I can not believe how happy I am with our purchase and the level of care and customer service we have received. We took the car home and noticed a couple of things needed to be fixed. Dreading the possible outcome of how our concerns were going to be handled, due to past experiences with other companies. We listened them off and without hesitation we were assured they would be taken care of. I felt like there was going to be some sort of catch still. But no, everything was fixed. The people who work there are very nice. I was a little nervous at first to buy from them because the car was a rebuilt title and they didn’t have the car fax. I decided to go and look at the car and it ran really nicely. When I went to see the car they stayed later than their hours so I could see it after I call them. They also had the car cleaned. I looked at a lot of other places who didn’t even bother to clean the cars. They also offered at 6 month warranty. I’ve had my car for three months now and I can’t even tell that it was in a wreck. I would gladly do business with them again. They really know how to fix cars.

The owner of this company was so great to work with. We bought a Kia Optima and he had planned on fixing a few things but as we walked around it we noticed the tires and a few other things that needed to be fixed. He didn’t hesitate to fix every tiny detail that we had concerns about. When we came to pick up the car, the owner gave us $20 out of his pocket for gas since he didn’t have time to fill it up. The owner of M Power Auto Sales was very helpful in our search for a vehicle since our personal car was totaled in an accident. We told him our budget and was more than helpful in providing vehicles that for our price range. We test drove a few vehicles and he was patient with all the questions we asked. He showed us photos of the accident of the particular car we purchased and explained all that he fixed. The loan process with the bank was a pain, but he was helpful and patient with every call that I made to him. He was also willing to fix the things we noticed that were a little off and told us if we noticed anything wrong to bring it back. He wasnt pushy and let the reviews and his available cars speak for themselves. The rebuilt title may be a problem for some but if youre looking for a newer model at a decent price dont skip out on this auto lot!

When I first went to look at the car I was interested in, I had mentioned another ad that Id seen for a similar vehicle from another dealer. They warned me that the repairs probably wouldnt be as nice on the other vehicle, but I had assumed that this was just what any business would say in order to try and get you to buy from them. They were completely right though, the repairs that M Power had done on the car were extremely well done and they know exactly what theyre talking about. Have had our 2016 Sorento for a couple weeks now with no issues. Most people that get in it say it feels and smells like a new car even though it has 60k miles on it. Ahmed and his team do a great job getting these cars looking, feeling and even smelling like new! When I went to take delivery of the car, I found Ahmed replacing the front brake pads because he doesnt feel ok about selling a car that [he] knows will have a problem. Then after taking delivery I realized one of the dome lights in the back was missing and Ahmed replaced it without hesitation. I was so pleased with how attentive Abdullah and Ahmed were regarding my needs in buying a new car. I never felt pressured or hassled. I love buying rebuilt cars. We purchased a Hyundai Sonata 18 months ago from another rebuilt dealer and have loved it. In our search for another car I remembered this dealership because they had sold out of all of their cars when we bought our Sonata. We just bought a Kia Optima from Ahmed and the buying process was so much more enjoyable than going to a bigger dealership. I was very meticulous in looking over the car and anything that I wanted fixed before buying the car Ahmed took care of it without question. Wonderful experience! Never would have been able to tell it was a rebuilt/reconstructed title. They were honest from the beginning by stating that it was purchased from an insurance auction and only had cosmetic damages, no mechanical issues. I have been very pleased with my experience here. I did quite a bit of research on branded Title vehicles, and found that it all comes down to who does the work. I went by 7 or 8 other places and was not pleased with the type of work they did to restore the vehicles. When I visited with Ahmed at M power, I saw that the quality of work appeared to be a step above. To be sure, though, I brought the vehicle I was looking to purchase directly to the Kia dealer and had them do a 200 point inspection. It cost me $180 but I wanted to be sure. They said that this was the nicest salvage title vehicle they had ever seen. There was one small issue they found, which Ahmed was willing to fix immediately. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend them over any of the other shops that deal with branded titles. He has gone above and beyond to make even the little issues I found with the car right.

We purchased a 2017 KIA Sorento SX V6 AWD in February 2020 from Ahmed at MPower Auto Sales. My first impression was skeptical because of how many cars he has packed into the small lot. More like a towing lot than auto dealership was my first thought. DONT let the appearance fool you. Ahmed explained how they repair the Sorentos and what type of damage they look for when purchasing SALVAGE title vehicles. After seeing how minimal the structural damage was, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I delayed my review for a few weeks just in case something came up in the meantime. Bottom line is, Ahmed has done exactly what he promised!! I discovered a couple minor items when we purchased the Sorento, he said bring it back in a couple weeks and he will fix them no problem. Literally, on my way to drop it off for repairs, there was a loud vibration all of a sudden when exiting the off-ramp in Murray. When I arrived at the lot, the mechanic came out to meet me after hours. I explained what occurred in addition to the small items needing attention and he assured me they would be taken care of. To my surprise, they were done as promised and it was ready to go the NEXT DAY!! I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Ahmed, better experience than buying from a mainstream dealer, cant say enough how happy we are with the whole experience. Thank you AHMED!!

