So happy I came to Mullins! I took my engagement ring to Bell jewelers twice to be fixed because one of the diamonds kept falling out. Despite, their efforts it continued to fall out. I called around in search of someone else who could maybe actually fix it. I was told by several jewelers I needed to just buy a new one, which they were willing to sale. Mullins asked me to bring it in so they could evaluate it. Come to find out the reason the diamond kept falling out was because Bell jewelers was gluing a diamond back in place. I am a nurse, and I alcohol my hands hundreds of times a day. This was dissolving the glue. Bell jewelers never once explained they didnt have the capability to actually fix this type of invisible setting. They just kept taking my money without any guarantee. Mullins explained exactly what needed to be done. They actually have someone who specializes in this type of setting. & I am SO HAPPY to say my diamond has remained in place. I got my engagement ring from Zales and had to take it back in for repair multiple times within the first two years after losing a diamond, the prongs snagging, etc., which means they send it out of state to Texas to be fixed. After it came back from repair this last time and still wasn’t fixed, my husband and I searched for someone local and found J. Mullins. Gerret, the jeweler, really took the time to inspect it and assess WHY I kept having issues with it. He offered to adjust it for me, but clearly explained because of the way it was designed I would continue to have the same problems with it unfortunately. Even though this wasn’t the news we expected, it was the first time we got to speak about these issues with a jeweler face to face (not just a sales person) and get real feedback about my ring. It eased my mind to hear how much he knew about the different types of metals and their behaviors based on the design of the ring. Gerret was able to build a custom ring for me, keeping the qualities that I loved and resolving the features that were causing the problems in the first place. I. LOVE. MY. RING. My husband and I looked around at several places, including chain stores, for a twentieth anniversary ring. The staff at Mullins was not only friendly but really listened to us to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Gerrett made a custom pendant for me with a silver coin I had. When I went in initially, he immediately understood what I was trying to describe that I wanted. He was patient with me and did an amazing job! It is perfect and exactly what I wanted. When I went to pick it up, they also helped me pick out the best chain for the pendant. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we’ll definitely be back!

Took my wedding set in as my center stone was lose. He found the issue(the head) gave me several options. I chose to have head only replaced. Picked it up looking better than brand new!! Will be back!

I love Mullins. I bought my wife and my wedding bans from them 26 years ago on the square and has made a few purchases over the years. Today I went to Mullins and as I waited outside because there was 4 customers inside, I noticed that 2 employees where not wearing masks. This saddens me because this pandemic is so bad and I wish people would do the right thing. I will not be back.

People! I kid you not when I say this business is one of the most professional and efficient jewelry companies I have ever been to. I stepped in to get my clasp fixed thinking it would take a few days for them to ship it off but they literally stepped in the back and fixed it in 2 minutes!! Every other jewelry company I went to told me it would be about $70 to fix just the clasp but J.Mullins only charged $20. It looked brand new and I couldn’t believe they did it for such a low amount. These guys are the best in the business. Please bring your business to this company!!!

I had been to this store previously to have wedding set soldered together & the service & results were great. Recently took a peridot sterling silver tennis bracelet that my husband gave me for Christmas to get a link or two added as it was too small. The guy said that it wasnt worth, and that it probably wasnt worth $20.00. Rude. The monetary value is irrelevant to me because my husband picked it out & gave it to me. I wont be back. Dont insult my jewelry. Not everyone can afford really expensive jewelry.

There is an instore watchmaker, a rarity in jewelry stores of this moment in history, who has dedication, talent and integrity while carrying on the tradition of ole man Mullins (may he rest in peace). Took in a necklace in to have it resized. I had already taken it to three other jewelry repair stores who didnt even try to repair it but simply said there was nothing they could do for me because the necklace was made of stainless steel instead of a precious metal. Two of those places didnt even LOOK at it. I took it to Mullins and they said, We arent set up to work on stainless steel - but let me have a look at it. Long story short: In 15 minutes my necklace was resized and now fits perfectly - $5. I am now a fan. They were kind, courteous and professional. I will be going back after the first of the year to buy a watch I looked at while I was there. I highly recommend these guys.

I went their and got a ring made from a piece of jewelry that was given to me from my deceased great aunt and I was told I had to get all this extra gold to make a secure setting for this ring that did not turn out nice. Fast forward a few years I took the ring to get redone by a family member because it was ugly and I was hoping to use the gold for my new ring and it turned out it was SILVER!!! Haha I paid all this extra money for gold and got silver! I guess I should have got it checked but I just assumed they were being honest. I honestly thing they probably switched out some diamonds because my uncle had to replace 3 diamonds that were in such bad condition and the diamonds that I had were definitely not bad! Overall i wouldnt recommend them because they are dishonest.

I took 4 wedding bands (2 yellow gold and 2 white gold) (each with a lot of sentimental value) into Mullins Jewelers. I Talked to Daniel about having 1 wedding band made from these 4. I have to admit that when he said he could do it I expected that the finished product would be OK. A few weeks later when I went back to pick up the finished product I almost cried. The ring was BEAUTIFUL!!! I cant imagine how much time he put into making this ring. I will be taking my future business to them and would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you to Mullins Jewelry for repairing my ring. I had taken it somewhere else and they said it was unfixable and they tried to sell me a new ring. Mullins not only fixed it better than new but the price to fix it was so much less than expected. The people there are awesome. Ill never go anywhere else.

We took my grandmothers bridal set to J Mullins for repairs. The rings are 60 years old and have been broken in a drawer since before I was born. I couldnt believe how beautiful they were when we picked them up. Not only were they breathtaking, they were ready ahead of time. My grandmother said they look just like they did when she got them. Well definitely be using J Mullins in the future.
