I would go into detail about my experience here, but it’s not worth my time. Pandora stores in Green Hills and Cool Springs are better if you’re wanting to go. I preferred going to Jared in the Avenue when they carried pandora brand- they had better staff and more helpful service. Don’t waste your time here!
Melody at the Pandora shop in The Avenue Murfreesboro was so kind and helpful! She gave me the best advice and found me the most beautiful ring! She made my rainy day feel much better and deserves a raise for her passion and customer care. Ill be back to see her again!
I had to get a larger bracelet and the sweet clerk at Pandora couldnt have so nice. They were busy but when my turn came I was treated so well. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.
I came here with my heart set on a specific style of bracelet for my wife, and the friendly employee pointed out exactly what I was looking for! I received very friendly service and had a pleasant experience.
We went in to get charms for my moms bracelet today. Every sales associate was busy, which is understandable. We walked around, and after about 5 minutes a man came over to say excuse me because he needed something out of the drawer where we were standing. He didnt acknowledge us beyond that. I said excuse me, where do we go if we need help? He said, Honestly were super busy right now. I said, Yes! Of course. But where do we stand if were next in line to be helped? He said, I dont know. I guess you could stand there (by the door). We did, then another couple came in and walked around. One of the associates finished with her costumer, walked away from the counter, then asked the couple who came in after us, if she could help them. We were standing RIGHT in front of the store, at least 3 associates knew we were waiting. Whether it was discrimination or not (the other couple was not black and we are), they NEED a better system!! Because it clearly looked as though we were less than.
My husband & step daughter went to buy me a new bracelet from this specific location for Mother’s Day and he was turned away as it was close to closing time. (Which is understandable) After he left and before he could drive away that same employee who turned him away let another customer in after him. My husband is a African American man. The man they let in after him was a Caucasian man. I am very disappointed in the subtle discrimination that was shown to my husband and I don’t know if any other person of color has experienced something similar at This store but when I was told it really upset me. This was my husbands first time visiting this location and I have never been but we will not be going back!
My daughter and I went into the store today at 9:30 a.m. We were they only ones in the store looking around to purchase Christmas gifts. I asked if they could clean my bracelet while we shop. The manager said she couldnt because of the high volume of customers during the holiday season. LITERALLY it was only my daughter and myself in the store for 35 minutes before anyone else walked in. I will shop Cool Springs Pandora from now on, cause her ATTITUDE was TERRIBLE! I do want to give a 5 Star to Briana who helped with our purchases. Very Nice and Helpful!

All employees have been nothing but polite and patient with every customer that walks through their doors, Always greeting them and making small talk. Their extensive knowledge of the product makes the entire shopping experience a pleasant one. 100% would recommend this store for all your Pandora needs.
Placed an online order and no one is answering phones...
So you only provide curbside pickup, yet phones are NEVER answered? great way to run a business.😂

Great customer service! All of the associates are extremely friendly and will assist in finding you the perfect items! All of my experiences at this store have been extremely positive and I will not buy Pandora jewelry from anywhere else!
Tried to return an online order at the Murfreesboro store, they wouldn’t take it only exchanges. The back of the invoice clearly states you can return at the store and get a refund. I don’t care if you are a franchise or not, I expect the same service at every store! Called their customer line and waited on hold for 45 minutes, then got hung up on. I returned the items by mail and 10 days passed no credit, had to call again and I was told “you have to call in to get your refund processed”. Again, no where on the return invoice does it state this. What a nightmare. #jamesavery never had an issue with James Avery jewelry
Store is a joke, the management and employees discriminate. They wont last long treating people the way they do. They need to be careful not to get their company sued, because its coming.
I have been to this location about 3 times and have not been greeted nor was I asked if I needed any help with anything. After my experience yesterday I probably won’t be back. This location is new but definitely needs to work on customer service skills.
My experience with this location in Murfreesboro was AWFUL!!! Went Saturday evening to have bracelets cleaned the manager Abby on duty took the end clip off to wipe it on a cloth while holding a conversation. Gave me the bracelet back and I left. I noticed Monday that my bracelet kept sliding and looked down and noticed my clip wasn’t on there . Called as soon as I noticed . Was finally able to get in touch with the lady on Wednesday I explained to her everything and she said she remembered that happening and that she would replace it as long as I came in before she left at 5:30pm . I was headed to the store and she called and said she spoke to the branch manager and that she couldn’t replace it and that their was noting she could do. I requested the branch managers contact info and she said no that she was on vacation . I requested corporates number and she said I can give you customer service . I then asked for her full name and she said she wasn’t going to give me her full name. She then ignored me as I asked again and put me on hold and never came back to the phone!!!! I’ve contacted corporate and have filed a claim and complaint!! This is by far the WORST customer service I have EVER had. The manager Abby was very rude and disrespectful! I’m definitely going to suggest everyone take your business elsewhere and not to this location!
Very poor customer service. I Truly know how it feels when people say “shopping while black”. Their were two sales associates in the store at 3:45pm today and sadly we were not greeted by either of them. We even waited in the store for 10mins only to be ignored longer; however, when a man not of color walked in he was greeted with a smile and assistance was offered. What a sad world that we live in.

I went in two days ago. They have exceptional customer service and I have no idea how the others came up with their review because this location is nothing but wonderful. I bought a ring on a cruise. The second day I had it; one of the stones was missing. Unfortunately, I waited too long for the warranty to replace it (one week too long). When I asked if there was somewhere I could get it fixed, the salesperson told me she didn’t know. Then, asked me if I would like to look around the store. ..... No thanks..... I already wasted money with this company.
