On 10/30/21 we went to this location at 9:45pm. The guy and girl working were so kind and fun! Great experience.

Great place to take your wife on a beautiful night after her first time riding at night me on our bike. Excellent for calming her down for the trip back home Little I knew that would be the first and last time I got her to ride and be happy with me .

Friendly staff and great service! The two ladies at the counter were very sweet and my kids always enjoy coming here after soccer practice.

This is the best Baskin Robbins in the Middle TN area. The owner is a really nice genuine guy. The young kids that work there are very respectful and do their jobs better than most adults.

The workers at this location are pretty friendly. Im vegan and they were very patient and willing to talk me through the selections that they have. $3 for one scoop on a cone is a bit more than other places, but for the quality of the icecream, Id have to say that it was worth it. Give em a try!

Decadent but gotta do it once in a long while. Amazingly delicious flavors. There is no wrong choice unless its not your cheat day. Dont touch a one if youre trying to lose weight. This nice new worker i think named Bryce made my ice cream he is honestly such a nice and funny . He was so patience with me while i chose a ice cream i will most definitely visit again when I’m in town .

Ive been going to Baskin Robbins forever! This is one of the only locations Ive been to that does not give 6 free cones with each purchase of ice cream quarts. I get the prepackaged quarts for my daughters school and birthday parties all the time and never had to pay for cones at other locations!

Great BR, very clean 3 people to serve you. Very fast. Best Jamocha Almond Fudge ever! Lots of seating. They have $1.50 cones on Tuesday right now!

Rick the new owner was great. He was sold out of cakes from the day before and getting ready for today. I asked if he could have something ready by the afternoon and I’d check back. He called me back to let me know he’s have something for me when I got there in the afternoon!!!

God is good. This place not only serves delicious ice cream but good ole fashion hospitality. I had ordered ice cream for my son, mother and self when it was time to pay I remembered that I needed to transfer money over to make the transaction. For some reason the Regions banking app kept having issues. (It wasnt allowing me to transfer funds. Maybe because it was on a Sunday, but ive never had that problem before) anyways. Another customer comes in, I tell him to go ahead of me while Im still trying to transfer funds. Its taking a while for me to troubleshoot the Regions app. I decided to have my mother cash app me the funds so that I can do it that way. The man behind me said he would pay for my order and to not worry about that. I couldve cried of happiness, joy, embarrassment and all of the above. I thanked him and let him know that I was so sorry for the inconvenience. The man said no problem, Im the owner of this store. I really felt so blessed. I thanked him and felt so upset with myself because I couldnt get the money to transfer because of the app. Long story short, that was my first time going into that particular store. I am forever grateful and I am now going to be a long term customer! Thank you Baskin Robins.

Had a good time. The kids working there were doing a good job. My only complaint is they need to fix the tile floor. I saw someone step on a broken tile and almost fell on the floor.

Kids that wait on you are very on top of thing work fast and do great work and service and so polite ice cream speakers for itself
