Murfreesboro Kubota has always treated me fair and have done a great job on working on my mower. Fair pricing and speedy repair time. Only reason I’m not giving them a 5 is most likely a Hustler problem not the service department.

I bought an attachment for my 4701 here they were very nice and helpful. Looking back I probably should have bought my tractor from them also.
I bought a rtv 500 and it has always ran great and so far for the last three years Ive needed no parts as far as maintenance goes they have everything Ive needed with no waiting and have always been very nice and have had all the answers about their products l have needed.
Best place to buy a tractor. Ask for Tim Evans. He is not a sales person he is a friend that cares and show it.

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone at Murfreesboro Kubota who helped me get unloaded and got my truck back on the road!I spent the night here in my 18-wheeler, because I had to deliver some machines here the next morning. Overnight, my rig blew a coolant line, leaving me broke down. I contacted local shops to see when and how much it would cost to send someone out to replace this line.When the dealership opened, I went in and talked with Kevin, the manager in parts, to let him know I was there to deliver and that I was broke down where I was parked. He got hold of a mechanic there (I am horrible with names and dont recall it off hand...sorry) who came out and looked at my truck. He figured that he had the material and tools to patch me up so that I could get back on the road.After completing the repair, unloading my truck, and even having a local parts house deliver coolant, because my truck uses different coolant than what they carry, I went and settled my bill with them.I was gobsmacked when Kevin told me what I owed. I explained that they had saved me hundreds of dollars on a road call, and though I was making out great in the deal, I felt that the job should have been more...and Id have gladly paid it. They insisted that the bill was right and I got out of there with a happy wallet, peace of mind, and a great impression!I dont own any equipment, beyond my APU, that is Kubota, but should I ever need something, I can say that I would talk to these people first. I live over 200 miles from here, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service, and their attitude toward a small business owner/trucker like myself. Thank you again for the great service and all that you did to get me on the road without robbing me blind, as could have happened from a shop on a road call.
Not very pleased shopped there for bed cover for pickup no one is as much as try to help me until I walked over the counter and ask for a quote which turned out to be around $70 more then what I found it down the street from a competitor same exact item
It was a horrible experience, we bought Hustler from the owner of sons in Nashville, the brothers are very helpful, after 2 month, we found out there few issue with mower, we reached Nashville, they said this store was owned by their father, it is close to us. So we dropped mower in Murfreesboro. There are 3 issues, 2 under warranty, 1 we need to pay, the lady told us when we dropped off, it cost $30, when we pick up it is $83.96. The manager is very rude ask how we gonna load it up in our trailer, I told him they unload it by forklift, he went to pick up load my mower very careless and left. When I got back, they only fixed 1 issue under warranty.Now I have to send it to Nashville again.

Maybe the most unprofessional dealer ive ever been too. Was told 2 day turn around on getting a BRAND NEW machine back, it took almost 5 weeks. And still isn’t right!!! Expressed concerns about not having a machine to complete my jobs and was told by the “head manger” that they did not offer loaners (even tho I just spent 80k on a less than 100 hr piece of machinery) but the Franklin dealership did have loaners and if I wanted a loaner I should have taken my machine to franklin. Well guess what I picked my machine up after they said it’s fixed and took it to franklin to have it fixed in A DAY!!! No one wears uniforms the shop has random cars taken apart and pieces everywhere. Kubota has been great to me but I see why this dealer has such a lower review. I’m a business owner myself and was extremely disappointed in the service from a brand I have 300k worth of machinery from.You can see every review that is not positive the reply is “if I recall” “you were”. There is no taking responsibility with this dealer. There is an excuse for everything
I ordered a tie rod for a Kubota tractor through here. They told me it would take 3-4 days to get it in.I called a week later and it still was not in. I called again 2 weeks later and it still was not in. I called again 3 weeks later and it still was not in. I called again 4 weeks later and it still was not in. I asked to actually speak with someone that could tell me what was going on...They never placed the order!One month + lost with my main tractor being down. Never again! Kubota of Franklin had my part the next day!Kubota carries such a good name...only Kubota of Murfreesboro can mess it up. Such a poorly ran company. Buyer beware!
The sales team was so nice! They answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. I had a one on one with a man (Ron, I believe) who was wonderful. He went over everything with me in detail and I feel confident with my purchase now. The whole experience overall was great! I highly highly recommend his company!

