The Dr was nice but overall the other employees were rude as hell. I asked before coming what my insurance covered and the out of pocket expense then they tried to charge me $100 after the specifically said my fee was only $10 with insurance. Highly disappointed in the service today. They even made me take the trial pair of contacts out when I did not even ask for a trial pair.

Was not pleased with the service. My prescription was wrong, and the doctor acted like he was upset with me because he had to redo my prescription. When I was finished, I was told that I had to buy a warranty to get my glasses repaired. If Im not mistaken, a warranty is something you get in case something happens and its covered. But I did NOTHING to mess up the glasses. I told them when I tried on the glasses, that they were blurry. I will not buy a warranty because I have insurance that covered my glasses and it was your mistake. Im finding me a new doctor.

I was hesitant to go to another lens crafters but I was desperate to get my glasses replaced so here I was. I had the most amazing experience at this place. The energy in the store was great and the two ladies who helped me out made me a forever customer. Great communication and it was SO speedy I got my glasses back (lenses replaced on top of that) within the hour when I was told of the 24-48 hour turnaround. They went above and beyond for me so donโ€™t doubt that youโ€™ll get good service when you go here! Inexpensive too!

After breaking my frames (which were 2 1/2 yrs old) I called Lenscrafters about a replacement. They were able to pull up my records, see which frames I had and even had the same pair in stock. I had to go in last weekend for an exam and to get a new set of glasses. The young woman who helped me was phenomenal. She was very sweet, kind, and patient. She answered all of my questions and helped me so much. She also helped me take care of an on-going issue that previous people havent even tried to help with. My appointment today was excellent! I saw Dr. Johnson who was very patient and answered all my question and concerns. It started out with the manager named Alex who was extremely friendly and made sure I was checked in, paperwork done and then I went into the doctors side. I couldnโ€™t believe how smooth my morning was! Ending, I was then fitted for glasses and Karen was the nicest person! She even tightened up my existing glasses and sunglasses that DID NOT come from LensCrafters! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I believe businesses should value customers and customers should value BUSINESSES!!! I went to this store yesterday, Feb 24, for an annual eye exam. I received a wonderful exam but the optometrist told me I needed new glasses. I went out front and told Christine that I wanted to keep my frames so just price new lenses. She gave me a price of $738.35 just for the lenses. I came home and checked online and sent my glasses off to have new lenses installed for $283.00. LensCrafters is out to take advantage of customers based on my experience.

The assistant manager was incredibly nice and so very helpful. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he helped us out so much. My girlfriend broke both of her handles on her glasses and lost one. We came in to get the right handle possibly back on until we were able to get new glasses. Instead of just doing that, he offered to get her a whole new frame for free! I hope this doesnโ€™t get him in trouble if he wasnโ€™t suppose to but he went out of his way to make sure that my girlfriend was taken care of and left with more than we came in for. Whoever is in charge of this store NEEDS to recognize him for his kind gesture and let him know that he made my girlfriends day. She has been upset all week because I am leaving for basic training in a few days and sheโ€™s been in a constant smile all day today. Thank you kind sir for that small gesture. It went a long way.

Went in today for an exam and to get some new glasses. The exam process was great and each person I interacted with was amazing. Not at all the same experience with the sales team. I was looking at frames and had questions but everyone was helping others so I waited. I then noticed people finishing up and instantly helping other customers that came in not saying one word to me. One lady finally asked me if I was ready to purchase after I stood around her finishing up with someone else. I told her no and I had some questions. She did quickly answer my question and moved on to the other customer that had just walked in. When I was walking out she then asked if I had it hadnโ€™t found anything but I was done at that point. I left and went to a competitor and was helped within minutes with someone who actually helped me.This was my first and last visit to LensCrafters.

Dr. Travis Johnson is the most courteous, patient and professional eye doctor Ive been to in over 25 years - thank you! The prices on eyeglass frames is expensive, primarily because of branding, and not because theyre better than off-brand eyeglass frames. Went in to see about scheduling an exam and Alex seemed very put off that I was taking up her time. She seemed more interested in trying to be in the back of the store or shuffling a bunch of papers around. I asked about my previous exam records and she said Unfortunately, Dr. Garrett no longer works here and he took his records and access from Lenscrafters. Turns out that he opened his OWN office not tied to Lenscrafters. Why make it sound like it was some kind of BAD situation, like he was fired? That seems shady. I ended up finding their office, Integrity Eye Care, just down the road and got in. THAT office is amazing. I never saw the doctors at Lenscrafters but Lenscrafters should really re think the policy of having Alex the Store Manager (how she introduced herself) in the front office, representing the store. Shes rude and short tempered and acts as though she has a million more things to do than to help customers. Go see Dr. Garrett at Integrity Eye Care. Way better service.

Called to have my sons glasses fixed. A screw fell out. Was told it would take 24 hours. My Dad needed a screw for his glasses, stopped off at Walmart optical center (he had NOT bought his glasses there), within a few minutes, they replaced the screw, at no charge. My Dad tried to pay the Walmart center for the screw and they refused. THATS customer service. LensCrafters had horrible customer service when my son was picking out his frames. Good life lesson. Its the service when you need a repair in a timely fashion that counts. (As well as how you are treated when purchasing your glasses new.) NOT going back to Lenscrafters.

