Brenna was absolutely wonderful and took extra special care with my two cows for my close family members!!! She is so kind and patient. Can’t thank her enough.

I was in build a bear while visiting my sister whom was in the hospital. The Holy Spirit instructed me to go in build a bear. Knowing I had no wallet because it was lost. And I came from Houston TX! On the way out I was instructed to go in again. I attempted to keep walking but went back. I meet Ms Michelle who was the sweetest angel ever!!! After talking to her she ended up blessing me by paying for the bear😭😭 I was in real baby fit tears! I felt GODS presence through you!!! She deserves a raise or something😂 Blessings into you MY STAR EMPLOYEE 🙌🏾🙌🏾

We took our son for his 4th birthday today and we were greeted by TAD.... from the moment she greeted us untill we checked out was a PHENOMENAL experience...she was so sooo patient and just all around a lovely person!! It was our 1st stop of the day and she definitely made the experience such a joy... if you go please ask for TAD!!! Tad if you read this please know you are a HEAVEN sent!! Thank you for making our babies birthday the best!!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time! Havent been since I was a kid, was a little nervous to be honest, but the staff made it a very nice experience, and Ill definitely go back. Kylie, I believe, helped with my animals- thank you very much!

The best people work here. We lost our Eevee stuffy at the park only days after getting it and my son was DEVASTATED. I called BAB and Michelle helped me by stuffing a new one and helping me stage a recovery so my son was none the wiser! We will be back!

The lady was very kind and very patient with my kiddos. It was a very pleasant experience with all 5 kids.

I want to tell you how amazing the lady that work here are!! And how extremely happy I am about how they took care of me and my kids on multiple occasions!!! We have done a couple of the kids workshops for my daughters birthday! And they have fixed my daughter Elsa bear when it’s broken. And I went in looking for something very specific, and immediately she came up with different solutions to fix the fact I couldn’t find it. But then one of them surprised me with a return bear they had which was what I was looking for instead of waiting till god knows when for it to ship! I may have payed a little more for things being pre put in it! But the pure joy I have with it being in my arms is far beyond none!! As long as they stay open I will always come back to them! These lady’s always are super friendly with a smile on thier face! I can not tell you how happy I am!!!!

Definitely not as fun of an experience as I remember it being as a kid, Brenna seemed irritated and in a rush to get everything done. Wanted to get a voice recording added in my bear but I think Ill have to come back later for that or go to a different location, she claimed they didnt offer any

Brenna greatly needs to work on her customer service and manners, she was incredibly unprofessional and made unnecessary remarks about my paraplegic father
