I was in desperate need of having a gift embroidered for my friend going into his first year of residency. I bought him a leather briefcase and wanted to add my own special touch to the gift. I called ALL OVER TOWN and couldn’t find anyone to embroider leather. One of my friends referred Carla & Co and I called right away! I spoke with Lillian and she had me bring the bag in so she could feel it and make sure they were able to do it. She said yes!! I dropped the bag off on my lunch break Monday afternoon. He was flying in Saturday afternoon so I needed a quick turn around. Lillian said they could have it by Saturday morning, which was cutting it close but still worked!! I got a call on Friday afternoon and Ashley told me it was ready for pick up! I was overjoyed! I picked up the bag, they gift wrapped it, and sent me on my way! This is the most amazing customer service experience I have had in a long time. I’m so impressed with Carla and her little shop! I 10/10 recommend!!

I love the people there. Very helpful with colors, styles, and fonts on a product and very honest . everything I have ordered from them has always turned out beautiful and they are priced amazing!!
