Disappointed in the service department. I was in there a couple of months ago for a regular routine oil change and tire rotation. At that time, I asked if there was any service that was upcoming due to the mileage that may need to be done. I was told no everything was current and nothing was on the radar anytime soon for maintenance. My husband was there w me and asked a few verification/follow up questions, but we were told everything was up to date and nothing coming up in the next few thousand miles.Fast forward a couple of months, I’m in there to get the routine tire rotation and oil change. I waited for the car which took nearly an hour longer than what Had been stated. And when it did come up ready it showed 9 service items that needed taken care of, and they indicated it would take another three hours to complete.Out of frustration, and lack of time… I declined the services, but I asked why nothing had shown up a couple months prior and now suddenly multiple things are needing serviced. I never got a solid answer. Then, they went to pull my car out… And the battery is dead. I have never had a single problem with the battery. Of the nine services they were recommending not one of them indicated it needed a new battery. I am presuming that they left something on and drained the battery while they were working on it. At this point they tell me I need to buy a new battery ( after they jump start it). I decline again… And I reiterate I have not had any sluggish starting and no battery problems. I also notice it is not on the recommended list that they had just handed me of service is needed (9 other things are, but not a new battery). I called my husband and my dad they both recommended I go somewhere else and have a battery tested. Upon going to another facility they tested the battery told me it was 100% healthy, indicated it may have just had a dead battery due to something being left on and draining it. I asked if I should go ahead and replace it because it is a few years old, I was told “ma’am we cannot in good conscience recommend you buy a new battery when it’s showing nothing wrong”.There was one other really bad mess up when I purchased the car there (sold me a different car than I bought/VIN) but I’ve kept going there due to the warranty and there have been a few great service reps over the years. But this one is a done deal. Just feels messy and like I get a different answer if my husband is standing there. And I definitely got a different answer when I went elsewhere to have it tested. (Twice just to be sure—-two different locations one that day and one two days later. We’ll finish out our oil change package and purchase and services will be at a different dealership going forward.
I always have good service at Larry H Miller Toyota but my last visit was the best ever. Cody was excellent. He listened to my concerns, explained what to expect got me an Uber ride and they got to work and fixed the problem in good time
I think they do their job and in an acceptable, fairly professional manner…I just always feel like there is a lack of good communication on the customer service side of things. Thankfully the invoice provides the actual line items of what was done because I never get more than a couple word answer of how things went, if they found anything, etc.They were willing to work with me on not doing all of my 30,000 miles checks at once so it wouldn’t be so expensive. I reqlly appreciate that and will finish up that maintenance next time I go in.
I was less impressed this time,in the past they have gone over my inspection. This time I am not even sure everything in the service package was done. The service men were not at all helpful or understanding as in all the past times

ONE WEEK NO UPDATES OR RESPONSEWorst customer service of any car dealer!!!!. They don’t answer their phone calls, and when somebody answers they say let me look into it for you, then they hang up. After calling for 3 days without an update a service writer told me that Mark and his crew of techs were off for the last 2 days and he couldn’t give me any update. How can a dealer have people off Wednesday and Thursday??Another Svc. writer offer to put his crew to work on my truck and it would be done next day. It’s been 2 days and no response.I just want my truck back to take it somewhere else!!!!

Absolute worst service department I’ve ever taken my vehicle to. I sat there for 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change only to realize when I went up asking for an update that my truck had been ready for at least an hour they just didn’t bother to tell me. I hold dealerships to a pretty low standard but this one is by far the worst!
Had some aesthetic work done on my new vehicle. They worked incredibly fast and provided an Uber ride from (and back to) their location. Very pleased with the service department, Cody in particular.

I just bought my vehicle and had to come back to the service department the following week to get the all weather mats and cargo mat that I wanted but were not available the day I bought my car. Unfortunately the rear bumper protector I wanted as well was still not available during this visit. I was told I would be contacted when it was in, likely the next week.The week went by and I heard nothing so I contacted the service department to inquire about the protector. The girl who answered the phone was very unhelpful. She did not ask for my name or information to look into what I was inquiring about. She only said if they didnt call it isnt in. Wait for them to call.Well it has been over another week now, still no call. I guess this piece is hard to get?...Looks like I will be calling again next week. Hopefully someone more helpful will answer.
Customer service not pleasant. they are not professionals the technicians did not do a good job of diagnosis. They only charged and returned the same problem 2 days after the service. I came back and they didnt want to attend me until Friday. please where is the professionalism
I went in to have my new RAV4 window tint, hitch receiver and tires put on. They got me in the door right away and finished about an hour ahead of schedule. Cody was fantastic to work with!
My alternator had gone out. Plus, I needed some other services. Kyler was very helpful. I appreciate his willingness to help me decide which services could wait and which were more important.

