I spend a lot of money in Wal-Mart on Rutherford Blvd. I like shopping at a place where you can get everything. I have to complement the cashier that checked me out. I dont know her name but she is a very hard worker. They use mostly self checkout at this location. And there are lots of people like myself that doesnt like self checkout. This cashier was checking out back to back people with loaded carts and she was amazing. My bill was $182.00 so my cart was double full but she just smiled and kept doing her job with grace. We need more people like my cashier! God bless her abundantly!

This Walmart is decent. Its usually clean and has everything. Customer service isnt the worst. But lets face it, no matter which one you go to, the workers are always standing around or on the phone while the customers are ringing and bagging our own things. I love Wally World!

This store seem to have more in stock than others. Many items that I have a hard time finding well stocked were here which was a great help to me. If I lived closer I would visit this one frequently

Its a Walmart, has a variety of things and is conveniently located. Not a fan of self checkout when buying groceries, its ok for a few items but not for a cart full... almost never enough cashiers open.

The store was not crowded at all during my visit. I found everything on my list. However I did not purchase everything since the prices at the meat department for shaved beef are out of touch. I saved approximately $5 by purchasing the same style of meat in another supermarket close by. Watch these prices, it is not always cheaper to by at Walmart.

I returned to in-store shopping after 2 years of efficient curbside pickup became impossible due to online ordering glitches (which only got worst after tech support messed with it). I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT WALMART! The experience was awful. Employees masks were not pulled over their nose. There were no checkout clerks. The self checkout space is not designed for full-cart purchases. We had to unload the cart by putting items on the floor. The clerk was daydreaming and had no idea what was going on, so he came over and starting removing items on the floor as if they were abandoned.

Well we all know at Walmart on Rutherford Blvd its a hit or miss with customer service!!🙄 but this her in Murfreesboro Tn is the one I go to more frequently then the other 4 (which are are located in the Murfreesboro)! Customers service is decent but most of the time your walking around exploring anyways so it doesnt really bother me much! As long as they have stalked shelves (which sometimes they dont for lack of staffing) other than that Im excited to see whats new! Plus I do tend to go to the others because theres different things at different locations and sometimes they have more stalked shelves! 🙃😉

The store doesn’t close until 11pm, but all of the registers, except self checkout (which only 3 of those were open), were closed prior to 10pm. That is not sufficient for anyone who has a cart full of groceries. There is no reason that all registers would have already had the cash drawers pulled except for laziness. The self checkout does not have counter space to allow for a person to scan their items, bag them, and place anywhere if they are checking out with a full cart. There were about 9 employees just standing around the front of the store doing absolutely nothing, while there were approximately 10 customers waiting to check themselves out…with full carts. I know of at least 1 cart that was left, full of groceries and other items, at the front, when it was obviously futile to expect anyone with common sense to arrive on the scene to actually MANAGE THE STORE.

Ordered a cake my son picked out for his birthday on Sept 30 for me to pick it up on the 1st. Turns out it was even the bakery manager who took my order. Showed up on the first and it wasnt made. Thanks for ruining his birthday walmart.

Won’t be back. Had 3 items in the self check out. After scanning second item the machine stops and asks for an associate. Stating possible missed scan and shows over head video. My own wallet was possibly mistaken for an “item” don’t know. The associates cleared it because there was nothing to the “video”. Regardless I don’t like being harassed and basically accused of “possibly” shoplifting. Lol they wish. I will stick to Target and Publix for now on.

Well stocked & clean! Thankful that its semi close for my son to get to pretty quickly if he needs anything.

There was a glitch on the website. I wanted to pick up my order here but they placed it at a different store. The pick up people here were very nice about it. It was obviously not their fault, but they did all they could to help.

4 people in garden center. I one can use register I asked one why are we being invited we have been waiting in line no one here he said one of the registers show you it’s closed and walked away while I was talking to him. I went up front to ask for a manager was told no store manager on site no department manager there only a can to talk to was told they would relay theMessage I was like sure it will get relayed and really there is no manager in the store Ha!

