Really thought we were going to get a good experience, and then there was just one problem after another. Some of the work wasn’t done right it had to be redone and they acted like they didn’t know anything was wrong to begin with, and grey made excuses for everything. There were obvious issues that anyone could see even if they didn’t have a trained eye. I was really dissatisfied with the entire experience. At least the granite that they use looks beautiful once it’s installed. The actual workers were great, but management needs to work on some things.

If this mismatched seam on a kitchen counter is appealing to you, then Middle TN Granite is your company. They see nothing wrong with this and will not correct the problem. In addition, we had to bring our sink to their location in Murfreesboro for them to cut the granite. The granite showed up to be installed with no hole cut, nor did our sink return until later. Hope this helps make your decision for a granite company easier.UPDATE - After reading my review, I was contacted by someone at the Nashville office. I was told that there was an employee whom we were dealing with that had multiple complaints similar to ours and had been terminated. The offered to come out and replace everything I was unhappy with. I only asked them to fix the mismatched portion and they did do that. So I have added this to my review and changed my rating accordingly.

On Saturday January 4, 2020 I called the number given on the google ad. It said they were opened until 2 p.m. I called at 1:05 p.m. to make sure there was somebody there because of the other reviews I read where some people have said they showed up at the store and nobody was there. Well - nobody answered the phone when I called just now so Im not going to potentially waste a drive going to the store. No answering machine message or anything. How do people even make it in business these days like this!! Its amazing to me. So either the number is wrong on the ad ( which I highly doubt ) or the poor customer service has been clarified and I have no interest in doing business with these people.

They came and put my new counter-tops in and on my island yesterday. Did a great job. The whole process from going and picking out everything to them putting it in was so smooth. Gina was great and very informative and helped us with every question along the way. Very competitive on pricing. I would recommend going to them.

I went by yesterday and there was a sign on the door that said they would be back at 330. This was at three o clock.... I waited til 4 pm and still no one came back. Just as a side note there was 2 other people that came by as well.

By far the worst customer service ever. They told me Monday through Friday 7-12. I stop by at 11 and no one there wasted my lunch time for anything. I went back monday, the guy said he is gonna send me a quote, text him called him and yet still didnt receive anything. Ill take my business else where. Dont response to phone call or text message VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! SAVE your money people and go else where.
