If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had many issues with napa but this is one of the most irritating. On Tuesday I ordered a part for my truck. I was informed that the right part would be at the West Jordan store the next day. I went in today because they didnt have it all week and what a shock, they still did not have it at their store because it was not shipped from the Murry store. So we drove down to this store (not my job and I am not the one getting paid for that) and got what I was told was the correct part. The workers their blamed it on low amount of staff at that location however even then they had 4 days to get it here. Upon putting the part in my truck we find it is the wrong part. We now need to go to an auto zone to get the right part. I will NOT be coming here again!
Was sent from one location to another told it had the oil I needed got there and they told me to go to another location ended up spending a lot of time and none had the oil total waste of time.Thanks for responding to my review so quickly I dont believe it was the employees fault they looked the oil up in system and found it at the other locations if they would have called first to verify it would have saved me the drives.

I have researched particular part needed for my four-wheel drive Chevy, Ive looked at every catalog and every online reputable company I could come across. when I found the part I was looking for it was at Napa. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked if I needed any help locating what I came for. I explained to him my situation, he took me right to the counter and introduce me too one of there knowledgeable staff members.who Listen to me and took the time too research his data base with me. He answered all my questions, even even though we couldnt find a part he explain how the manufacturer had stopped making it. however he did come up with several Solutions as to where I could find it. my hats off to the Napa people theyre there to serve you and help you not just take your money. And the Quality of there Parts that they sale are the best in the business. there prices are very competitive and reasonable. I was impressed by the way all of the employees handled their customers. my hats off to Napa. Who goes out of their way satisfy our need keep to keep our vehicles running. Kudos to you and your employees

Had the worst customer service with Dave blad headed man with glasses. I had asked for help to look for a part, and his attitude and respect towards me as a customer was unprofessional and uncalled for. To the point were he was shouting i dont have to help you as he walked away. If this is the type of employees that represent this company NAPA its a shame. And a horrible look for upper management to have ethics that dont respect paying customers, so be aware here.

A cool place to be and experience and good knowledge of what tools to have and to use. Not only that the service is great, questions are answered with extra safety precautions and well done in a professional manner. Surely makes you come back. And they have new orders for your vehicles that other businesses dont have or might have never heard of the tool or product your looking for. Its located in a just right spot, not to busy not to less. It has a great big parking for customers to park. And I love the looking new, cleanliness of the atmosphere and environment, Good job!👍 Well knowledgeable workers that have good answers good advice and clearly making good sense. Such a wonderful experience! We got a beautiful Jeep in such good condition! Make sure to ask for Chris he is such a light hearted and funny guy but still super professional! The finance guy, Zied did us good and hooked it up as he said. It was so painless! Was so quick and not hours and hours of waiting and paperwork. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone! Thanks to National Auto Plaza for giving us such I good car and experience!

If you cant get the right parts for your car here, you should probably just douse your vehicle in gasoline and light a match. Napa is the best. All the other parts stores are just wishing they could be like Napa, but they cant. Napa always has what I need and knowledgeable people to help me figure it out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This is to you manager Ray, if thats your name. I was rudely spoken to by one person that worked there, the others didnt bother to ask me if I needed help, just looked at me and walked away. I stood there for ten minutes waiting for someone to help me. Mind you, there were five workers there that turned away and only one other customer! When I finally got help, an old man rudely said we cant help you, go somewhere else. I simply asked if he could check my oil to see how much I needed!!! If you cant do that for customers like every other place such as Auto Zone and Reillys, then its useless for people on the go! Get some decent workers for one, and learn how to run a considerate business!

This particular NAPA is terrible. All the employees are dumber than rocks and the service is terrible. Every time Ive come to this store - I have been ignored or spoken down to as well as given the wrong part 9 times out of 10. I tried to use a gift card to buy wipers for my truck in a recent snow storm, not only did no one in the store know how to run a gift card, they told me the wrong part number for the wipers. Instead using the gift card, they just took the card and charged me the remainder. So the gift card is still active and I have a feeling one of them pocketed it.... then they wouldnt accept the wipers back to exchange or refund because of what they did. So I still dont have a decent set of wipers AND Im out a $20 gift card.THANKS NAPA!!! guess Ill stick to OReilly and Amazon.... at least the guys at OREILLY will try to help you and admit when theyre wrong.

