I love this place and its owner. I started shopping here right when she first opened 3 years ago in a very tiny space. I’ve watched her grow and her various visions come to fruition as an entrepreneur. She’s one bad a$$ boss babe. Now to the store, when you come in, you feel like family. You’re supported and they ask if they can help you find a specific item. They’re extremely responsive on socials. You can’t come to this store and leave in a bad mood. They’re authentic in their delivery and make you feel like your best self. I will continue to make the hour journey to visit and support this business and what they’re doing.

Hands down the best place to shop in Murfreesboro. Think shopping in your best friends closet or a woman you always admire her style but you just never felt like you could afford or put the look together. The Exchange Sisters have your back and will come through with pieces and advice on how to style and wear them. When you wear your outfit from The Exchange Boutique, you will feel like your best self. Stop in for a fun shopping experience & a little extra boost of confidence.

DO NOT RECOMMEND- In summary, dropped off about $1000 worth of items in Jan 2019 and the owner, Brittany, took down my name, phone and email to send me a consignment agreement. Never received. Called at least 3 times and was told they would look into and call me back. Never called back. I was so frustrated and honestly forgot about it and then remembered in Nov 2019 about this and called and talked to the owner, Brittany. Asked for my items back at that point or to pay me for selling them. She didnt offer to do either after numerous emails and twisted the situation to make it sound like my items were abandoned and the items she did sell she would only be giving me 50% of what I was due. I was very upset that she was not accepting accountability that they never sent agreement and ignored the fact that I HAD TO CALL 3+ times asking for the agreement to be sent to me. She continued to reference the terms in the agreement that I did not sign because they never sent it to me so obviously I didnt know what it stated. The bigger issue is how did they sell my items without an agreement in place and documenting whose items they were when sold??? And would you not try to call or email to let me know that items sold and to pick remaining items up?? Well no, because they either lost my contact info or were being shady and selling my items. I asked for an itemization of my items that sold and never received. The money here was not even the issue at that point, I was taken back at the way that she was doing business. She technically stole my items and the money that she made from selling them. My attorney advised I take her to small claims court, but since that is not worth my time, I definitely wanted to take a few minutes to write about my experience. She obviously really needed that $200 that I was asking to settle for. I have all the emails to reference if anyone would like to see for yourself. She is a snake and SHADY!!!

I love this local shop! Brittany the owner is great, very kind and personable. Upscale clothing, shoes, and accessories at a great price. I have purchased several items this year already!

I have been in this store twice and each time the staff was not at all welcoming. If you go on the square and visit the other high-end boutiques, everyone is quite friendly and inviting. I walked in, looked at some racks of clothing, then walked back out when I came in the second time. It wasn’t busy at all. Staff on their cell phones or just completely ignore you. I am more likely to spend money at a place that has a friendly staff. Clothes are overpriced as well for being worn before. The clothes were more expensive than some of the brand new clothes at the other boutiques.

Its so charming and very welcoming. The owner Brittany Renee Brandon is perfect for owning this boutique. Shes very helpful in helping people with their clothing. Shes very friendly and beautiful inside and out. The referrals I have sent to her have been very happy with her and her staff. Everyone seems to always find something unique they love.

Absolutely amazing place! Brittany the owner is such a sweetheart with incredible eclectic taste. Whether in the market for boutique clothing, jewelry, or renting formal wear THIS IS THE GO TO PLACE! Mrs. Patti is such a sweetheart too, these girls saved the day for me with a recent charity event. If I could give higher than five stars believe me I would!

Sales Associate Amelia was wonderful to work with. If I halfway liked something, she made me feel BEAUTIFUL in it. I’m very pleased with everything I bought.

I have been a regular since this little gem opened its doors.The owner makes sure your shopping experience is the best; and customizes to each shopper. She goes above and beyond to help you with selections.She gets busy just like every business, but she will make her way around to you. If you need her, just ask. She’s put her heart and soul into this boutique, and when you walk in and meet her, you will see what I’m talking about and what hundreds of other “Exchangers” are talking about when they need a little shopping therapy!

Nicest store! Great selection combined with great prices and a lovely store owner. Unique local jewelry, too. Very enjoyable place to shop.

With much anticipation & after following on social media I made the drive from Nashville to this boutique. Upon entering, I wasnt greeted, however, it was a Saturday afternoon and a few people were in so I could see that maybe I was missed walking in. After browsing for a few minutes, I was greeted and asked if I wanted a fitting room started and I obliged. I decided on one piece and approached the empty counter. After standing and never being acknowledged again, I kindly left .Will not be returning.
