Great experience buying a lawn mower. They found the mower I wanted at another store and had it available in days. Buying process was quick and easy. Jonathan delivered it the next day and made sure I was aware of all the features. Showed me some tricks and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

The service provided by TriGreen of Murfreesboro is not only valuable but, I consider it essential to maintaining both my John Deere mowers. We have a Zero turn and a lawn tractor. Both have always been serviced by TriGreen of Murfreesboro. The pick and delivery service was outstanding. Jonathan was not only knowledgeable at explaining what needed to be done, but also what had been done. He provided realistic estimates for how long the repairs would take. His careful loading and unloading of my equipment was greatly appreciated!All my future lawn machine needs will certainly be provided by TriGreen of Murfreesboro.

We have had great service from these folks. Jonathan is a friendly driver who even helped with an unrelated postal delivery while he brought our mower. He also had a great attitude despite dealing with an absolute downpour while picking it up. We had a slight issue with the mower after the maintenance, and Blake the store manager personally came to check it out. Ended up being something small that was really a non-issue, but the service was much appreciated.

This is my third time using TriGreen Equipment from Murfreesboro, TN. I had a problem with a commercial zero-turn mower. They quickly retrieved it, serviced it, and returned it. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. Angie was great to deal with on the phone and Johnathan treated my machine as if it were his own. Both Angie and Johnathan are top professionals, and I am sure that must be true for the rest of the Murfreesboro location. This type of service and customer care is unusual in today’s world.

I met in person and was interested in a used commercial mower . I didnt have the cash on me at that time. I waited till Friday when I got paid...We agreed on price. I called that Friday morning before I left Nashville to make sure it was still there. Yes its still here the sales rep said. I told him I was on my way to get it ..I loaded up my trailer drove from Nashville to Murfreesboro to pay and pick up mower. When I got there, about noon. Oh we sold that this morning, but we have brand new mowers that we can sell you What happened to customer service.That used to be something that businesses were proud of. IT SEEMS LIKE BAIT AND SWITCH to me. This is not how you treat people. Never said hey sorry for that. Just we have new mowers that we can sell you

Had a pretty negative experience with the John Deere Easy Change Oil system. Tri-Green not only picked up the mower but they fixed the damage and helped me convert it to a traditional oil change system.Thank you to Angie, the Service rep, and to Jonathan for even cleaning up the mower prior to delivery.Will use this company in the future for all of my mower repair needs. My dad took his Deere 6300 up there for some repairs. The repairs werent the issue, after a roughly $3000 bill they brought it back and had stuck transmission where it wont work on second or third gear. I noticed this on my first test drive upon taking delivery and TriGreen was told shortly after. They just denied causing anything even though theyre the only ones whod touched the tractor for about a month. Anyone whos ever been around these tractors knows you cant force them into gear and Im sure the tech working on it got mad it was tough to shift and instead of pumping the clutch a few times decided to force it and messed the shift linkage up. Sad the dealership isnt even competent to work on their own products these days. Looks like Ill only be buying Kubota or New Holland in the future until TriGreen goes under and we get a better chain of dealers in my area. Its entirely unacceptable to pay $3000 to fix a tractor and bring it back with other issues.

I usually go there for chainsaws and and chainsaw blades and Most all my yard and woods cutting tools. They have excellent quality and the repair shop has always done a great job with everything from sharpening chainsaw blades to repairing my equipment.

Unwarranted charges!!! I brought a JD diesel powered towable air compressor in for poor performance and after approximately 3 weeks of no progress with the repairs/diagnosis, they attempted to charge me an unapproved 6 hours of diagnosis at $115.00 per hour. As the experience became awkward while standing there to check out, they charged me half ($356.70) in order to release the compressor and then refer me to another company who knew what they were doing. I own a business myself and if you cant resolve the issue, you shouldnt charge the customer when there are no parts or materials involved. May consider refuting this charge but a negative online review may be of a bigger loss.

Follow up to a previous review from 3 weeks ago. We spoke with the experience manager and they settled on a partial reimbursement for several hundred dollar improper charge We were then told a check would be issued and after several weeks, nothing was sent. Much like my repair experience, the dispute resolution experience is the same. “Over promise and under deliver.”

Went in to buy a bar and chain for my stihl chainsaw. Ask them to confirm I had the right clutch Because I wasn’t sure if the stihl dealer in Illinois had given me the right one. He didn’t look at the machine. He said that they could not because they had no idea where I bought it from. Went to Mac equipment. They said there are five different variations and got me the right one

Parts and Service were outstanding at this TriGreen store. Jim in parts located the correct parts for my JD 640 hay rake gearbox (60+ years old) and replacement drive shaft and got them in in 2 days. The service dept. was able to promptly separate the units yoke from the gearbox shaft. I was able to get my rake back in service in time to get my hay rolled before weather arrived. Great service guys, thanks!

This was an unbelievable and terrible experience. Blake you were aware of my previous negative experiences with my service and repair issues, and the rude customer service I received. I believe this last experience was done in retaliation, as other customers have stated. Todays experience crosses professional, ethical, and moral lines, not to mention injuries. Someone or persons should be terminated for doing this. Period.

