This Starbucks used to be my favorite but recently every time I go there’s always something wrong with my order. This is the most recent experienceThe pic is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, half the drink is all foam. The ice is basically filled to the top, I finished my drink in less then 6 sips, and didn’t taste like there was any flavoring to it. I would have went back in, but my baby was screaming and they had a long line. Hopefully they’ll start making my drinks correct.

I love Starbucks! Have you tried the Brown sugar, Oatmeal shaken expresso??? I add a shot to it... it keeps me going All afternoon!

I actually ended up coming here to get my free birthday drink. Customer service 100% A+ plus. Love the girls there they were amazing with answering my questions and helping me decide what to get. Definitely will continue to use this Starbucks.

First off, I want to say that Andi made my experience one of the best in my life. And Im not young! All jokes aside, from start to finish she managed to make my top 2 Ever in life. That alone is no easy task. She was SO helpful. She not only answered my questions like a pro, she was also able to offer me explanations and suggestions on 4 different drinks. She did all this, help me make a decision and hold on to that bubbly personality and handle it all in a timely manner. Then, just when I thought it couldnt get any better. When handing us our order she offered to let me taste it just in case I wanted to tweak it because I am obviously picky and she took into consideration that I was trying something new at her suggestion.STARBUCKS, I highly suggest that you give her a Very nice raise and offer her some things that other places could not or would not offer to steal her. Then ask Andi if she would be willing to train those coming in & offer her more $$$ for that. Like seriously, I could go on and on about this young lady but I will end this by saying, if I ever hit the lottery I would go on the news to find her and hire her as my personal assistant. And for those of you that are wondering, all 3 of the drinks that we got were so good they make you wanna slap ya momma.:) also gave me the boost I needed which is no surprise because thats why Starbucks is the #1 coffee spot. The barista was kind. My coffee was made to my specifications. It was a pleasant experience. Definitely reccomend.

The employees were very sweet and patient with my order. I got two very delicious drinks for me and my sister, based off of some posts other people had tried out. Some combinations other customers had gotten, and shared on facebook, were labeled as Twix, strawberry cheesecake and banana split flavored. They tasted so mouth watering and the presentation of the drinks were beautiful and did not look rushed at all.

The barista gave me an extremely honest description of a specific item on the menu. It was definitely helpful in deciding whether or not Id enjoy it.

The staff there are always so professional and kind and the drinks are amazing 🙌🏾

Lady at drive thru sat and talked to someone for 4 minutes after giving the lady her drink worst experience ive ever had with starbucks because i honked for her to hurry because im working and she looked at me and said oh my gosh and I wasnt being rude just needed to get to work

The employees here are truly some of the most personal and caring people I have ever met. The coffee may be a bit expensive, but the people that work there make it worth it. In the last two times I have gone there, the employees asked how I was, where I worked, how my day was going. One even made it fun and asked what my favorite vacation was. 10/10 recommended!

Best Starbucks in Tennessee! Management here is by far the best I have ever seen in any Starbucks. I have been coming to this location for over 8 years. Always friendly staff and fresh products.

As I was waiting for my coffee (which always comes out great!!) I witnessed a couple of upset customers scream and curse at the ladies working. From what I saw it seemed as if the customers were looking at the menu and then when someone else went ahead of them, they swore and yelled at the employees and made quite a scene. The person in charge handled the situation with grace. It seems as if Alma Barnes may be missing some details in her review as her and the person she was with acted extremely inappropriately. I have always had a lovely experience at this store and my pup enjoys the pup cups as well!

Usually a great experience at this location. They get the orders to you fast and are friendly. My favorite barista is Skye, she is super great! Nice Starbucks to get a daily drink.

I mean its Starbucks ...long lines and over priced coffee but this particular one . Aaaahhhhhh! I shoulda had a V8. My order wrong after 3 times repeating and then getting it fixed well I drove all the way back from home . Ordered another coffee which they shouldve given complimentary for the inconvenience and almost handed me the wrong sandwich again after making me feel as if I had done something wrong by ordering. My advice Enter at your own risk!!!

Been a customer here for many years but today I went in and the staff working skipped over us and wouldnt acknowledge us after we had let someone go in front of us while we decided what we wanted. Disappointing but NEVER AGAIN. For as much money as you charge you should be more respectful of other human beings.

Coffee is great but what is going on with the store hours? The store will randomly temporarily close and the hours keep changing. I feel sorry for the employees trying to make a steady paycheck!

