To find Smart Start I go down (from Redwood) 7000 (which turns into 7200) which passes Top Golf, pass the freeway, and then youll see the yummy breakfast place on the left. At the light it says COTTONWOOD turn left. Go all the way down until you see the Wood Connection on the left -- TURN RIGHT into that warehouse area (across from the Wood Connection). Smart Start is the shop all the way to the back.

I followed my daughter, who needed an ILS until Oct...Travis was so very helpful and due to our travel distance, gave us the 1st month free!! The only real issue is its near impossible to find it from the street. Passed by it 5-6 times and had to be waved in by Travis.

Considering that nobody wants to have an ignition interlock, or pay for one - I am rating on the quality of service. This location is flexible, the installation and maintenance tech is a really nice guy and they make this as simple as they can. Prices are reasonable, and I am happy to have found this location. I have heard some absolute horror stories about interlock providers and I am happy to say I have had not one unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
