Did a good job but coulda been done faster but they did good

They would not change the Oil to my 2005 Buick LaCrosse because it was not Factory, even though it was not even tampered with.

While theyve been competent about changing the oil in my car a couple times, dont ask them to do anything outside of standard service.I asked for them to put an oil additive in when changing my oil this time. The attendant lied to my face and said theyd do it. When the service was complete, there was nothing about an oil additive on my receipt. Luckily they didnt charge for it, but the blatant lie earned 1 star from me.

Always a great experience at the Walmart Auto Center in Murray Ky. They are always quick and friendly, with great prices.

They aren’t doing tires “this week”. Seriously?

This was the worst experience Ive had at a service shop. They put my truck on the lift right away however It took them 2 hours to mount and balance 2 tires. I have an older vehicle so there are no sensors the employees were lazy and the shop manager was too busy talking inside with his nephew to help the other employees. I will never be using their service again.

Worst and slowest service ever. Never come here. Was first one here and it took an hour just to rotate my tires. This was fourth time here. Because all other times they would say an hour or hour and half to get to you and only had one car before me. First time I came they said they were closing at four and it was three with no cars and they told me to come back some other time. These are the slowest service techs I’ve ever seen. So please save yourself trouble and go somewhere else

Even though we brought our own filter and oil because we dont trust the Walmart junk recycled oil they charged us $20 for a simple oil change. We previously went to the Benton, KY, Walmart where they charge $8 plus tax. Will NEVER go to the Murray, KY, Walmart tire and auto for servicing again.

Oil change has been good. one lady working there was very rude and impatient, talking down to me as if I were a kid.

All right. very. Well yesterday was. for an oil change and in 25 minutes. I was ready to leave. they treated me well

Not enough employees in the TLC today theyre going to take about 4 hours just to get two tires

Lady named Judy was extremely rude and disrespectful. I got told a 30 minute wait on my service, come back 45 minutes later and come back to find out my vehicle hasn’t been started on. She became rude and said I would need to wait my turn because it was a first come first serve store, after other vehicles had been in after mine. Lost all business from me

They caused over $3000 in damage to my vehicle years ago. I will NEVER take a vehicle to them again!

Went to the Murray Walmart tire department to get a nail removed and patch the tire. Waited 2 hours for it be done. My vehicle was on the lift for at least 45 minutes. Very very very disappointed in this service
