This review is specifically for Rose the beauty consultant there. She helped me and my husband a couple of weeks back find a moisturizer for our terribly dry skin. We didnt know she was there but sweetly offered assistance and gave us a couple of options and described them in detail and gave us her honest opinion. When we decided we would like one of the options she said they were out at this location but gave us multiple other locations and a free sample (which I love the size of it and keep it in my purse). She was very accommodating. Her recommendation ended up being spot on and we both love the product. I have even tried my dermatologists recommendation that did not help me this much. Who knew! We are so thankful we meet her and she was so kind to help us. Thank you Rose!!

My Spine got the necessities, the night time cashier he needs to understand that when my wife says she is the contact, shes saying were old fashion we dont need to do another process. If we have coupons than well do that. My wife functions on the autism spectrum; Aspergers Syndrome. If she speaks, thats good enough!

Misprinted a liquid medication bottle on Sunday. The bottle contained 120 mL and said I am supposed to have 120 doses, but that each dose is 10 mL?Luckily I called my doctor and he confirmed it was supposed to be 1 mL per dose. Luckily it is not a medication that could overdose someone.Pharmacists here are friendly, but they dont need to be so rushed that they dont double check the labels they print on bottles. This is not just sloppy, it is downright dangerous!

Rose in skin and beauty was so great with helping me find something for my skin today. Wearing these masks has made my skin break out and I haven’t had acne for years. So today while reading labels and trying to find something suitable she stepped in to help me. She was knowledgeable of products and what may work best for my skin type.

Ive been using Walgreens for my prescriptions for as long as I can remember. But Im now at the point where Im seriously considering going somewhere else. It just seems theres ALWAYS an issue with me getting my meds because theyve messed something up. So then Im forced to make multiple trips. Also, they always charge me a different price for the same prescription, depending on who I check out with. I dont know if its a company problem or just the Northfield location, but Im so over it!

Why are the closing the store and drive thru for cleaning AT 5PM without telling people?! They cant do this in the middle of the day or late at night? They can’t tell us this online?! You have no way of knowing until you get there. They kicked people out of the store and line at the busiest time. Ridiculous. This pharmacy is also the slowest I’ve ever used so even before the pandemic, expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. Worst walgreens ive ever used.

When you talk to pharmacy on one day to fill and tell them you will pick up the next day and then arrive and be told I didnt get there soon enough and it was put back out and they do not have any more, I think itis time to find another pharmacy. Very disappointed in walgreens pharmacy

Always understaffed & training new people! The staff is great but always too busy. For GOD’S sake, do something about the annoying computer! If you call and ask to actually TALK to someone in the pharmacy you are on hold to THE SAME AWFUL TUNE & RECORDING EVERY 15 SECONDS!!!! You have to hear it 4 times a MINUTE! 😖🤬

They may get 3 out of 5 scripts right but in one month alone theyve LIED TO MY FACE and said my Dr did NOT send in the prescription electronically when they have proof they did..and its time for them to be responsible for their insubordination and pay their dues in civil court. SICK of being treated like an animal & being discriminated.against when good people choose to take treatment for the #1 deadly epidemic in the US. Dont expect your Dr office to take up for ya either. All about that $ at ACT WELLNESS.

They are rude, and they love to get smart with people. If I could rate them zero then i would. They dont get your medicine ready when they say they are. Even if you receive a notification that it done.. sometimes its not! Ridiculous.

Great pharmacy staff, but always severely understaffed. Can increase risk for error. Takes forever to pick up refills. Website notifications are often incorrect and useless. Corporate definately needs to address poor staffing issues.

It took me 1 hour to pick up a medication for my sick child. The lady at the window was unhelpful and unfriendly. Then she lied about the discount on medication. They could not locate my daughters TENCARE after showing them the approval. They gave me a discount which was $10 then went up to $16. Then after explaining it’s okay I won’t be coming back at all the guy attempted to explain how to use the medication. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever encountered.

By far the longest wait time for a pharmacy EVERY single time. The pharmacy techs never seem to know what their doing. There’s a guy with long hair that works inside the store that’s super helpful if you ever need photographs or anything from the store besides that stay away from this pharmacy

I have never had such a negative experience at any other pharmacy. The pharmacists that work there are extremely rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and treat you like a drug addict for needing your medicine. Refuse to give you a name, will give you no sort of answer when they dont have your medicine and basically tell you well, sorry...dont know what we can do for you right now. PEOPLE CAN DIE WITHOUT THERE MEDICINE!!! What is wrong with these people?? I swear the people who work there give no care for the people they work for! Something needs to be done asap.

The daytime pharmacy staff are so rude and hateful, very unprofessional. This is every single time. The tech had the nerve to be very rude because we inquired about a prescription that was sent in on the 13th, called on the 17th, she told me we had nothing ready, when I questioned her further, she very rudely informed me they were out of the medication and it may or may not be in on the 20th, a week later. The manager needs to seriously make changes

PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would. After tonight I will not be returning. If you dont want unprofessional, incompetent people working on your prescriptions I highly advise you not to come to this location for prescriptions. And if you do go to this location I would recommend you check your medicine to make sure they are giving you the right prescriptions. Cause after tonight I see that they dont keep a track on what they give and if they are giving the right prescriptions to the right person. Smh just out right senseless and dangerous.