My husband bought a Hustler zero turn mower. We were very pleased with the sale person, Tim Evans. All the sale was done in a professional way and no hustle. Then, we had a one on one explanation on the mower care with Josh Anderson, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The delivery was also as expected.
I went in today looking for a zero turn. I was asked by 4 different people if I was needing help. The first salesman finished up with the customer and came over and answered all my questions. I had a very positive experience and will be back soon to purchase my zero turn. Salesman did not try to up sale me in anyway. He asked how big of an area I was cutting and gave me solid advice.
Everythings pretty competitive these days. So far Im happy with my Hustler.$11,000 piece of equipment aint cheap. Hoping it holds up well
A completely inept parts department with extremely poor communication skills. It took 4 months to get parts in for a cab door. Much better dealers around middle TN.

I have purchased 5 pieces of equipment from Josh and he has been great! We are now looking at getting a larger tractor around 50 hp. We will be going back to Josh for this one as well.

The sales experience was good. But after only having 5 hours on the Hustler mower, the deck fell off on one side. After contacting them, it took the better part of a week (4 days) to get it picked up. Under warranty, getting it fixed covered the cost of repairs. But I am being charged pick up and return charges for their poor workmanship. I would have thought that they would cover everything simply because it only had 5 hours on it. So I do not recommend them for reliable, or a dependable equipment
Awesome trucks shop for acessories now I do not have to run all over Murfreesboro looking for new accessories for my truck this is now my number one place when I need or want to add up grades to my truck and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable and also very friendly and down-to-earth.

Customer service is horrid...they do not respect the customer and their attitude is arrogant to say the least. I spent too much money on equipment and time to have to add the lack of care and responsibility for what LITTLE I ask of them. They do not follow thru and the are smug and non professional...I WILL not buy from them when I can do their job and order online myself...they are a waste of time!!!
Been doing business with them since 2004-2005 they offer great customer service and advice I highly recommend them to everyone that says anything about buying a trimmer to a mower it makes u feel good when u walk in the door of a business and everyone knows you by name

Needed parts to do a service on my Cub Cadet and got the kit from TSC only to discover it was wrong. Called all three TSCs in my area and not one had the kit I needed. Took the one I had back and got my money back and went to Mboro Kubota an had to get seperate parts instead of a kit and it was 9.00 cheaper. I wont waste my time going to TSC anymore. Was treated a lot better at Kubota.

We have owned three tractors and lawn mowers from Kubota. No problem with them. My disappointment is with the timing of the winter hours closing and the lack of customer service that went along with it. As we live 40 miles away, and realizing we needed oil for the tractor, I drove over there to be able to arrive well before 5:00. The front door has times saying weekdays they are open until 5:00. The website gives the times for each week day as closing at 5:00. To my dismay, everything was locked up before 5:00, so I thought maybe they just scooted out early. So I went around to the back maybe to hopefully find someone. No luck.Then I called. The nice recorded lady said that the winter hours close at 4:30 weekdays.Heres my problem: Kubota is a huge company, but customer service still means much- I think even more now, because people are getting tired of companies or workers not doting their is and crossing their ts.ALL that would have happen to have been done is change the website to winter hours and change it on the door where the hours are.And why in the crap do you have winter hours anyway, especially when it has been 75 degrees outside? Are u having to cut hours because business is down? You probably dont think it is a big deal, but there are many other quality tractor dealers.

Parts manager is very rude and hateful should have left when he was talking so smart to a older gentleman in front of me .That guy walked out I should have.He told me I should know what serial number was when I had it with me but told me couldnt help me. Will drive to Franklin or Columbia from now on.
I bought my Husler zero turn at Murfreesboro Kubota. I punctured a rear tire so I brought it to them to repair or replace the tire. Tires at TSC or online were around $30, but I didn’t have a way to change it. The old tire was not repairable, so they replaced it. I was shocked when they told me the price for replacing a lawnmower rear tire; $153; $90 for the tire, and $45 to change it, and tax. Outrageously high for a mower tire change. It prompted me to check a few different places to see; turns out they were more than twice the price of places like Discount Tire. I didn’t know car tire places will replace mower tires. Lesson learned. Take your business elsewhere.

Our new backhoe has been there for repair after falling off the trailer. It has been there since the first week in January. Thats four months and they are still waiting for parts. Our tractor was there for two months. Beyond frustrating!!!

I went to the Kabota Murfreesboro trying to get parts for our Kabota tractor needed the model number so I went home and called Bryan with all the information left three messages and he has yet to call me back no need now I went to the Kabota in Lebanon and I already have my parts.