When I went in to see about getting a service and a fuel pump recall done, within seconds, Service Advisor Mary Jane Clark asked me if I need help. She checked with the Parts Department to make sure the fuel pump was in stock, and got me an appointment for the next morning. I wish everyone I dealt with in life was as friendly and professional as Mary Jane!!!
I took my Tacoma into the Xpress lube repair department for an oil change and tire rotation. The person who greeted me misquoted the service price and did not include the tire rotation I requested on the write up. When I went to pay, it was double the quoted price. Also, the attendant didn’t write down that I wanted a tire rotation. Fine. I brought that up to the service attendant when checking out and they cut me a break on the price of the oil change. When I go out to start my truck I find that oil has been spilled all down the front of the motor and onto the skid plate where it is pooled and dripping on the ground. Sloppy service. Although the service manager wanted to make it right with a concierge service to pickup, detail and return my truck, I’m not trusting them anymore. I can get this level of service jiffy lube.. that’s why I don’t go there. Would’ve been 1 star if not for the attempt by the service manager. Going somewhere else next time.
Lady received us in the oil change, but lectured my husband about not having an appointment when they accept drive ups. She seemed confused, so he walked over to the counter and had to wait for the guy to get off Facebook on his cell to help him (He could see his screen, so he knew it was FB). Appointment took over an hour, when my husband went to check when the car would be done his keys were just sitting in front of the guy that was on FB previously, that guy said hold on as he still scrolled FB.
I needed a battery for my hybrid car. I knew it was going to be expensive and had checked a few auto parts places to see if I could get it there. No luck so I headed to LHM. They were sympathetic about the cost but it hurt less when I knew the repair was done correctly and they washed my car and put air in my tires!
My telephone reservation got lost or wasn’t properly set up. When I arrived for my maintenance work the check-in person couldn’t find my appointment. My request to speak with a manager resulted in a “work-in” that took more than two hours, more than twice as long as a normal maintenance job.Also, I had asked the service agent to get removed a flap that was hanging down from the left front wheel well. It was attached by a single bolt. When I picked up the car, it looked like the flap was gone, but, after a hundred miles or so, it must have come loose from where it had been hidden. Ever since, we’ve been enduring the dragging sound of it on our vacation.
Never disappointed. Jake Graham always makes sure my 4Runner is serviced and running great.

Every time I go for an oil change or any other type of service I get bad customer service. When they finish the service on my vehicle instead of letting me know that it’s done, they make me wait longer then I should to the point where I have to get up and go ask about my vehicle. When I get to the desk of the person helping me they’re no where to be seen and on their desk are all the papers and keys of the vehicles done so they have you wait instead of coming to get you to tell you that the vehicle is done.
They did a great job, it just took a really long time.I was there over 3 hours to get a set of keys.

A 10,000 mile service included tire rotation and I had informed them the low tire pressure indicator was on and when I picked up the truck it was still on. I also told them I was waiting and they said 45 min to an hour and over two hours later when I checked on the status that they had marked that I would pick it up and had left the vehicle, so I’m not sure when the truck would’ve actually been available.
I love bringing my car here for service! The staff are cheerful and efficient.
Both electrical outlets in my car were not working. A nice guy named Mr Cody inspected electrical socket and replaced fuse for free. A thousand times thank you to your selfless service.

The mechanics were quick to get everything done and I would give them 5 stars. The guy at the front desk however was not personable and when I went back to retrieve my vehicle (after receiving a text and call it was ready) he sat texting on his phone while I patiently waited for him to finish and then seemed annoyed I had “interrupted” him. He had no idea who I was or what I was talking about when I asked for the keys to my specific vehicle, even though I spoke to him face to-face a few hours earlier. He was extremely unprofessional.

I was very disappointed and un happy to find my 3 oil change expired and had to pay for anther 3 oil changes. With covid I just fid not drive many miles and never thought the plan would expire.

