Their employees are always knowledgeable about their inventory. I wish they wouldnt stop carrying juices i enjoy shortly after I discover them though. Thats why I gave 4 in stead of 5 stars.

The only place I go, it’s worth skipping the one closer to my house and adds 20 mins to the trip but well worth it.

Good experience overall, decent prices, and because I bought a decent amount of items, he threw in some vape juice. I would recommend them.. dont care for the location is the only reason for no 5 stars, but worth the drive

I work near by and have gone here a number of times, each time a bit more disappointed. They are scamming, with expired product, and selling house made/ fake premium juices, at jacked up prices. Ive been to Magical a couple of times in Nashville and here in the boro and I have to say i am not really happy, actually pained to be saying this, but while their juice selection is great they were really no help at all to me, let alone did I even feel welcome there as a new customer. When I asked for opinions or recommendations they simply changed subject or tried to push something completely different on me. Also met some employees on social media and they did not rep you guys well at all by cyber bullying potential customers, NOT COOL. You guys need people with knowledge, people skills, and overall ethics. Owner please step up your game.

The only reason I gave them a 2 out of 5 instead of 1 is because of the selection they offer. They have a lot of flavors. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the juice that I bought tasted like I bought it from a gas station. It is gross. Its supposed to be cotton candy, but the juice is brownish and tastes stale.

Caution customers - the hours that they have posted online are incorrect. Tonight at around 7:45 p.m. I began contacting via cell phone the Murfreesboro location, although no one answered I proceeded on to the store since I was in desperate need of some accessories and coils. In traveling over to the store I presumed that the hours posted online were accurate. I continued to try to call on my way since it was before 8:00 p.m. and the store posted that it didnt close until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival to the store At 7:58 p.m. I saw someone in the front of the store who had already Turned the neon OPEN light out which read open. Through the glass I looked at the time on my phone and asked kindly are you not open? He shook his head in No fashion. I then asked, please ...as I really need a coil.....He shook his head No again and turned away. Tucking my tail, and walking away.... deciding i would have to double check the hours posted online. Maybe, I had mistakenly read them incorrectly. Instead I found that 8pm is indeed the close time for Sundays. What it probably really meant to say was, we stop answering all calls after 730pm, since we really wont take any customers Before 8pm.If you are looking for them to be open at 8pm on Sunday, you may be disappointed when the gentleman working wont let you in before 8pm or answer the posted contact number either.Also, if you are expecting a little common courtesy and generosity if you ask nicely to be let in.. expect to be rejected.Dear owner, you may just want to update your store hours on Google.

Called about some wire, they didnt have it in stock. The guy on the phone told me of two other places that may have it. Good leads man, they had it!

If you buy anything from them and it just quits working, I.E...unit is locked... 1st they have no knowledge on how to unlock then they want you to buy another at full price. I bought this from them 3 weeks ago. You would think they would help you to keep you as a customer. Too many shops around to get taking for your hard earned cash. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY TO GIVE TO THEM

They have a wide and great variety of liquid. I went in there last night looking to get some liquid and possibly coils, but the attendant was not helpful at all. He was rather rude, didnt seem like he wanted to be there. He didnt help me make a choice on what I wanted. It presentation is really nice, the selection of liquid is great, but the service is terrible. If youre going to get liquid Id rather go to vapesboro, kiss, or kaleidoscope. Theyre going to be much more helpful in trying to decide whats right for you. Overall bad first impression.

I just went out to the new Franklin store, Ive been a regular at the Nolensville Pk store, and I had to come to their Murfreesboro shop. Its cool. Jesse is really friendly and Zakk was very helpful. I grabbed a few bottles of juice I hadnt seen anywhere else. Same good prices as their other shops. Thanks guys.

Very friendly staff, plus theyre the only murfreesboro shop that carries my favorite juice - Johnny No-Shoes. If you want mods, you might be able to find it cheaper online, but for not too much more you can walk in and grab it same day at a reasonable price while supporting a local store... In my book thats worth a couple dollars.

Great shop. Probably one of the biggest selections of vape liquid ive ever seen, with some of the best flavors Ive ever tried. Great customer service- dude was happy to let me try as many flavors as I wanted, the whole time chatting happily with me. I really like the darker, softer environment they have there-a it feel more like home than a freaking supermarket. will be returning!

Would have been a decent place if the property management help the owner and cleaned it up. Its dark and is intimidating walking in. The layout is rather confusing and it isnt a shop for hanging out due to the load bearing walls (not the shops fault). Not much seating. New to vaping, and when I bought my first vape, this store made me feel extremely stupid and didnt tell me anything about the vape and how to use it/change coil etc. I had to have a friend teach me how to use it. I just revisited this same store because my vape has been leaking and I had a few questions about it, and the guy that was working was extremely rude and made me again feel stupid.. Just wanted to know why it could be leaking and let him know the tank wasnt staying on very well for some reason and he completely ignored me and asked me what I needed. Dont visit this place unless you want to be belittled by the owners for no good reason. I had already felt nervous visiting because I wasnt sure what was wrong with the vape, and didnt want to be made fun of, and as soon as I walked in the guy was rude from the very start.. I work in the customer service industry and its not that hard to just be nice to your guests.. Wont be back again.

Very unsatisfactory and uncomfortable experience in this store! The guy behind the counter was more concerned about my tattoo under my shirt than helping me, every liquid I tried they didnt have, there were a group of kids just hanging out right where you would go to pay and it reeked of a skunky smell! If I could give no stars I would! Very poor, perverted, uncomfortable, and uneducated customer service and needless to say the first impression was horrible and I WILL NOT be back!