I have always liked this Walmart. But today there was 1 register open with a human. Most of the self checkouts were closed. They had some that were debit/credit only and had no signs up indicating this. What happens when you want to pay cash only? They need to step it up a lil bit at this store.

I love Walmart I love the staff they are always so polite and helpful and the pharmacy people always take time to explain things to you and ask if they can do anything else for me, when I retire I will be there all the time!!!!!

I ask a Wal-Mart employee for help and her reaction was very poor, and with a ugly attitude she said ..”you ask the wrong person” and turn around and walk away. I was trying to reach a dinnerware set box that was to high for me to reach. She was not wearing a name tag but next time I see her in the store I will take a picture of her, maybe that way her store manager will have a serious talk to that woman about customer assistance.

The guy in the electronics dept saw me looking at items in the locked cabinet and 3 minutes later was gone. Apparently the electronics dept closes at 930. No offer to assist before he snuck off to clock out. Very disappointed that I was not able to purchase the birthday gift I was there for.Walmart has good prices but their customer service is bottom of the barrel.

Its a college town store with a slight rundown apearance. On occasion the shelves are empty of a certain product for what seems a long time but otherwise the store has a good selection.

Go early for groceries cuz the stock on shelf goes fast. Most grocery prices are cheapest in town, but you have to know your prices. Fortunately years ago Mom taught me well. Think of it as a warehouse store so all the required self service wont get you down.

Standing in electronics for 20 minutes. No help. Called WalMart on the phone. Was hung up on. Team mate told me that she couldnt help and that all of her bosses were in a meeting. Literally no help. Horrible customer service. Dont shop here. Horrible people.

They definitely always have more than enough of what someone would need, everyone who works there have always been very nice and Im asked more than once can they help me with anything. Its getting to be self service when it comes to checking out but there has always been a cashier at a couple of registers.wish there was more American made products all l see now are products from China, dont think it was this way originally, sad.

Walmart is walmart. Its not a very big walmart. Since the pandemoc it seems they dont have stock constantly but they have self check out lines and I like that. This walmart now has a health center and you can walk around with tense unit on you as you shop!

This Walmart has been open again until 11pm at night. It makes it easier to stay safe and avoid crowds. Personally, even before the pandemic, I liked the ease of going shopping late at night, so its nice to have it back. There were not a lot of people there and it was well-stocked, so that was nice as well! They also have senior hours that can be seen on the website, so people who are more at risk cna shop more safely!

I called looking for a pool filter. I was told by 2 separate employees that there were none in the store. I decided to go by and check for myself. I get there and there is a shelf full. I went to the service to ask to talk to a manager. There is a cart full of them sitting right there. The manager. (She says) walks up and said in the ten minutes it took me to get there. A man bought every filter in the store then returned them all. REALLY??? SHE THEN STICK HER NOSE IN THE AIR. TURN AROUND AD WALKS AWAY!!!!!! DONT go to Walmart on Rutherford. They are a joke!!

Long lines for check out and zero actual cashiers, all registers were self checkout and about half of those werent even working, three staff members entire jobs appeared to be to chase customers away from the green lit broken registers, these people could have been running registers. And hey Walmart, self checkout doesnt actually work for some customers. Disabled and elderly might not have been able to handle the literal gauntlet of getting checked out by themselves, you will lose business, I know I wont be back to this location any time soon.

Clean and well-stocked!

Cant speak for the inside of the store since its been YEARS since Ive been inside. But I did place an online grocery order for pickup the night before Thanksgiving. As expected, a few (thankfully nonessential) items were out of stock. But I was notified about 15 minutes prior to my time window that my order was ready to be picked up. I was able to easily find a curbside spot and check in on my app. Within 5 minutesor so, a very nice lady was at my car with my stuff. I didnt have to get out; didnt even have to interact much. Just gave her my name, told her yes I saw I had out of stock items, and tell her thank you when she was finished moments later. She was friendly and seemed to load everything with care. I was highly impressed with the ease of convenience. And thats important during these times!