The customer service in the will call area here is really lacking. You are never acknowledge you when you walk in. A simple “we’ll be with you in just a moment” would be a great improvement.

I purchased a part from Napa online, had the part all set to pick up at the local store, and there werent any in utah. Unfortunately, the part I needed is a difficult to get and the store was unwilling to help address or credit my charge. I had to go online to dispute.Thanks Napa, I rarely go to your stores, and now I know why.

2003 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 Liter DOHC Duratec engine. They intentionally sell you a SFI 23097 fuel filter that come with the wrong retaining clips so you have to buy their clips which are almost 3 times the price of the fuel filter itself. This despite the sales rep telling you the clips are the right ones before leaving the store. You come home get your car on jack stands and remove your fuel filter only to find out the clips that came with their fuel filter are too long and too thick to install. Wont be back.
I will be hopefully be updating this review based on how things are handled once I head back to NAPA to inform them of the issue. With any luck it will be a 5-star for good customer service at least.I purchased a CV axle for my Acura TL on Oct 20. Ive replaced plenty of axles but when I went to install this one, it wouldnt link with the intermediate shaft. I spent 4 HOURS trying to get it to fit. Sometimes theyre a bit stubborn but this one was a real doozy. I used every trick in the book. From brute force with a hammer to jacking up the control arm to push it on via leverage. Nothing. The new axle was identical in connections, shape and size, or so I thought......After 4 hours, I thought to count the teeth on the inboard joint. The stock joint has 29 teeth. The one NAPA sold me has 27!!! No wonder it didnt fit! The teeth look exactly the same, which I took note of before installing, but I dont think even a seasoned mechanic would think to count each tiny individual tooth on an axle.Ive always tried to support local business instead of internet sites. Ive purchased brake pads, air filters, oil and a PCV from the NAPA down in American Fork since their stuff it typically good quality. But in this case I had no other option but to order an axle from RockAuto, since no other shop had an axle in the valley. I damaged my intermediate shaft at the cost of $120, disassembled (and pretty much destroyed) the new CV axle, and hacked up my existing (bad) one trying to Frankenstein the inboard joint with the new bearings from the new axle (which didnt work). Not to mention I lost $200-$300 in fares that night because I spent all evening trying to get an incompatible part to fit my car. So yeah, it was a nightmare. With any luck, NAPA will own up to this error. Well see.EDIT: So I returned the driveshaft to the store and they provided a full refund despite the damage to the part. Im still not thrilled about receiving the wrong part to begin with but I know that mistakes happen. Im glad they were willing to work with me despite the damage to the part.
I went to OReillys the day before because I was having battery problems and the guy there wasnt helpful. Rick greeted me with a smile and asked what I needed help with. I told him my battery problem and he immediately took action. His customer service was amazing. I will continue to come here and no other place.
For anyone that knows, Napa is the only place to buy car parts. It is for me anyway. Ive been working on my own vehicle sense I was a kid. Ive learned the hard way about buying parts from the other guys! This store has some very knowledgeable people working here. I recently did an oil change and believe it or not learned something from the gentelmen behind the counter. Thought I knew it all when it came to oil changes. Highly recommend this location! Thanks again guys!
I have no reason to not go to this store, friendly, knowledgeable employees that gave good advice and arent just in it to get you to spend your money. Personally I think its much better than the Auto Zone a few blocks down, cheaper prices too.

Seldom times have I been in a store and been treated as a burden by offering them my money. I dont know what qualifies one to be employed at this location, but customer service is not a prerequisite. 2 stars because at least I, begrudgingly, was sold the part I was looking for.

Stood behind some old guy at ONE cash register for 20 minutes trying to buy fix a flat for my delivery vehicle ..was in a huge hurry..no employees seemed eager to jump on till#2 to help the huge line of people behind me while old man was getting help figuring out how floor mats worked (Im not kidding)

My parts store of choice. Very seldom get stuck in a line waiting for service or to check out, and the parts are excellent quality. on the rare times when a part has failed they have always been replaced with no hassel.

Pre-ordered some parts on their website, arrived at the store and pulled up the email with my order info and they couldn’t find the order. Not really a huge deal since they had the stuff I needed anyways but seemed like the order online and pick up in store didn’t work.