The staff needs to ensure if they tell you, that you have a certain protection on your Lens that you have that. I asked several times on my first prescription appt if I had blue Len protection and was told yes, just to find out on my second appt they didnโ€™t have that protection nor was that available for my type Lens. I was very disappointed to hear that. I was under the understanding the feature was calculated in my cost. To clarify further my partner asked when he picked up his glasses if my lens had the computer protection and was also told yes. Thats a Negative mark towards the organization integrity. I will look at this as a communication issue. However, the overall customer experience is exceptional, the personal care is exceptional, and I highly recommend LensCrafters. You will love the Experience.

I went today and had a great experience with me and my daughters exam. Now the sales side was a whole different experience. We had Karen and she needs training on how to speak to people. Constantly rude and disrespectful. And when checking out She added protection plan without asking me if I wanted it and didnโ€™t explain any of the charges that she was ringing up. Not to mention she kept looking at her Apple Watch like I was wasting her time. I tried to keep my cool and ignore the disrespect( in front of my child) but a person can take so much. I told her to cancel the transaction and give me the prescriptions. She then started interrupting me because she was upset that I cancelled. I ended up going somewhere else for our glasses and paid way less. We will do our exams there but will never entertain the idea for glasses.

LensCrafters is my go to place for glasses because of their wide designer collection. Every time I visit this location, I always have a negative encounter with the older lady that works in the front. The young ladies are nice and helpful, but the older lady has a horrible attitude. She is negative about everything and acts like she doesnโ€™t want to help. I asked her to see if she can fix a small screw on my glasses & she replied โ€œI guess I can try but it probably wonโ€™t work because of how old the glasses are.โ€ First of all, I got my glasses there a little over a year. She made it seem like my glasses were 5 years old! Coolsprings is where Iโ€™ll be going from now on.

The only concern I have is that when I brought my glasses in on Tuesday to have them there for installing the lens, I was promised that they would be ready the next morning after 10:00. I went back Wednesday morning and the lens had not been ground. The lady told me the person doing the grinding will be in at 2:00 and will work on them. She said they would be ready the next morning after 10:00. I dropped by and picked them up Thursday morning. They are fine. I am pleased with them.

I went to this location and they were very busy. They let me know that someone would be right with me and they showed me where to start looking. Even though my benefits were not eligible yet and I wanted to wait, they still took the time to help me after I told them this. I went to another place to shop around and they didnโ€™t even give me the time of day since they knew I wasnโ€™t purchasing then. LensCrafters even offered to clean my glasses even though I didnโ€™t buy them there! I will be back next year when my benefits are ready!

I bought my sons first pair of glasses at this store in 2015 and because the service was so great as well as the plan that covers broken glasses, that I went back and bought his second pair of glasses and a new pair for myself in the fall in 2016. The Optometrist being on location is a definite plus. I was treated well by all staff. They answered my questions, helped me make the final decision and did a great job of fitting my glasses as well as my sons glasses. I also decided to go with the progressive lenses. The man, who is the manager I think, helped me to understand how to use the lenses so well that they were a super easy transition for me. Apparently, the people posting reviews are posting when they are mad but for 2 years, I have had such a great experience that Lenscrafters is THE place for me to get new glasses. I have used LensCrafters in Murfreesboro several times and have always found the staff to be very courteous and very helpful. In December I purchased four lenses (two indoor, two outdoor) for frames that I already own. One of these frames is several years old and LensCrafters had to order stock to fill the prescription. At no time did Wanda, the lady who helped me with my purchase, try to up sell by promoting new frames. Having recently had cataract surgery, I was eligible for some reimbursement from Medicare. Wanda contacted the ophthalmologists to get the necessary information and filed the claim on my behalf. Excellent sales service.

The staff was friendly enough but they advertise walk in welcome i get there at 1:15 but she wanted me to come back at 2:50 and i have a 3 year old with me so im like no and go to leave then she sayes we can work on your paperwork and go from there so i fill out the tablet and my insurance doesnt provide a card and im on my boyfriends insurance and they have had 3 different people trying to sigh me in with only 1 other person in the waiting area that wasnt even being seen he was just waiting on a friend so this whole time ive been waiting they have not once asked for my boyfriends info which they would have to have to find me on the insurance then the woman tells me i cant find you your gonna have to call your insurance ...... This is the WORST LensCrafters Iโ€™ve ever been to. Every time I have called for any type of information or to schedule a consultation the same condescending young guy answers. Heโ€™s incredibly rude and just a plain jerk. If your knowledge of eyewear isnโ€™t as extensive as his he will speak to you as if you are mentally impaired. His attitude alone has caused me to spend 200$ in eyewear at other stores. It really sucks because the lens crafters in Murfreesboro is just down the road for me. But thatโ€™s ok, Iโ€™ll gladly spend my money, time, and gas going to the cool springs location where people are actually semi-decent. Management needs a day of retraining in customer service for this Douchebag that seems to be upholding the snobby LensCrafters stereotype. Such a shame.

I have been going to this location since I lived in Murfreesboro, for five years. I have never had an issue. And Tony the glasses repair man is a delight to tak to. He fixed my sunglasses I bought at Nordstrom for free. He is very genuine. And has great stories. Also the other girls I have seen working in there have been very nice too. I also see Dr. Garrrett, who is the optometrist there. He is very nice as well.