Dont buy their brand or off brands there, they dont support them well at all.

Yes, it has the normal Walmart crowds. Yes, it has the normal Walmart almost-but-not-quite clean cleanliness. But where else can you go to get groceries, car products, bathroom supplies, and the best non-restaurant ranch chicken wings, all at the same place?

No reason to dislike this place, just a regular Walmart.

I like the subtle changes they have made in order to stay modern. Very vast selection of items from large to small, and a very clean establishment for its volu.e.

Its walmart .... Yes its convenient and is basically a one stop shop but half of the self checkout is usually closed, half of cashier registers are usually closed, majority of employees and customers are rude . But, Ive had a wonderful experience trying out the online shopping and picking up orders ! You can take your time shopping online or shop as fast as you want . They will let you know what was unavailable or out of stock, let you know what your other options may be, and give you the lesser price if you decide you want it. They let you know when its ready, my order is usually ready early, and Ive never had to wait long when I got there for pick up. To go / pick up order employees have always been nice and pleasant. I do also have my vehicle serviced here every now and then and the job has always been done right, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price .

I called and asked to speak to manager and the girl in electronics was very rude and told me there was no manager and I had to call back another time and she hung up on me...the customer service is very bad here...

Asked for a mask.. Was told they were out by the person/greeter at the door and was allowed to proceed into the store. I thought this was strange. I was proceeded to be stopped by every employee and asked to put a mask on. I explained my situation to 4 differentemployees and 1 manger. I was treated like a pariah. Ive never been so embarrassed and treated so poorly. I didnt even received an apology from any employee or manager. Highly dissatisfied customer here and believe someone needs to do something to rectify this.

Horrible time at this Walmart. Brought a tablet on clearance with a friend of mine we both brought one. A week later he let me know that the price dropped and he was able to get a refund of the difference price. I attempt to get a price match and was denied because they dont allow you to repurchase the same item. But clearly this isnt true and seems that only certain people are allowed to return items for a price match. There wasnt much difference between us other than skin color. I just returned the tablet for a full refund and wont be shopping at Walmart ever again! Watch out buying clearance items because it cant be price-matched! They dont display this wrinkle in their great price match plan or maybe they do for certain people.

Poor stocking, no assistance, long waits in the checkout

Never went through so much trouble to find and buy a battery for a Ford F-150. Employee did not know how to help with a battery core and I was actually told to come back another day to buy a battery because she doesnt get paid enough to do someone elses job. But unfortunately I cant just leave my car broke down somewhere and walk Home with wife and kids because an employee doesnt want to help you get what you need. Now after getting another employee to help me get what I needed(The Customer Service Manager) Not a single check-out isle was open for large carts full of items so customers had to use self checkout with 2 carts full which makes for a extremely long wait for something thats supposed to be more convenient. It has become more of a hassel than a convenience to shop at Walmart.. (South Cumberland St. Lebanon, TN).. I want to give a big thanks to the customer service manager for all of his help tonight so i could get my truck back on the road.

Almost everything I need is here, parking lot needs work not sure why it always smells weird.

Not as much on these shelves as the Old Fort location but managed to find what we needed to get by except ammo. Of course NOBODY has ammo except for the crooks!

If it was possible I would give the Wal-Mart supercenter a lower rating than 1 star I walked around the electronic department for over an hour with Wal-Mart employees walking past me the whole time but not one asked if I could use some help I was there so long other shoppers asked me if they could help but not one employee offered to help I will not be going to Walmart for anything else

It seems that all of the check out lanes have become self check outs now. I had a lot of items and it was busy. The customer service person helped me by getting me a 2nd cart and request someone to help push them to my vehicle. He was very friendly and we talked about several things as he helped me put the bags on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the help.

The staff there was very helpful!! The store organization was very confusing. I could not find any great value brand cranberry sauce nor could I find Frenchs french fried onions in the correct size.
