Wonderful experience, everyone was incredibly helpful. Shout out to Jeff who changed my battery in 40° weather with rain coming down the whole time. Seriously recommend this location for anyone out there that needs car help.

The person working counter totally ignored my presence, then left the store for 15 min to help previous customer, with no other attendant there it was quit frustrated 😤

We went to this location the guy helped us check the battery he said the battery needed to be change we bought the battery but the people in this location denied to change it for us they were not busy one young boy said he can try to change it but the manager said no we are not allowed he told us to take the battery to quick lube they will do it for us but this is not true I changed my car battery in state street location and they changed it for me, I will never recommend this location to anyone the workers needs to be train and show respect.I had to return it back and changed it in o really auto they did it in 5 minutes it wasn’t a big deal and the price was $30 cheaper then this location.

For someone who works on cars often the location is very convenient with helpful staff that know what their doing.

Needed help changing a few parts and they were extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Will definitely return here in future!

I clearly told the employee what part I was needing. He said they didnt stock it, it would be really hard to get, theyd need to order and it was best if I went to the dealership. Confused as I could see the item online, I called another location. They made sure I had the right part number to order online and have it shipped to my home. Not sure why they at this location turned me away with no help at all. Maybe because Im female? Or is it because Im not white?

For delivery driver. Autozone is terrible, they try to pay you $2 for 15 min of you time. No tip no nothing. They must be crazy if they think Uber driver will deliver for them.

I prefer Napa but the store is friendly and very convenient. I only have 4 stars for this location as it is smaller than most and selection is somewhat limited... compared to Napa.
