The service here isn’t great. My salesman absolutely did his best to help me, but the manager Naomi gave the absolute minimum effort and simply walked away when I attempted to increase my credit line and make a larger purchase. I’m already contemplating going to a different location and returning the item I purchased. DO NOT COME TO THE MURFREESBORO LOCATION unless you are in the mood to be frustrated.
After years and tens of thousands of dollars of business at Jared, and this Jared in particular, I can assure you that they won’t be getting any more of our money after today. I came in to pick up a repair, when I arrived, it was busy, every person was occupied with a customer. No problem, I stepped to the side over near the repair area to wait and wanting to make it easy on someone to help me and move on to the next customer. I was there 25 minutes. During that time, 2 other men came in and started looking around. The first two sales people freed up and went right over to the two men looking in the cases, ignoring me completely despite me having been there. The last straw was when the third person completed their time with a customer, looked over at me and then turned away and walked to the other side of the store by the door and played on his phone. I received no help and never did get my repair. I understand that you don’t make commission taking 10 minutes to go get my repair but what I also know is that if you don’t value me as a customer no matter what I’m there for then you don’t deserve my money. Jared in Murfreesboro showed how they feel about a long time, loyal customer today and as a result, they lost me.

Horrible customer service that are either without knowledge to help or does not care. You call zales and they say call the bank and then you are on hold for hours then they hang up and you go back calling them and you get the run around. The bank that issues the cards say call zales then zales say call them. It took a month to resolve issue and that only happened when I went into the store and the Sales Associate helped me. I will pay my card off but not purchase anything again. I missed out on a 60% sale on a item I wanted for my 40th anniversary because they would not correct my account info.
Very frustrating experience. My wife ordered a wedding band in Nov 2020 and prepaid for the ring. However, the ring arrived at Jareds in January 2021 and was very different than what was ordered. They ordered again, and the ring came in during February but nobody called when it arrived because it was the wrong ring again. Instead of trying to fix the problem and order the correct ring from another vendor, they did nothing until we called at the end of March and complained. Unfortunately, we are halfway through April, and they still havent been able to order this ring, and they dont know how to order the ring that they promised my wife. What was going to be a nice 25th anniversary present has become a very disappointing experience.
They have a wonderful selection. No pressure either!

In a nutshell, please save your money & time! Im still fighting corporate over the loss of $150 & the extremely rude manager Van! My ring still isnt repaired correctly. May I suggest Bell jewelers! My husband didnt know about them when he purchased my engagement ring & bought it at Jerard. Therefore we went back for my wedding band. Ive had multiple problems with them. Thankfully I did NOT buy his wedding band here! Honestly, all youre paying for is the name! He paid approximately $3,000 & it has been appraised for less!! Do your research before you buy from them. They charge you to breathe I believe. Also, even if you take out the warranty (which he did) certain repairs cost extra, hence my $150.00! Bewar

JARED GOT MY REVIEW REMOVED SAYING IT WAS FAKE - let me just add some photos of evidence.*** I will absolutely never shop here. ***My partner and I made an appointment (only way during covid) to browse rings and get a bearing of what we like. We’d Pinterest’d a bunch but wanted to see styles on and in person before he purchased and surprises me with his proposal.We were very clear when making the appointment and countl times throughout that we were just trying to figure out our preference. The lady our appointment was with, Naomi, was nice enough and really seemed to be trying to help us. Unfortunately, she got pulled away with another customer and the lady who took over was AWFUL. She did not listen to us at all! Worse, she kept pushing us to buy every little thing. It was exhausting to reiterate every five seconds we were just trying to see what we liked. I asked to just browse, and point blank asked to do so without her. Before we made it half way around the store, she rejoined us and told us to sit and continued her sales pitch. She bullied me into a credit check, after I said no multiple times. I felt trapped and her repeating and talking over me “it’ll only take two minutes” my anxiety went through the roof. I just wanted to leave and I wish I had. She then tried to push multiple other options in addition to the credit like leasing and layaway or something.UPDATE: they did TWO HARD INQUIRIES on my credit that day. I did not consent and am disputing with the credit unions.I asked to see a 3 or more carat solitaire ring, preferably in an oval or emerald cut so we could try it on and make sure we liked it. She could not grasp the concept. What I can only assume was greediness for commission just could not settle her. She’d say “oh we don’t have anything in that metal,” and I kept returning, “I don’t care what the metal or stone or anything is, I just want to see the style so I can see if I even like a solitaire ring.” To which she continued to push, “well I can just make that for you, easy.” And then showed me yet another halo diamond, never more than 2 carat, always a circle/round cut.I’ve never been so uncomfortable, nor irritated with a sales person before. I get commission-based work, but I will never shop at Jared again after this woman’s lack of professionalism. She even neglected to show us a better option (larger stone) that better fit our parameters (carat and stone preference), because it was at a cheaper price point. Naomi was the one who showed us that ring. But she handed the ring off and then disappeared again. I wish I’d caught the name of this lady. Her actions could be described only as one in a frenzy, repeatedly telling me how I could purchase my own engagement ring and wear it home today and then just let my partner make the payments on my credit - even after we told her more than once very clearly that my partner would like to purchase at a later date without me present (in addition to, as stated above, how we continually reiterated we were only there that day to decide what we liked).She thoroughly ruined our experience and I’ll be steering my friends far far away from this establishment.The fact they’re flagging and removing bad reviews is evidence enough that you shouldn’t shop here.