Over the years Ive purchased 9 rebuilt/restored vehicles, each time from different dealers or individuals. Rebuilt/restored cars are the best transportation value and youll spend far less on transportation if you buy this type of vehicle. This time around my daughter wanted a newer, nicer car. We worked with Ahmed to find her a Kia Optima with low miles at a really great price...far less than the same vehicle with a clear title. Ahmed assured us that he would take care of any issues we found for the first two months and hes stood behind his promise...two small issues and he took care of them working with our schedule and while we waited...terrific service. Of all the experiences Ive had purchasing rebuilt/restored cars, my interactions with Ahmed and M Power has been by far the best experience. I had been looking for an upgrade to my car on KSL and am glad to have stumbled upon this dealership. Most honest dealership Ive dealt with and Ishmael is an amazing person. Rebuilt titles are only scary when those who perform the work are just trying to get them to minimal repaired status for selling. This place is very meticulous in their work and stand by it. I requested a new taillight because there was a tiny bit of condensation in it, no questions they replaced it and if there is anything else, they will take care of me. No other dealer will do that unless you are buying their worthless warranty plans. I bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from Ahmed. At first I was a bit hesitant; the dealership doesnt look like much from the road. However, once I went in, Ahmed immediately greeted me and walked me around the yard. He showed me the entire process they go through to turn a damaged vehicle into a like-new car. Ive never been to a used dealership that has done this before. Most like to obfuscate the repair process, leaving the buyer to find out what happened to the vehicle after they buy a car. M Power doesnt do this; theyre proud to show you the hard work they do.They do a great job on their body work; their rebuilds are seamless and the cars look brand new. They also care about the cars they sell. My Sorento had a very minor steering noise, and Ahmed offered to fix it for no cost. It really was a minor noise; it wouldnt have bothered me. However, this really illustrates that they do care.Overall, a great experience and a great car so far.

I bought my Kia Optima from M Power Auto Sales about a month ago. This is the best car Ive ever had. They were very accommodating and wanted me to drive the car for a day to make sure I loved it. I took it to a Kia Dealership for a full 200 point inspection and it passed with flying colors. They are first class guys that do great work and are very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else for a car. These guys kept me in my budget, they were very honest, and my car is amazing!! Thanks again guys for all your assistance. Bought a kia optima from them its in decent condition it had some chips on the paint and some small details missing here and there like small black clamps like screws that hold a cover on the hood but for the price i paid it was fair. nice cheap place but cars may need some small detail work

We went car shopping a week ago and visited several car dealerships including another rebuilt dealership. This was by far the best experience that we had. We bought a 2014 Kia Rio. It looks and smells brand new. So far it drives great. We plan to post another review in 6 months or so after we have spent more time with the car. Joseph and Salam were very respectful and willing to go the extra mile.

Bought a 2013 Kia Optima SXL about a month ago. They were really easy to work with and do great work to restore their vehicles. The vehicles that they restore have minimal damage and usually come with all the awesome features like air conditioned seats, etc. Will definitely consider buying from them next time we need a car. Update: I had a super minor issue with my vehicle and they had me come right in and the fixed it. Best customer service ever!

Had a Bad Experience but hear me out. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima SXL. Loved it at first for 2 weeks but while I was driving I heard this huge noise like as if the engine fell to the floor and was dragging. I had to pull up to the closest parking lot and leave it because it would not drive. Ahmed Called a tow truck right away (No Charge) and found out that the caliper was hanging from the rotor and dragging preventing movement. On top of that, the Auto Hold wouldnt work, the back struts were grinding, and emission wouldnt pass. He replaced/fixed the struts, ECU, and Calipers, Did safety and emissions, Oil change, and tire rotation! Everything was for free and was so nice and calm about it!!!! I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure my car is ok. Ive had it now for almost 2 months and it drives like a brand new car! I highly recommend this place, saved so much money on a newer, very low mileage car! Ask about the 2 month warranty (thats what I got) and if you are a serious buyer he will actually let you take the car overnight just to try the car out for free.

My husband and I were in Salt Lake City looking for a slightly used car for our daughter as a high school graduation present. We went to M Power Auto Sales to look around. Immediately upon arriving at the lot I saw a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that looked very nice and clean. I asked the gentleman that came out to help us what the asking price and he quoted me a figure that was in our price range. It had low miles like we were looking for and seemed to be perfect for her. They encouraged us to drive the car and to even told us where the Hyundai dealer was located so we could go have it checked out. We did and the mechanic at the dealership took a look and said everything checked out. The salesman at Hyundai told us they couldnt touch the asking price and suggested that we had found a great deal. We ended up buying the car that day. We had a small issue with title when we tried to register it in another state and promptly contacted M Power Auto about it. They told us to send them the title and they would take care of the problem. They were always a phone call or text message away and kept us informed during the entire process. When it appeared the new title wasnt going to arrive before we were planning on surprising our daughter with the car, they went to the DMV and got a temporary plate for us and shipped it overnight (we live 2 hours away) so our daughter could legally drive her new car. Once the title arrived they called immediately to tell us they had it and would be mailing it to us next day air. I happened to be in the area, so I went by and picked it up. We were able to register it right away. M Power Auto was honest with us from the very beginning and held true to their word to help us! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a slightly used vehicle with low miles and in great condition!