Bought a new John Deere mower. Received with the hood all weathered as if it was sitting outside for a while. Belt broke after 5 hours. Said that it was a stick that caused it. Gave no brake on labor. (255 dollars to replace a belt and 2 pulleys) and did not give me warranty on the belt, despite telling me that they would try since it only had 5 hours.Lost what could have been a good customer. Recommend you take your business to a company that values their customers.Update to this review. Talked to the person that replied below and they said that they would talk to the management at TriGreen. Never heard back. So the dont seem to be too concerned about customer service.

I ordered a John Deere S240 from this location. The tractor was on back order due to covid. TriGreen in Murfreesboro was able to find one at another dealer and get it shipped to them in the time that I needed it. The tractor was delivered right to my property since I do not own a trailer. Awesome experience with customer service when having chainsaw repairs done by will. He actually let me video how to change the chainsaw blade when I’m out in the middle of my land. Houston was a great salesman who was very patient with me while checking prices and comparing tractors. I got a great combo deal and Houston personally came out delivered tractor and taught me how to bush hog!!! Literally never done before and he made it seem so easy!! Took my mower in for service, they said it would take a week to 10 days. 3 and a half weeks later, I was told that they are working on it as we speak and it should be ready tomorrow (Tuesday). On Thursday, I go to pick it up and they are just now working on it! So, for nearly a month and over 600 dollars, I finally get it home . I mowed one time! One time! And bolts and spindles are flying off the deck! I find pins and bolts missing, Im lucky it didnt kill me! I would like to have another Deere, this one has been great until these guys got ahold of it, but I am not going to get one here, thats for sure.Edit- I took the mower back in. I have to take even more of my valuable time off to get get it fixed. Im not happy to say the least. I walk in and ask for a manager and guess what, none of them are there. So the lady says shell help me. I take her out and start telling her whats wrong and she says that Im yelling at her, I told her that I am hard of hearing and I speak loud. Besides, am I supposed to to act like everything is sunshine and butterflies when its not!? Anyway, she starts saying that they didnt replace the parts that fell off and that I will have to pay for the service. What?! They replaced 2 belts and one of the pulleys that drivesone of those belts flew off the very first time I use the tractor after getting it back and they said its not our fault, it just happened. Wow! That is some awesome customer service right there! A bolt that was so tight, I couldnt get it off a month and a half ago now miraculously gets so loose it falls off! Incredible!The guy that finally took care of things said the same thing about it not being their fault. Deflecting the blame because God forbid we admit we may have screwed up.When I mentioned that I was getting in contact with corporate and social media, they were like you need to go somewhere else and make sure you tell them that you were angry and not smiling and pretending that everything is fine. Everything was not fine and Im not one to pretend it is. All in all a terrible experience. I wouldnt take a tractor from them if It was free due to the terrible service.So do yourselves a favor and go anywhere but murfreesboro John deere.

I recommend these folks highly! My damaged lawn tractor needed a part which the parts department had in stock. Their parts guy told me they also had a complete assembly which was actually cheaper than the single part. In addition, I was having trouble getting a nut loosened. One of their guys came out and loosened it in 5 seconds. Terrific customer service! Cant say enough about these guys!

Bought a Stihl saw from them. Had some issues with it a few months in. Walked in, didnt hassle me at all about it, just told me to bring it to the service area, tagged it, and told me it would be ready in about a week (it was under warranty). Everyone was polite, happy, and courteous. Called me as soon as it was done. I had a great experience with the new sale, and a great experience with the dealer supporting me on warranty work!! Will do business there again for sure!

I can handle a bad experience from a company...they are comprised of people and people can have bad days as well. But I am done with this place.I dropped my Z425 mower off for the routine 50 hour maintenance package...replace fluids, filters, sharpen blades, etc. It took them 16 days to even look at it. On multiple calls in (I waited a week before starting) to check status, I was given stalling tactics of being short on technicians to false promises of ready dates.When it was final ready to be worked on, there were all kinds of recommendations that nearly tripled my original quote. When I did some research online, some of these fixes that were priced out at $250 said could be done for $50 so I ultimately declined all of them.What really ticked me off...and this is pure suspicion...was when I finally got home and took a few laps around my yard my deck belt snapped. I took it off and inspected it and it was in great condition with the only exception of where it snapped clear in half. I am not making an accusation here, but I felt they were annoyed with me calling up there to check the status and declining the extra services...and a perfectly good deck belt snapping immediately afterwards just got me thinking. When I emailed the service manager the next day about it, like a few other times I emailed him, I just never got a reply. Again, I want to ascertain that I have no proof here....but just a general bad feeling about this company.My Z425 was a big investment for me and its my baby....I was looking forward to working with an official John Deere service center to take care of its needs but I am NOT going back to this location....nor likely any of the other locations nearby that are part of this company.

