Service was prompt and timely. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Repair and inspection was done in a timely manner. Only complaint is that he had to charge 9 ounces of Freon but had to charge me for a full pound.

My upstairs AC stop blowing cold air and I called for quick service. Within a 2-hour timeframe, someone came and got my air working again. Although I didn’t agree with the fee initially, the customer service, fast service, and quality service I received, made the price worth it. Being a VIP customer helps!

From the very beginning this Co was outstanding! They send an email with a picture & info on the person coming to your home to see what’s wrong with your unit. They wear fabric slip covers over their shoes to keep your floors clean. Took a few days to get new AC unit in, then they worked non stop to put it in for our upstairs. They wouldn’t leave until it was working a 100%. Afterwards they contacted us several times to make sure everything was in working order. You won’t go wrong with this Co!!! The BEST customer service & very knowledgeable about their work & their units!!!

7/18/2021 Unit stopped cooling. Compressor was not kicking on. Nathan checked it out and found a bad connection. Once working even checked the freon pressures to make sure they were ok. Could have easily got me for a new Thermostat but was honest and was only charged the weekend service fee. I went ahead and became a VIP member and set up the twice yearly maintenance and inspection for my A/C and Heat unit. Thank you Nathan for doing a great job!

Airstream was recommended by a neighbor to convert a gas fireplace to electric. Gus came out and showed me exactly what would be done and gave me an estimate. He also helped me pick out the best logs to order. Steven was the lead technician to handle the conversion, with assistance from Mike (I think; sorry). Gus stopped by to check in with them as they started the conversion. They were done in a snap and the fireplace is wonderful. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer. Great service and great people!

So to say Airstream went above and beyond to finish our project would be such an understatement. We had several electricians look at our project and never call us back. Not only did Airstream follow up but they did what seemed to be the impossible. We had a incredibly difficult project, high ceiling with limited space. They found a solution and brought in a 1000 lbs left to solve the problem. They had to move this equipment manually but not once did they complain. They got the project done and with no damage done to our house.Truly professional and we would highly recommend. These guys are problem solvers for sure.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and the price was very fair. Our heating unit stopped working downstairs and I called Airstream at 7:00 am and the technician came right out even though we had 5 inches of snow. He had to climb upstairs and downstairs to find the short and he fixed it. He was very courteous and let me know what was the problem. The repair was not costly and he had the emergency heat working prior to finding the short so we wouldn’t be so cold until the problem was fixed. Love Airstream Heating and Cooling, pricing is reasonable and you don’t have to wait long for a repair. I would recommend this company for your heating and air installation and repairs.

These guys installed 4 outdoor wired cameras for me and did a great job. Customer service and communication were on point. Free estimates and very reasonable. They even texted me beforehand, as well as followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. Our tech Bo was professional, easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Very professional service with text messages describing my Technician and when exactly he would be on site. Technician informed me each procedure he was doing and an estimate with options. Letting me know of problems that were found and that it would be recommended to repair but wasnt pressured in no way to have the repairs. Definitely would recommend then to friends and family. My family and I have just moved to Middle TN. We have already used Airstream Heating & Cooling on both HVAC units for maintenance (Jerry was the tech), we have used them twice already for electrical issues, and we even had them install 120 feet of internet lines in our home. Each time the techs have shown up on time, were very pleasant to work with, and did a fantastic job. On the back end, Caroline and Jennifer have been equally fantastic with great communication and follow up. I cant say enough great things about this company and look forward to when they start offering plumbing services. Its less stressful knowing I can give them a call and they send a tech right out ASAP and the fact they work on electrical issues, HVAC issues, internet cable installs, etc.

He looked over everything, gave me a couple of tips and pointers ( the system is only 3 years old ) and made sure to let me know about a couple of items to look at in the spring.They had previously installed 2 units at my other house i sold previously.I cannot recommend airstream enough.

Our kitchen needed a lighting upgrade to recessed lighting so we did some Googling to find an electrician. We called Airstream Services on a Friday and they came out for an estimate on Monday. Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair company! I called on a Saturday and the person I spoke with was very thorough and helpful, and we got an appointment for Sunday between 10-11am. I got a text telling me the technician was on the way around 9:30, and I was able to track his progress. He arrived right at 10 and immediately got to work, wearing shoe booties the entire time he was in our home. He was quick and efficient, very detailed and I felt totally comfortable with him. We settled our bill easily on the techs phone. Today I received a follow up call to ensure our problem was resolved. Prices were very reasonable as compared to other companies and their 24/7 service is very convenient. This is the kind of service that earns customers for life!

1) Scott Weiner provided excellent service, very polite, and very articulate in answering all of our questions. He even did some research to find answers to other questions we had about our HVAC unit. He was far more professional than anyone with whom I worked installing HVAC units when I was in college. 2) The lady with whom I spoke making all of our arrangements went out of her way to assist us and even offered financial options to make our experience even more affordable than the other companies with whom I talked, and her follow up with us today was even better.
