Very knowledgeable, caring & friendly is how I would describe the staff at Thigpen Hearing Center. They strive to meet the needs you have to improve hearing difficulties. Their service doesnt end with the sale of hearing aids. It continues on to make sure we are receiving the best care for our gift of hearing.

Dr. Vavrock was delightful, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The front desk staff and the student audiologist were professional and polite as well. Dr. Vavrock explained the procedures, gave me a review of how the ear works, and explained the results of the test with suggestions for moving forward and answered my questions. I highly recommend!!!

These folks have super customer service!Yes, hearing aids cost, but having people who care, are working for you to get best service from your hearing aids goes miles in making it worthwhile. Having a strong Christian ethic is another attraction point for me. I support those who reflect a daily walk with God.

I have had the most positive experience at the Thigpen Hearing center. From the very pleasant receptionist to the best hearing test by Dr. Meagan Hanson. She added a volume program to my hearing aids. This has made my them so much more useful! I would recommend Thigpen Hearing Center without reservation.

We had a wonderful visit here! My son will be 5 soon and the visit was for him. He gets very nervous and from walking in the front door, being greeted warmly and allowing him time to adjust to the office allowed us to have a wonderful, stress free visit. We highly recommend and are EXTREMELY grateful for above and beyond service, professionalism and promptness. Because we had such a through visit here, it facilitated a fast response from my sons other healthcare providers to expedite his care.

I have been taking my son to Thigpen hearing center since he was 3 months old. He is now in 8 th grade! I would never take him anywhere else. Dr. Thigpen and her team are absolutely wonderful. Recently my family has complained I turn the TV up too loud and I’ve noticed problems with my hearing. One visit and examination found the specific problem and provided me with alternatives. I would recommend Thigpen Hearing Center to anyone questioning their hearing, with or without hearing aids!

Johns hearing was very bad, until we started going to see Dr. Thigpen. His hearing has improved 100% and all of our family are so very happy with his being able to hear us now. Dr. Thigpen was so nice, very informative, and was there for us when we needed her. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who is having any type of hearing problem. John is now able to use his phone to turn the volume up or down and he is able to play golf without the wind bothering him.Thank you Dr. Thigpen and Cayenne.

Dr. Hanson did an outstanding job. She made me feel comfortable and at ease through the entire process. She spoke clearly and in detail to help me understand my hearing tests and my tinnitus. I went in to have a hearing test and have my hearing aids cleaned and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with hearing professionals. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely nice and professional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an audiologist to come to Thigpen!

I had never met Dr. Thigpen prior to my appointment but she was everything, and more, that I had heard. Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, understanding, and thorough! She worked with me for a little over 3 hours to do all the testing I needed and to make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend her, especially if you have a hearing problem.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. They were all very professional and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I got back from the pediatricians office a week ago and they told me my son had loss of hearing in the right ear. They refered me to an internal audiologist but the appt. was 2 months out. I wasnt content with waiting so i called the Thigpen Hearing Center. Dr. Vavrock just got done checking my 3 year olds hearing. Unfortunately I could not be there but my wife took our son there. She informed me that Dr. Vavrock was very patient and kind with him and they did all the testing and ensured us his hearing was normal. Not to mention when I called originally, they were booked out a few weeks but the lady on the phone said If there is a cancellation, I will call you ASAP. I know your worried about your son. There was a cancellation and she did call me ASAP and got us in a lot sooner. Im very happy with this place and it is apparent that these people care greatly. Thank you for taking care of my son and getting him in so fast. You are greatly appreciated!