Was talked into setting an apt so I didn’t have to wait a few hours so I did. They were 2 weeks but I scheduled and went in. Was told it would be 45 mins to an hour and didn’t hear another word from them for 2 hours and 15 mins all of which was me just waiting. They didn’t wash it which they said they would snd they also let air out of my tires which I specifically asked them not to. Wasn’t impressed and hope next visit is better. Wouldn’t necessarily go back but I have three oil changes with my car purchase.
Got prompt service. Enjoyed the waiting room. Attendant was professional and arranged for a returned appointment.
Nice people. They kept asking if I had an appt and I told them I could not ever speak to a person on the phone. They kept saying “ yeah I hear that a lot”. Maybe listen and fix that?

They offer great packages for oil changes and tire rotations. I was not happy with the last time I went in. Normally they vacuum and will go over the information of what what done and they did not do either
DO NOT go to Toyota Murray service and parts department. I have owned two different Sequoias- I LOVE my cars. Whenever I have had damage or things wrong with one of my cars we have taken it to Murray Toyota and without fail they claim to need 2x the $ that Bountiful Toyota and other local repair companies cost. I cracked one of my running boards and they said they would have to order a new pair for $2100, called up to Bountiful Toyota and they could find 1 replacement runner for $495. What the heck?!?! NEVER GO TO MURRAY TOYOTA
We brought my wifes Avalon to Larry Miller Murray Toyota for a lube oil and filter and also to have a new part that Craig our service writer special ordered in for us but when we arrived it turns out their parts department or service department sold it to another customer now we have to have Craig order another part and wait about 3 months all over again other than that their service is great . We took our SUV to Larry h Miller Toyota on Saturday August 14th 2021 to have a new timing belt water pump and emissions but we discovered once we got home that the skid plate was missing from the underneath front of the vehicle so we called them today Monday August 16th and discovered the mechanic knew it was missing but did not put it back on and did not let us know and did not let the service writer know but we were told today they could not put it back on until Thursday August 19th I was just kind of upset the mechanic said nothing to anyone about not putting the skid plate back on if we would not have noticed it was missing we would have never found out the mechanic still has the part somewhere in his work area or at least thats what we were told and we are hoping they did not throw it away that is an expensive part. When Casey Garner was working at your dealership we never had any problems nor did anyone in our family it just seems like since Casey left its hard to find someone to trust at Larry h Miller Toyota Murray. Other than that you still have a good service department just need to get your mechanics to be a little more honest and responsible in their job.
We dropped our car off for a basic tire rotation at 8 am and never heard back from the dealership. We tried calling several times throughout the day, but was never able to get through. At 6:30 pm we got a hold of the front desk, after the service desk was closed, and they informed us our car was done and ready to pickup. They didn’t contact us when it was done. Their service was disrespectful and unprofessional.
Took care of my issue work no questions asked. It was quick and easy
I had to wait longer than usual, actually twice as long. But I do realize that even though I had an appointment that they were very busy.
They took almost 3 hrs to change oil, drain and refill transmission fluid, and antifreeze. They did not tell me my appointment was just to get me in line. If they would have told me it was a 3hr wait, I would have dropped it off.

Replacing a windshield wiper fuse... it had been storming for days and I was unable to get an appointment for 2 months. Even though I showed up first in line without an appointment...They were dine in 20 minutes and had to turn away the Uber driver called to take me home and wait!

Went to purchase a oil cap for my highlander and they didnt stock one. I told her that I would just order one so I didnt have to come back... on the way home, I just thought, why didnt she offer to do so... I guess theyre just interested in a larger ticket item and not so much about customer service.Ive had my stud broken by a tire sp and stopped at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem and purchased replacement studs and lug nuts, I want four so if the tire shop broke another one during tire rotation I would have replacement in the car. Well they live had one each of the stud and lug nut, and he took my info and said he would send it to me, I asked about the shipping cost, he said not to worry... thats customer service! Maybe LHM needs to send their people down for training...

We had taken our 4runner to different dealerships and mechanics all over the valley to attempt to fix a mysterious error code we were having for months. Not only was LHM the only one who could successfully diagnose and fix the problem, they were the only dealership that didn’t jerk us around in the process. So grateful for Marion and his team for taking such good care of us and our car.
