. They’re always willing to go above n beyond to get what you are needing. You won’t be disappointed. Stop in for a friendly smile and competitive pricing on just about anything you need.

I needed a pair of good sturdy shoes that provide comfort while standing for long periods of time. All of the women there that afternoon were helpful and patient with me while I tried on multiple shoes. Their product knowledge and recommendations on what shoes and compression socks to purchase based on my work environment and duties were spot on. I have no complaints on the customer service that was provided nor complaints on the quality and comfort of the products I purchased. Both were outstanding! Thank you ladies! I will continue to shop at this store.

The staff are nice and friendly and will happily assist costumers. They have a great selection, and they had some hard to find sizes that I needed. They carry great scrubs for men. finding good fitting scrubs being a guy can be hard sometimes. I did ask for an item I couldnt find, and the lady at the desk only offered to ship a new one in. This is only a minor gripe though. I wish she would have helped me look first. Shipping is too expensive at $7.50, though increasing the number of items shipped doesnt affect the price (if ordered together). The clerk said shipping will take 1.5-2 weeks to arrive at my house, which seems long for the price. They do not offer any discounts of any kind, exempt a discount of 10% off your next purchase after spending $200. I asked for a collegiate discount, and unlike other stores Ive been to, they dont offer one. I spent over $100 dollars at my visit and they said they couldnt give me a discount of any kind. Other then this, its a pretty good store for all your scrub needs.

I love this store. This store is very nice and clean. The workers are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They offered their help and made us feel very welcome. I’d recommend shopping here even if you don’t need scuba lol.

Ive used Scrub Hub for 10 years. They carry a great selection of brands. They also carry petites in almost every option, which is a big deal for me, because I dont have to wait for them to be ordered. Best of all, they keep their racks SO ORGANIZED! The racks are always in size order from smallest to largest with easy color indicators to differentiate Petites and Tall sizes. Finally, I love that they play uplifting Christian music in the store.

I ordered 4 pair of scrubs as a special order. The tops were embroidered with my Dr.s office logo. It took about 7-10 business days as they will tell you when you order there and then they send you an e-mail soon as the order completes. The price for the embroidery is only 4 bucks (very reasonable) Everyone is really nice and helpful, Alyssa the manager is very knowledgeable along with going an extra mile to make sure you have everything you need to make the order worth the wait! :)

The staff here are wonderful! They always greet me with a smile and know me by name even if its been months since Ive been in to shop. If they dont have my size in stock they are always willing to call and find it or order it for me. They are always my first choice when I need new scrubs!

I came in to get some scrubs for work. They immediately pulled my company up and guided me where I needed to be. The lady that helped me was very professional and polite! They even ordered scrubs and had them shipped from another store because they were out.I was told the monogram would take 2 weeks and it only took a week. I love Scrub Hub! The employees are very friendly and never swarm you like a herd of vultures. Their scrub tops are always of amazing quality, and they carry many different brands so that anyone can make a purchase. They do such a great job at portraying Christian-based values in just the short time you spend in the store. Even if its just basic items I could get from Wal-Mart, I will choose to visit Scrub Hub for the experience alone. :)

Ive been coming to this scrub hub for the last 7 years.. I went today after some time away from work and didnt get the customer service I remember getting in the past..I wasnt greeted or offered help. Usually someone would ask me can I help you find anything? But I still like this location the prices are very good.

2 of us needed matching scrubs, we are different sizes and had a newborn in tow. We were there for 3 1/2 hours trying on everything. The salespeople were SO PATIENT with us, and even helped us order something additional to what we purchased at the end. ITs a clean, well lit store with lots of choices, styles, and colors and brands. We bought 6 sets of scrubs. One thing that would be helpful, chairs somewhere outside of the changing rooms.

Bought a scrub top for work. Was told 7-10 days for embroidering. Called 2weeks after the date of purchase was not ready. Has now been 1 mo to the date, and I have yet to receive an email or any news about my top. Had I have known it would have taken this long I would have waited and purchased from my work last week. Very disappointed to have to pay about $40 for one greys anatomy top and wait a month for it.

Ive been shopping here for all my scrubs and nurse related items for almost 2 years. Sharon and her staff are always nice and very accommodating. If they dont have what I need they will find it and make sure its available to me asap.

Wonderful experience with Scrub Hub on Memorial in Murfreesboro. The women there were extremely accommodating and informative and patient with my 4 year old nephew running around the store. They helped me find scrubs I needed that werent even in the store and offered to have other sizes brought down from another store as soon as that evening if possible. Horrible customer service.

I have purchased merchandise from Scrub Hub several times, and at two separate locations (Church Street in Nashville, and Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro). The quality of the clothing and other items that I have purchased from both locations has been excellent, and the prices seem to be very reasonable. I often but items from online vendors, but with Scrub Hub being a local source with lots of in-stock items, I dont see any reason to buy my medical clothing online.

I wanted to special order scrub pants. I called the store and initially the girl had issues with the computer system not letting her order the correct style. She looked it up to make sure it wasnt discontinued and then made sure she could order it. Turned out she had some in store so she pulled them aside for me. Very professional and sweet. Even apologized for delay with figuring out what was wrong. (I didnt think there was a delay- she was doing her job ) Ive been going to this scrub hub since 2013 and the customer service is always amazing!