I give it a 3 star because holy cow good luck ever getting into a Starbucks to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with friends. You can’t do it. Someone is always super loud or always on the phone! Good coffee though! Lol

My brother and I went to this location for a couple warm drinks and pastries, and the barista was very nice, and even asked me if I would prefer a sweet plum Danish rather than my usual danish (sweet plum was more expensive, but was a good decision because it added some flavor I didnt even know I needed). The location was very neat and clean, and the employees were kind and thoughtful. 5 stars and thank you :)

Really was disappointed in their coffee

Always a long drive thru but always worth it.

Sat in line for 15 minutes as everyone else got there orders. We sat at the speaker for 10-15 minutes but then we pulled up to the window and the window was shut. They closed the store mid day during business hours as there were still about 10 cars behind me waiting to place their order. There were no signs on the speaker or anywhere around letting customers know why the store was closed.

These are my people. They always make my crazy order to perfection. They have the best suggestions. They are laid back happy friendly. They remember me even though I only go in once a week. Its like going into a small town coffee shop. Love!!!

Honestly really incredible service. We were given a gift card for a tiny mistake. We really appreciated how they went above and beyond to give us a perfect experience.

This is definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I have been to. The baristas are always cheerful and bring a great atmosphere to the store. They also recently redesigned the layout of the store which seemed to increase the seating available.

I like this location because not only is the staff always friendly and very efficient in making the orders and serving them quickly, Ive also never had issues here that I seem to have at other locations such as my drink nor being full or being made wrong. Here my drink is always made quickly and tastes delicious. This location is also very good about being kept clean with soothing music playing in the background. Even the parking lot always seems to be well maintained and the lines here are never long at all. Great place to stop and grab a cup of coffee or a special treat to start your day off right.

Couldnt remember the drink I use to get all the time but the one they suggested was good. They were all helpful and friendly.

Good coffee. Go there ever once and awhile. There cake pops are awesome!!! Will continue Togo there have a lot of choices just for a coffee resterant. My mother in law believes there prices are way too high. But then again everyone and awhile I believe you should treat yourself.

Crystal and the other baristas were instrumental in making sure my friend and I were taken care of. We were greeted with smiles, and the best part was that they actually took the time carry on conversations with us. Some of the Starbucks I have been to dont smile or greet customers at all.

Lady was so sweet, ended up downloading the app with her help and getting a free frappe!! Would have never known about it without her telling me!

The cinnamon dolce latte is my jam! They are fast and knowledgeable about what they offer.

I have always liked this Starbucks but here lately it just sucks. Ive started going to the Memorial location. I come in at a minimum of once a day. Usually its more like two or three times a day. Ive even been customer of the week there. But between the new employees which seems frequent and the young girls too busy chatting to care, Im just really disappointed. I order room in my drink. Room means room. I went in today and ordered my drink with room. I brought the drink back in and told the barista, whos name is Hannah that room means room. She rolled her eyes and mumbled a very insincere apology. Whats worse is when I saw it was her coming in, I thought awesome. She usually makes my drinks great. We all have off days but to roll your eyes at a good customer is unacceptable. I also ALWAYS tip every time I come in. It made me almost ask for my money back, the service was that terrible. Guess Memorial is my new spot. Bummer because this one is closer to my house.

Although this location always has a friendly staff, today I am going to go over to memorial which is much farther drive. Im used to getting told they are out of the breakfast sandwich I always get, or I should say try to get, because I get told most of the time they are out, even as early as 10am sometimes, and its several times a week. Im usually ok with the coffee tho. Not today. I ordered it the same way I always do, I got home and it was wrong. It didnt even have the sticker on it to tell me what I did get. Double disappointed.

I love this place... i am quite addicted to coffee but i try to restrain myself as much as possible just to end up back in 3 days😂. Every time a visit they treat every customer the same way there are no prefrences, and you can feal at ease wheather you are just passing by or working on something with you personal laptop or tablet and you never get disturbed. Their prices are great and affordable not to mention tasty. 😊 ❤ this place...

Its Starbucks you know what you are getting. The menu is always the same but the place was clean both inside and outside.

I asked for extra caramel drizzle in my drink, the girl in the drive thru reiterated it back to me correctly twice, but there wasnt any in my drink at all. I was charged for it and even tipped them. Do they not know how to read, or do they just not care? Wont be going back to any starbucks for a while.