I had the BEST experience with Charlotte today. Im getting married in September + I came in with a long to do list today. She helped me check two things off the list pretty much immediately! She assessed a ring and gave me a few options on how to make it shine like I wanted, and we also had a ring resized. Super easy and quick. But heres where she blew me out of the water. I needed to get two necklaces and I also wanted to browse wedding jewelry for myself. She found two beautiful necklaces within my budget and never pushed me to go outside of it. With my wedding jewelry, she offered a bit of advice and showed me literally every piece of jewelry in the store (and some online!) that fit what I was looking for. She did all of that knowing I wasnt looking to buy my jewelry today. I was so anxious to come into a chain jewelry store because of how predatory salespeople can be. Ive never felt more welcome than I did today with her. Im never shopping anywhere else again. Thank you, Charlotte!
Steven was AMAZING. He originally helped us back in November and he explained everything. When I finally came back to actually order what I had put in with him, he was not there but a lady helped me and sized my finger. She sized it completely wrong, when the ring came in it fell right off my finger she said to wear it for some days and see if it works. It was TOO big period. My finger wasnt going to grow into it. Finally it was re-adjusted and when I came back to pick it up Steven apologized that it was handled that way, he was so pleasant and seemed to really care unlike the lady I had.Long story short, my husband ordered his ring as well that day and Steven helped us that day. When we came back to check on it, the warehouse sent the wrong size for whatever reason and we seen that the order was put in correctly. Another lady tried helping us but she appeared to know nothing about what she was doing. Steven went above and beyond to get his ring the day before the wedding. We were so relieved! He saved our day and made the process as smooth as possible under the circumstances. The man deserves a raise. He didnt treat us like a number, he was very personable and explained everything in detail and no pressure. He was the best ever.
Dont but a ring from them, sale will go great, but if you have the service plan, youll hate having to deal with them. There is always some sort of issue, every..single... time! On one visit we were given the wrong wedding band back, some other man had my husbands band and wore it for days before realizing it wasnt his! Today, went to pick up my rings after having them dipped and cleaned...theyd had the rings for 5 days during which time apparently the whole staff got the flu, fine, stuff happens, but maybe call folks BEFORE they spend time driving there and then find out that it will be another 3 days! Manager was sweet and apologetic, but as I said, Ive come to expect some sort of issue whenever we deal with them. Its unfortunate and frustrating
One specific sales representative was incredibly rude and yelled at me for not having an appointment. No need for nasty behavior over a simple mistake.
Outstanding store and personnel. Special thanks to Scott Bunch. We came to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Mr. Bunch sat down with us as we discussed the way My girlfriend wanted her engagement ring. He listened to all of her wants as far as design and how the stones were to look on the ring. He then presented her with an alternative ring. Same type design just a different style. She fell in love with the new designed ring. Where the other store would wait on us and they told us that the ring she wanted would take 6 to 8 weeks, Jared said it would be ready the next day. They treat you as a valued customer, not as a number of the next in line.

