I have been very pleased with Mills pharmacy, I started using them about 6 years ago,They deliver my medicine when I need it,They also are very friendly,They take time to explain things and never try to hurry up.

Very rude, lazy, and unwelcoming staff. They also never wore masks, or did not wear them so they covered their nose and mouth during the whole pandemic. I went in during the beginning, middle, and end of the pandemic and the pharmacists didn’t wear a mask literally every single time I saw them. They also did not know any of the answers to my questions about my medicine. The whole atmosphere is very cold and unwelcoming. Once I can find another pharmacist that can make my medicine I’m switching for sure. Stay away from Mills.

I always enjoy stepping into Mills Family Pharmacy for all my prescription and shopping needs. The staff is quite helpful and the atmosphere is very homey. I am always pleased with my experience at Mills.

I switched to this pharmacy because Im a patient at One Stop Family Clinic which both businesses are located in the same building and also Ive moved closer to them. My last two experiences were not positive.. Ive used them maybe 5-7 times these last 3-5 months. To sum the staff in one word - lazy. Since its Christmas and Im feeling generous ill use a few more: inattentive, unprofessional, slow, lackadaisical, and uncaring. I used to think it was a race thing... but through thorough observation, I think they just simply dont care. Dark, long haired lady with glasses... primary reason ill never use them again. This lady is slower than a sloth. This is a pharmacy... you fill scripts for people who are ILL. Why on earth am I standing at a counter listening to several people talk and no one comes to assist? Its not a issue of them not knowing Im standing there.. they (more than one person) looked me in the face and continued the conversation. I had tonsillitis.. it was excruciatingly painful to breathe let alone attempt to talk. I was not in a position to verbally get anyones attention. So I stood there for over 10 minutes, pain in every breathe I took.. waiting for everyone to get done debating on what they were having for lunch. Its like this every single time but I kept going in hopes that I was wrong or it . Even in the drive through a couple days ago.. dark haired lady is slow, she moves with no urgency. People are sick and need their medicine and shouldnt have to wait until you finish your text message before you greet them.. people want you to support their business but lack professionalism. This place sucks and Im convinced these 5 star reviews are fake.. Im going back to Walgreens.

I was in need of a knee scooter to use after foot surgery. I live near this pharmacy and have seen that they have medical equipment so I searched their website before going by to see if they bill insurance. This is copy and pasted from their website on the durable medical equipment page .. If you are in need of any medical equipment or supplies or just have a question, ask a staff member today. Our staff will make it as easy as possible to get the equipment you need, including the billing. We will bill Medicare and most insurance companies.I went in with my doctors order for a knee scooter. I walked in and one man came to the counter and I told him what I needed, he yelled Sally!! Knee scooter! and walked away. The woman who i assume was Sally sighed and said Im gonna change my name and never came over. Then another man (the pharmacist maybe?) came over and he told me they dont bill insurance but do have a knee scooter in stock its $250 so I said Ok thanks and was headed out then he came from behind the counter and kept asking me questions; Who is the scooter for? What insurance do you have? Im not sure why it matters what insurance I have if they dont bill insurance. I informed him I had looked on their website and it states that they do, in fact bill insurance. He said that was only for prescriptions. Hmm odd since it clearly says for DME on the website. I was trying to be polite while kind of side stepping toward the door as he continued to ask nosey questions and attempted to show me the knee scooter they had. No way am I paying $250 for something I only need for 3 weeks! I found one elsewhere for $120.I try to support small businesses when possible but the staff was rude and the whole experience will prevent me from ever going there for anything else.

We have enjoyed the friendly service for years but today they went above and beyond, delivering medication to our home after my husbands surgery! This is the kind of hometown service that my Grandmother experienced. Unheard of in these days! Why go to chain drug stores when you have folks like this in town!!

What a great set of folks! Just transferred my compounded Rx over here and the price was about 12% less than I had been paying. And they were so much more knowledgeable, too. And much more prompt. Very impressed! And if youre just out shopping, the store has beautiful gifts, too!

Mill’s Family Pharmacy goes above and beyond by providing delivery services and compounding of specialty products. They also sell MTSU chocolate milk which is a personal favorite of mine!

Great customer service everyone was super friendly and they really went the extra mile to help with my daughters medicine after surgery. I went to atleast 15 different pharmacies in 4 counties and finally someone took the time to listen and understand she took time and called the other pharmacy and got everything straightened out. I will definitely come back here!

These guys get it done. My fiance gets an Rx that normally no one could pick up but her, but she has epilepsy and cannot legally drive. Mills helped us make the arrangement for me to pick it up for her and have never given me any flak about it. Plus, I work late, so when I show at 5:30 and its almost closing time, they are still hammering away with a line around the building, no complaints or rudeness. This is how you run a business.

Dr. Chad Mills is a great guy - very personable and trustworthy. They give flu shots that dont hurt a bit! And the new pharmacy building is really nice. You will love it!

Couldnt ask for a more caring group of people. Their staff went above and beyond to help my little girl get her ear drops when she had a severe ear infection. I will always recommend them and never forget their kindness!

The pharmacist was rude and made no eye contact. Cold place with a negative spirit in general. Never again.Not to mention the pharmacist violated my HIPPA privacy laws by talking about me after I left the store. A pharmacy assistant named Chris told me so. Stay clear.

You really dont appreciate home town local service from businesses anymore because it has almost become extinct. Not here at Mills Family Pharmacy......they go way beyond the proverbial extra mile and are happy when they do it.
