I love art of shaving. The store is nice and well set up. Service is great as well. I have very sensitive skin and could not shave every day. Now I can shave every day and my skin even looks and feels better. Lavender is what I like. The price is so worth it. Also the oil and cream last me about 6 months and lotion 10 months. So, happy I found this place.

Very knowledgeable staff. I went to get something for my boyfriend and he loved it. I went with the shop person recommendation and he nailed it. I walked in without any idea and he helped me figure it out.

Amazing servis I just got an amazing beard trim by Dani! She was so kind and very communicative about how I wanted my beard to look like. I suggest that everyone who wants a nice clean shave or trim on a beard to go to her. Amazing thanks everyone who works their, keep up the great work.

UPDATE: I went in to the store and spoke the manager, Oliver. What a nice guy. There was a big mix up and somehow the lines of communication got crossed. He was super apologetic and refunded the gift card. As a bonus, he offered me a free premium shave service on top of the refund.If I could put less than 1 star, I would. I got a premium spa package from my wife for Fathers Day, so I scheduled an appointment. The day of my appointment, they called to reschedule for the next day because their barber called in sick. No problem. The next day, they called to reschedule again because their barber was STILL sick. Thats alright. I scheduled it for a week later. Today, I went to my appointment, which was scheduled for 3:30, in the middle of the day, and the doors were locked with a sign saying they would be back at 4:30. I knocked on the door, I called several times. Nothing. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Ill be coming back in another time and I expect a full refund for the gift card my wife purchased.

Sales guy was a little bit talky and a little bit pushy, but overall he was pretty helpful. and the vibe is good. this is your kind of thing then youll like the store

This location of the Art of Shaving is a very nice store in the Fashion Place mall. Its a smaller location but has all the essential Art of Shaving products. Ive been a couple of times and theyve been great.

I made an appointment for my husband, worst hair and beard services. I could have done better. They had someone new and his hair cut looks horrible the beard is not even lined up nicely, $75 to the trash is you ask me.

Amazingly helpful individuals! The staff here was absolutely incredible! No one pushed me to buy anything I wasnt looking for and actually helped give tons of product knowledge that helped me to find the perfect gift. It was some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I would definitely recommend this place for mens gifts and if you dont know what to get for someone they sell gift certificates and have a trained on staff that does amazing work. The atmosphere in the shop is also very calm so you dont feel rushed to shop like some others can feel.In conclusion I think this is a stellar place for mens gifts and if you want a prime example of what customer service should be

I bought a whole kit for the first time wanting to compare a straight razor vs a five blade razor. After a few shaves I couldnt tell the difference and decided it wasnt for me. I tried to return the items I bought only to get declined for a refund, saying that they cant refund items that have been used which it clearly does not say on the receipt! How can you know the quality of an item without using it first. for $300 I would hope to have some sort of guarantee. I will no longer be a customer here and will be looking elsewhere for my shaving needs.

Pushy salesman. Girlfriend went to buy her father a gift for his birthday and knew what she wanted up front. The salesman pushed and insisted she buy a $175 package that was supposed to have another $25 off. The salesman never took off the additional 25 since it came it to be $181 after tax. After the purchase we all knew too much money was spent. We have to pay for college and only work part time so we do not have an abundance of money. She went to return it and buy some less expensive items and when we were doing the exchange the salesman was unfriendly and pretty much threw the products off the shelf when he was grabbing what my gf originally wanted. The experience made us uncomfortable and I dont think well return. However, ill give it a 2 star because the sandalwood aftershave smells really nice. Too bad the salesman are greedy and only willing to help if it puts commission in their pocket.

My wife bought me the full package shave for my birthday. Which was a full 55 min shave. As I got in my shaver got to work. I had previously watched videos of how they were to go about with the shave which got me really excited. As I am getting my shave about 30 mins in the person in the front told my shaver that someone else was a walk in and wanted a shave. So she ended up finishing my shave as fast as possible so they could get someone else into the chair. Kind of frustrating when my shave was suppose be another 15 or so mins.

Poor quality, dont stand behind their product. I dropped my safety razor once, from 3 feet, and the head broke off the handle. They refused to do anything about it. They said they dont offer warranties because their razors are suppressed to outlive my grandkids... yeah right....

Went in today to look for some new beard/face moisturizer. The employee was right next to me stocking the shelves. I asked him a question and he seemed put out that I asked him a question about one of their products. Didnt feel welcome at all in the store. Left without purchasing anything and dont intend on going back.