Had problems getting delivered until I had to go get it myself & have been lied to every time Ive had to deal with them since. Told one price got another & when complaining got told was lucky I didnt get charged more. Told me it was ready & still wasnt when got there & overcharged. I will never go back. Told me didnt have to back warranty. Really considering selling & buying a Grasshopper. Everyone says they are a great company. Please dont waste your time with the Murfreesboro branch. Extremely poor customer service. I needed my Stihl chainsaw worked on. They had it for over a month (from 6/4 to 7/17). It was never repaired. I had to call to get updates. Service kept saying they were waiting on a part. I finally gave up and picked up my chainsaw. I do not recommend nor will I use TriGreen Equipment again.

I have been to this TriGreen numerous times to pick up things for my husband. I HATE going there for anything but it is more convenient for me to drop by on my way to or from work because its right down the road. Even when my husband calls ahead and orders something and its supposedly there and ready for pickup, I always have to stand around waiting just to get up to the counter. And even then, theres almost always some issue--either they say they cant find what was ordered, or something went wrong and the item was actually never ordered or never came in, or whatever. Its always something. Ive also had the unpleasant experience of calling this place, usually just to try and confirm that whatever Im about to go by to pick up is actually there and ready. Unless you get lucky on the timing, such as calling early enough after they open but before people start coming in, etc., plan to sit on the phone forever. The operator or secretary usually answers right away but then you have to ask for Parts. And then the wait starts. I understand that someone cant always pick up right away, but what I have experienced is the exact opposite of that--I ALWAYS sit on the phone at least 10 minutes just waiting for someone in parts to pick up the phone. Sometimes, the secretary picks back up at some point and just says someone in parts will be right with you but of course, that doesnt seem to change anything--the wait is still always excessive.And even if youre in the store and you get lucky and theres only one or two people in front of you, prepare to wait for anything parts related. They usually have only one person at the counter even though there are usually at least 3 parts service people wandering around the store--and these are not the guys that do the actual repairs, they are the guys that work in parts that are supposed to work the counter and sell parts. And to top it all off, it seems like the workers want to purposely drag their butts when theyre looking up part numbers or doing anything at all for a customer. Theyre especially bad to gossip. It is very common to hear them carrying on a conversation with the customer about turkey hunting or a football game/team, or some other random nonsense. THE WORKPLACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE for talking about hunting, etc.I absolutely HATE this place.

I took my lawnmower in for repairs on January 21, 2013. I was told it would be a week before I could get an estimate on the cost of repairs. On January 28 I stopped by the dealership, a week later, to see if they could tell me what was wrong with the mower and how much it would cost. The service lady told me it would probably be the end of the week before I would get an estimate. OK. I waited until Tuesday February 4th and called to see what the estimate would be. The lady service person told me that it would be another week before they MIGHT be able to look at it. I then decided to go pick it up because I think they did not want to work on it. If they are that busy they should have informed of that when I called before I took it in and I would have sought other ways to have the repairs done. I would not advise anyone to do business at this TriGreen. They certainly are not customer oriented. On a scale of 1 to ten I would rate this dealership a weak 1........

Exceptional staff and customer service. I had a problem with my tractor and talked at length with the service manager and he helped me emmensely. He even called back a couple days later to check if the problem still existed; many car dealers don’t do this and I appreciate it. Called and spoke with girl about getting a stihl saw fixed, quoted me 300 in parts and another 150 (2hrs) in labor (450 total). I ordered parts of the Internet for 39.50 and fixed it myself in less than 45 minutes and Im not a mechanic. Im sure there is someone (mechanic) there that enjoys seeing these units come in and not get fixed for their own personal gain. Either way I wont step foot back in that building even for a spark plug...

Ive been in Tri Green numerous times, but the wait time to get assistance or check out is usually excessive. Guys at the counter who actually are working are usually trying their best. However, if theres numerous people in line, others will walk by and ignore the lines instead of pitching in to help. Ive now found another dealer for Stihl products.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN! I took (2) Stihl yard implements in for service (string trimmer and pole chain saw. I explained what problems I was experiencing and left them for repair. I was told they would be ready in about a week never heard from them for two weeks, had to call three time before I got conformation my equipment was ready to pick up. When I got home and tried to use my newly serviced string trim it would only run for about 45 seconds and then die would restart and would not idle. I took it back for warranty repair .... it was dripping gas from the carburetor. I dropped it off on a Friday around noon they said it would be ready before noon on SAT ... no call from them to let me know it was ready .... waited until Monday afternoon to call and check on status and they informed me they could not locate my hedge trimmer ( LOL I dropped off a string trimmer) then call me back to say they located it and they would have it ready today so I went to pick it up. They informed me the problem was the pump ball and that I would have to pay the cost of the part ~ $5 and no labor. (I spent ~ $180 all said and told) I took it with 3/4 of a tank of fuel got it back with enough gas to make it run for about 30 sec. Got home filled up the tank and pumped the new primer ball and gas poured out all around the carburetor. Will take to Lebanon Distributing Co. an Authorized Servicing STIHL Dealer to have it repaired correctly. wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy and wont give them a third chance to hose me again. I will never go back! They are scam artist!! They tried to charge me for a New Deck on my Mower so I took it to another john Deere place North Nashville and they fix my problem for less than $100. They wouldnt even talk to my Brother-in-law who had cash in his pocket for a New Mower. They