This was my first visit to a Jareds. Just needed a replacement ball for a new Pandora bracelet that I got for Mothers Day. Yes, just a month ago, and the piece had fallen off! Anyway, it took 10 minutes to get someone to help me, then another 15 minutes to find the little ball. After asking 3 other associates where to look, he found one. When I was told that it would be $55, I was astounded since the whole bracelet sold for $80! Then I had to follow him halfway around the store to get to a checkout station, where I was told, Youre lucky. Its on sale for $33. It then took 2 associates to get my purchase completed. Funny side note: when I asked why the ball fell off so easily, I was told I didnt know how to put the bracelet on. So, in closing, this was my first and last trip to the Galleria of Jewelers.
They do not explain to you that white gold turns yellow and I brought a Pandora bracelet that was sterling silver my wife wore it three times and it turned completely bronzed. So they said they cleaned it Im not satisfied and the sales person person said that she must have gotten the bracelet some chemicals because shes never seen a bracelet do that and I was shocked that she suggested that thats what my wife did knowing that my wife did not have that bracelet in no kind of chemicals at all I will never buy another piece of jewelry from them ever again.

My engagement ring/wedding band and a beautiful set of earrings for Christmas are just some of the pieces I love and cherish from Jareds. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. We deal primarily with the store at The Avenue in Mboro.
The manager of this store is a complete A-hole! The people here will max you out of your spending limit. They are not there to help you, they are there to take your money. They will try to make you feel guilty about things you shouldnt feel bad about. $6,552 for a ring that I found at Genesis for $ 4,185. Lets just say, they do a HUGE markup on the prices and 30 days later will try to charge you $800 more for the same ring. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!!

Do NOT let them repair your jewelry! After taking my ring there to have a diamond reset they couldnt make the new setting flush with my band like all the others. They told me I must have worn down the 9 other settings. Ive had the ring a year! Complete incompetence.

I want to warn you - These people are unethical crooks. After Mere and Pere went out of business, I needed to find a new place to have rhodium finish on my wifes ring. This place tried to rip me off hard core and charge me over $500 for loose stones before doing anything to it. When I began questioning the charge, the store manager, a total d-bag, began talking down to me. I left and went to a local jeweler instead. They said there was nothing wrong with any of the stones, and I got the finish done for $60. It looks great now, but no thanks to Jared and that d-bag trying to rip me off. Just because my wife has a nice ring does NOT mean Im an idiot with cash to blow.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. My wife and I just left this place after walking around for 20 minutes and not getting any help or even a hello. Walked out and ended up going to Kays where we were actually greeted when we walked in and my wife picked out a new ring. Customer service goes a long way Jareds.

Terrible experience. Buyer beware. Ive bought (previously) my fiancé her future wedding band and her engagement ring. Worked with Scott! Fantastic!!Went in to buy my ring and this is where it got sketchy. Went in on Sunday to find the ring I wanted for my special day. Young man with a beard helped me and said he would call me on Monday to see if the manufacturer will special order the ring I wanted in yellow gold. Never got the call. So we went into the store again. The asm wasnt there (disappointing) and some sales chick came to help. She wasnt feeling well (she mentioned it to us) but pushed on and did a great job. High energy, big smile, personable and very charismatic! The price on the ring was a little higher than I remember from the last time I was there. I questioned about and even asked if I could get it at a better price. Bearded sales guy came in and said I tried to call you but you never pick up your phone so I unlocked my phone and showed him where I never received a call from him very disappointing. The manager Van stepped and got a little feisty. I back away from the counter and told them we would leave. As I was waiting for my fiancé to come out from the bathroom the manager Van called me over and said he would give me 10% off the ring if I bought the ESV protection plan. I said let me discuss this with my fiancé and I will get back with him. He said that deal is only good while Im in the building. After deliberation with my fiancé she and I decided lets go ahead with the purchase. The young lady came back to ring us up and said we would only need to put done 20% since they dont have it in stock and can pay it off when it comes in. We said that would be great! Things at this point are starting to turn around. Card ran, receipts printed, then we checked the receipt and noticed that the adjustment or discount wasnt applied. Upset, we asked where the protection plan was and the manger stormed over and said Im not giving you that until its paid in full. I said ok and asked if he could either type or hand write the discount on a card or a receipt so theres no question about it when I come back. Mind you, Never once did he ask for me to pay for it in full and told the girl she made a mistake that cost him a sale. I asked him politely why he wouldnt do it and he said Im not writing a contract for you to hold over my head. You can have your money back and go somewhere else. HOW RUDE! Pooooorrrr customer service. I will never be back. After spending multiples of thousands of dollars I will never be back. Return customers are the best customers. Be true to your convictions and take care of the customer!
