Cute things, great prices! Very organized and clean.

I went with my friend to Big Lots where she purchased curtains for her Kitchen & Bathroom. They were an outstanding price and Beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I love the store. But, and theres always a but... There is only one cash register open and I literally still in line for 20 minutes. smh

I got a really nice Serta mattress on this visit. Quality product at a good price.

I bought a cute chair and couch. Its perfect!!! Both were a great price. I rented a truck from uhaul and took it home. It was cheaper and quicker than having them delivered . They had some really cute things!!! The employees were super nice and i rememebered 2 from 15 years ago that worked at a totally different store back then!!!

I haven’t been shopping at Big Lots long enough to give 5 stars, however, my husband and I were browsing a few days ago and a super helpful lady named Michelle answered every single question I had about their furniture! Not to mention, I was pretty impressed with the selection and I’m usually quite particular. Planning on making a large purchase soon!

This store is always well stocked. The employees at this store are really friendly and helpful. Masks used by all employees and guests. Great deals. Cute decorations. Always stocked with the essentials. If you cant find it at the bigger stores or the grocery, dont forget Big Lots. They still have all the cleaning, toiletries and safety essentials in stock. And its never crowded.

Went into the store last night with my mom to look into buying a couch. We spoke to a very nice lady who helped us and we decided to order the couch this morning. When we called this morning to confirm details of the order and ask a few questions, the lady in the furniture department was rude and short and basically told us she didn’t want to help us because she was busy. I understand the stress of being busy during the day in the work place, but treating customers like they are a bother is unacceptable. I work very hard for my money and now I will be spending it elsewhere and letting other people in our community know not to shop here. Shame on you.

The store was very neat, well organized but they only had two cashiers available. There was a long line but those two ladies was doing their best on checking out customers. Customers stayed 6ft apart in line but would wear their masks in the store & pulled them down inside while shopping. I asked one of their employees who was stocking could they remind shoppers of CDC guidelines & he said that the PA system was not working 😷

Prices can be higher than other places, Walmart etc. Be mindful of that when shopping at big lots.

This place has gotten bigger in the last few years the only complaint I really have is every time I go in and I really need to find something and Im having a hard time its like a ghost town trying to find someone who works there to help you thats my only complaint

Lots of merchandise, lots of floor space, large variety of different products. Prices reasonable and run the gambit depending on quality of merchandise.

Love my area big lots...Everytime I order curbside something out of stock.. Never have 100 ct. 🐶 pads.Dont care for management at all. After all I go for the cpns and great prices. Store is clean and organized.

I was a little disappointed that the Christmas items that was advertised BOGO was not available. To be fair, I didnt get there until 12:30pm but the picking was slim. Store was organized and the staff was friendly. Normally they have a larger Xmas display or perhaps it too early. They did have some pretty Xmas trees.

The store is spacious, parking lot is also very spacious, it is clean, they have good prices and good products, and the employees Ive encountered were courteous.

Was relatively disappointed. The selection wasnt the best, and the mask enforcement was a bit much.

Clean store, shopping center has had a recent face lift, and friendly staff. They still have Christmas gifts but are starting to run low on several things. Plenty of parking and other stores nearby for even more discount shopping and several places to eat as well. Good location that is easy to get to and right off one of the main drags.

The whole store has been moved around Ive been going to Big Lots for a long time never seen one like that i personally do not like it..I will make my visit far and few for now ..

The store is always stocked and the staff is friendly but one of the team leaders is extremely rude. I think his name was Steve but I could be wrong. Anyways, I was returning something as well as picking up an order and the whole time he just had a nasty attitude. For a team leader that is extremely unprofessional. Most likely I will return to this location as this is where I bought my awesome Broyhill recliner set but I will always avoid that particular store manager.

My initial visit to the furniture department was not the greatest as it seemed as though I was a bother by the young man working at the time, mind you not busy by any means. I called the Franklin location and spoke with Kristy who went above and beyond for me to get the piece of furniture that I was initially trying to buy at this location. She reached out to the furniture manager, Michael, to help me get the couch that I was trying to get that morning and made sure that I was taken care of. Michael, was great as well as Kristy from Franklin!! They both deserve to be recognized for their superior customer service!!!! Thanks!!!!

Place is nicely laid out but it is definitely hard to get service. We were purchasing a bed and waited in mid aisle for a very long time where no one came at all. We ended up chasing someone down to come assist.

Theres never anyone to help you. I had to go to the front of the store to get them to call someone. A young man that told me they didnt have what I was looking for. He didnt even check. I found it a few minutes later. I left without buying anything. They need better employees.

Looking at Christmas trees and found a few to pick from to buy Friday. They have a good selection and really nice prices on the trees. Since we already had a surround sound system in the cart the tree would have to wait a few days.

Great merchandise, really had a lot of different things to choose from. I wish I had more time to look. Definitely will be back.

Of all Big Lots, I like this one the least. Employees seem to actively avoid customers. There has only ever been 1 cashier and always a long line every time Ive been here. There are plenty of other places to get what I need and Ill stick to them. Big Lots isnt worth the time spent in the store.

Go and see. Brand New in side. Very Nice. Price are a little. High but not much.Price change is need for all the work, they put into the place. I am very happy for the chang.

Our first visit to this Big Lots and it was very well arranged, everything was ready to find, I was most impressed with the employees, they really went out of their way to help find items we asked for. We initially only went in looking for ora- gel and ended up spending $92.00. That is what good customer service benefits businesses. Thank You

Management does not handle critical information on employees or store. No prices on most merchandise. One of the cashiers named Haven was very rude and audacious. Not sure if I will go back.

I am ashamed of how I was treated today!Waiting long time for a price check in front of my wife and I, they opened another lane and a lady behind us jumped in front of us, cashier did nothing.Then a couple behind us was pulled over to a register behind us and once again ignored us.Total 6 people moved ahead my employee and manager.Never spend a dime in this company again

I used to love big lots, but the prices are too high. Store is clean, staff are pretty nice for the most part. I was browsing and comparing prices to other stores. Ridiculously overpriced! I thought big lots was about bargains. Not anymore.

I had been looking for a TV stand and a dining table and Jamie was very rude and rushed us. Didnt seem like he wanted to help us at all.

Went to pick up furniture which I had purchased online. The person handling this for me seemed very disgusted because he had to deal with it. To make a long story short, he basically threw the boxes in my truck like loading hay on a trailer. Never said thank you, come back or anything. One of my pieces was damaged when I unboxed it. It may not have been from the loading but who knows. Very disappointed with the service. If this person worked for me, I would give him a major attitude adjustment.