I went to the drive through window And the woman working at the window kept a car at the window for 45 minutes. I had to go inside to do my transaction. This was very annoying after being at work all day to put up with that.I hope someone will correct this so it does not to happen again.

One of the worst pharmacies in Murfreesboro. I will not be using them any longer. The only reason that I am here now is that Rite Aide closed. Unfriendly staff at the drive thru. Takes 2 to 4 hours to get a RX filled. The girl Cloe at the drive thru a lesson. In being friendly. Some of the most ride people ever. Do not use this pharmacy for medication. Ugh...

This store has gotten sorry as heck. There not well stocked anymore the pharmacy staff isnt friendly like they was, they make you stay on hold for ever then you go to ringing again and then they will hang up on you. There prices are higher then another pharmacy. The drive thur is always full and there so slow in it. Im just thinking about changing pharmacies all together.

Two times in the last year my girlfriend needed an asthma inhaler as an emergency. The first time, I had to talk the pharmacist into expediting her order, as everybody else did not have an emergency. The people in the waiting room understood, the pharmacist didnt.Last night, we waited for 25 minutes for the pharmacist to answer the phone. Finally, we just drove up, and he gave me a serious attitude. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered.

Yes its a 24 hr walgreens. Yes you are better off not going to it and just waiting until the rest of them to open. 2 hours to refill two prescriptions. I was originally told it would only take an hour and a half at 10:00 pm. Then at 11:30 pm they told me they wouldnt have it until midnight. After telling them they had an hour and a half my guy at the window stumbled and eventually said we got busy.

Probably the worst service ever. we have received better service somewhere that was slammed. Wait time given to fill a prescription was 45 minutes, it has been well over an hour and we are the only customers here. If you bother the pharmacist you will wait even longer.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 years and the customer servic has gotten worse over the years. I have to constantly fix the same problems w insurance every time, they gave my son the wrong dosage different from what his doctor actually called in, good thing I caught it. Every time I have gone in or waited int he drive thru line there is always an issue. I am done. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Dont go here unless you enjoy waiting past your pickup time. I was told my prescription would be ready in 1.5 hours, so I left and came back in 2 hours (to give them an extra 30 mins). When I went up to the counter, the pharmacist (didnt get name..middle-aged male of Asian descent) said It will be about an hour. When I brought up the fact that would be 1.5 hours after I was originally told to pick it up, the pharmacist says Yea buddy, you see the line? (There was a line of customers waiting for pickup).WHAT?! Not only did I wait forever, but I was also blatantly insulted for even bringing it up! I emailed corporate about this and am awaiting a response.I realize that going to pharmacys are like going to the DMV, and that choices are limited, but dont waste your time here. There are many places that are much quicker that wont insult you.

Simi helpful staff...depends on the shift...ive been in there and had a great experience and been in and had a horrific experience...where an employee made me feel insignificant and incompetent. So while they eventually get the job done be mindful of the staff as its a 50/50 shot for my experience thus far.

I told the cashier in the pharmacy department that my wife was in the middle of a reactor and we needed to know the price of her epi-pen**. 20 minutes later still had not been given a price. when I asked a second time she became rude and told me they were pretty busy. I dont know where the pharmacist is he went MIA

In regards to their pharmacy - I would imagine a crack dealer has better customer service than these people. HIGHLY unprofessional, absent minded, and rude. Lose prescriptions, argue about names on files, and other absurdities. If it was between this place and be sick...I think I may choose to be sick.

I came to this pharmacy per the hospitals request when I was discharged. When I arrived at 12:00am the rude and busy pharmacy tech informed me that my insurance that covers my prescriptions was not a prescription card. When I tried to find out why she said that it was because she didnt have a number. When I read the rx number off the bottom of the insurance card to her she informed me that she is too busy and I have to do that. She then informed me that she couldnt do anything for me and I would have to wait till my pharmacy opens to get my medicine. Well, I have a kidney stone that was bad enough to go to the ER for and cant even get my medication so that I can at least sleep until then. This pharmacy is a damn joke. If you want to have to do everything else because they get paid for you to do it, go here.

Unfriendly, slow service. Your 80 year old grandmother could get things done faster.Ive used this store to refill my prescriptions for upwards of two years now, but about 5 months ago they went from competent service to it taking over 45min to get through the drive thru pharmacy line (if youre lucky) regardless of what time of day or how many people are there. I have on multiple occasions, both drive thru and in store, gone up to the counter when there was no line and waited to pick up my prescription (that they only decided to fill two days after I requested it in the first place) only to have them look at me from behind the counter, not bother to acknowledge me in any way, and walk off to do god knows what before returning 30min later to reluctantly ask me what I need. Usually i dont have the time or patience to even wait that long.Im not sure if they changed management or what, but youre better off waiting until one of the other stores are open rather than putting up with the absolute bs that is the northfield store. -10/10 would not recommend.
