Whenever I need my manicure supplies I always go to Sallys Beauty Supply. They used to have a product called Nail Life that had a base coat, primer and a killer top coat. Then Louis Alfieri decided to change the product. After that I was never able to find another product like that. I know a good base coat and good coats of color and a good top coat are the basics of a good manicure. I purchased OPI Nail Lacquer Chop Stix n Stones, and ORLY Royal Navy. I love the Blues on My Nails. I purchased Finger Paints Calcium Boost Base Coat to give my nails a protective coating of calcium after this pandemic a year of using scrubs to clean. Finally INM Out The Door Top Coat to give my nails that high glassy shine. Take Biotin to help your nails grow.

It’s unfortunate people only like to leave a review when they have a bad experience, I am a frequent customer and have always been greeted as I come in, the girls here are always friendly and helpful with everyone. I’ve noticed recently they have only two girls working at a time so it can get pretty busy or one girl has worked by herself. I think some people just don’t understand or have the patience but they’re great girls and they do well here.

That was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Sallys. I felt like I was at Ulta Beauty! The store person did not say anything to me, and this was after I asked if she could help me. Her blank stare made me think that she didnt actually work there, that Id just started talking to a stranger. Then she finally nodded her head and I asked my question. The store had very low stalk in most things, which was disappointing. Prob wont be back to this location ☹

The girl was too busy to assist customers. I stood by the cash register while she was texting in the back. I also overheard her ignore a customers question about Combs. I usually have a lot of help with the girls here, but that girl shows obvious signs that she does not want to be working there.

Me and my wife went in to get some hair things for my wife, while we were there shantelle helped us and it was one of the best experiences going into a Sally’s. We are both VERY pleased with her services.

The sales representative lady was very helpful. the store was out of a hair color that my sister was interested in she went to check if they had any in the back when she returned to inform us they were out of the color she offered to call a store that was close by to check for us. helpful in recommendating developer number that i should use with the hair dye. very respectful & patient. clean& they followed protocol with the mask requirement.

I used to have hot & cold experiences here but my most recent visit patched it up. There was a middle aged female with long, dark hair that helped me find everything I needed and offer recommendations. I hope to see her next time Im there

I don’t usual leave reviews but I was absolutely pleased with the service I received about two days ago. I unfortunately didn’t get a name of a girl who was helping me. She was around 20 with purple hair. Not only did she help me find a gel nail polish I needed but, she also property told me how use it myself. She was also kind enough to offer me to exchange the product I got if it does not work. Overall she was super knowledgeable and just the most pleasant consultant!

Sallys as a whole is great but this particular shop is always under stocked or often out of products, and often a dishevelled mess.The one in brickyard isnt too far away and has a far better selection and stock.

While I love Sallys I will NEVER return to this one. The staff didt have ANY answers to ANY questions I had, they had products all over the floor. They seemed very upset when I had to go and find someone from the backroom to help check out since their was no one in the front. Im pretty sure another person there at the same time stole and they were completely oblivious.

Super helpful and werent judgmental at all. More affordable than I anticipated as well

I can usually find what I need pretty quickly, but when I need help most of the girls here do a fine job at pointing something out. All in all a good Sallys & the one I choose to shop at.
