If I could give zero stars I would. My children are at school In Cedar City and away from home. Recently they got a flat and discovered the spare tire missing. They called Midtown and we’re put on hold and after 10 minutes they hung up. After working to get the car to Midtown, they walked in at 4:30 and the person was eating. They asked for help and were told “we have more important things to finish up”. My son said something about being able to put the spare on in 30 minutes but they didn’t have one and the employee said we can put a tire on in less than 30 minutes we just have other things to do. Then another employee walked out and asked if there was anything else he needed to do. The person at the front said no. The employee said “okay I’ll clock out”. What??? Disappointed Mom!!!!!

I bought a 2002 audi a4 told me everything was ok with it and its passed emissions but days later the engine started to smoke dont go there very rude owner and liar

The owner seemed nice enough. Thats the only positive.The vehicle I went to see was nothing like the ad description.I did a car fax on it and it seemed ok other than an odometer discrepancy between their listing and the last dealer maintenance a few year ago.The dealer listed it at like 10K higher but there are typos. That was my first flag.It described everything as in good or excellent condition.The reality is the vehicle was far from that.Leaking radiator.A/C compressor failing.Low/empty brake reservoir which means bad brakes somewhere.Missing engine parts.Non connected support braces on the engine.Leaking oil.Engine over filled by 3/4 of a quart.Missing lug nuts. 6 of the 24.4wd has issues and clicks.Upper ball joints and tie rod ends shot.The inside was fun too.Drivers door mis aligned.Headliner held in with thumb tacks.Molding broken and missing all over.Blower controls didnt work at all...need defrost...tough.They said it passed emissions.That was a lie. The codes had been cleared.The emissions ready check (which is required to pass emissions) had 6 systems not ready.There is no way it would pass.The final insult was the windshield wiper that was missing the rubber piece...They had gall to ask nearly market value for this.I could not return the keys fast enough.
