Went in today to buy some shoes for my son. A girl named Age (yes that’s what she goes by) was so helpful and sweet. She did a great job at helping my son get exactly what he wanted!

If you’re looking for a job don’t apply here. If you don’t want to be pushed into buying shoes because they need their commission don’t shop here. I felt completely discriminated against. Journeys has lost my business and everyone I know will no longer shop here as well. They don’t want to help you, they just want your money.

Within a minute of my husband and I walking in, an employee named Romero asked us what kind of shoes were looking for, and what size. 2 minutes later he brought out 5 pairs all of which were what we were looking for. Each pair had discounts which was a bonus as well! He was the most kind employee I have ever worked with, and knew exactly what we needed without asking too many questions. He was easygoing and funny as well. Give him a raise!!Thank you Journeys!

Loved it!! A guy named Tyrone helped me and he was super awesome!!! Kept giving me shoes and going back for sizes, everyone there was super kind and friendly! Very cute products, amazing customer service, definitely recommend!!

I honestly had a great experience in store. I was ordering a pair of shoes for my wife as a Christmas gift. I was promised 1-2 Business Day Delivery. I tracked my package every day and on the second business day still nothing changed on the status. I chatted in to the Journey’s site, that was a disaster. I kept getting told that I was charged $20 less than I was, I was refused a shipping refund and told that my order would be shipping in 3-10 business days now. The chat agent was very rude, impatient, unkind and unhelpful when it came to solving my issue. I ended up calling the customer support center and it seemed there no one had any idea what they were doing. I was put on hold multiple times to “ask a manager’s permission” about things regarding my order and was told two different shipping refund amounts. I leave town a day before my order was supposed to be delivered. I won’t be here when it arrives so I had it shipped to my in-laws house, then taking a look at the tracking after my call is all said and done, the ETA is after I leave my in-laws. I will most likely never order anything from this company again and I advise anyone reading this to find a different source to obtain the shoes you want.

Did some last minute Christmas shopping here so it was very busy. Came to find out they didn’t have the size I was looking for. Although the person I waved down to help me out was very nice, when I got in line to have a worker help me with an online order, the worker that was suppose to help me next waved the person behind me to come up instead simply because he helped her with her orders (so he gets commission I’m sure). The next worker became available quickly after so it wasn’t the biggest deal but I have never felt a worker’s greediness so much. They need to teach employees to help everyone, not just the ones that they know will be making them a buck.

There is a guy called Christian there who is very rude. I was in the store last weekend and he was very rude while helping me he had an attitude the whole time and he treated me as if I wasn’t going to purchase anything. He kept ignoring my questions and walking away as I would talk to him to help other people.I actually ended up buying some shoes $120. The shoes then ended up being defective so I decided to return them. When I went back to the journeys shop Christian is there again. He refused to return my shoes and told me he is a manager at the store which he then changed and said he’s a co manager and then said that I cannot return my defective shoes because they look worn out. Shoes I had just bought 3 days ago. The shoes had a bottom wrap that came off as you walk in the shoes and I had to test the shoes out after they were bought so the bottom wrap came off as they should the wraps are on the bottom to prevent any dirt on the bottom when tried on in store. Because of this Christian claims the shoes to have been worn out and not able to return. I had just bought them 3 days ago there is no way they are worn out. He wouldn’t even let me explain.

Sales girl literally asked me at least 10 times if I was going to buy the shoes I tried on or not, after me answering every time that I was “still thinking about it” and “still deciding”. It was super excessive, pushy and rude. I felt pressured to buy something which I did and then later returned that same day at a different journey’s location because I felt like I didn’t have time to just chill and deliberate whether I really wanted them or not while I was still in this store. I was just browsing shoes and trying to decide what I wanted after trying on some boots and the girl would not leave me alone. How about leave people alone unless they ask for something?

Girl seemed annoyed when helping us. She said everything that she shouldve said, but her stance and tone made it seem like she wanted us to leave. After getting two shoes for us, she left us alone. She gave us shoes to try on but left the laces untied. I went with my Hispanic wife and her brother and it seemed like she didnt want to talk to us. I didnt take journeys to be racist but thats the way the employee acted.

Great shoes but everytime I asked Cole to grab a pair of shoes (I only asked twice) he rolled his eyes at me. Severely disappointed in the service from this specific employee. When a asked for a 7 he came back with a 7.5 and then told me he only had a 7.5. Then I asked for a 6.5 and he came back with a 7. He deminer was lazy and annoyed. Will not come back to this location as he made me feel like burden the whole time.

Good selection and nice employees. I was able to exchange two pairs of shoes seamlessly even though I bought one at a sister-store. They just had the shoes mailed to me in the right size. My only complaint is minor and just that they were out of our size in several styles. But, it was Christmas time so I imagine this is the exception and not the rule. They have a tv playing cartoons which is good for keeping little ones happy but can be distracting if your little one needs to try shoes on.

I went in just to look, and told the girl that, and she said “are you sure?” Pretty sure lol. She watched me the whole time i was there, as soon as i picked up a shoe, she asked what size i needed, and i told her again that i was just looking, and then she said she’d bring my size out, and i said no once again, but she went back to get the shoe i looked at, and two other pairs that were not even my size, and that i didn’t even look at. I did not want to try them on because i was wearing sandals, and did not have socks, because i was only looking. She stared and watched me the whole time and made me feel so uncomfortable. After i told her i was going to pass, she seemed very annoyed. The workers were all standing around, and then the manager came out, and started yelling at them, telling them that he needs them to show effort and do actual work. I probably wont go back anytime soon, just an uncomfortable situation altogether.

Had a terrible experience. The girl I had helping me was very push and mean. When I didnt get the socks that she pushed down my throat she seemed very annoyed with me. Also since I spent more than $100 she claimed that I would get some type of discount, then claimed she gave it to me but didnt. Terrible customer service here.

This was thee worst service Ive ever had. The little blond was super annoying .. She kept giving dirty looks and when asking for a shoe size she seemed annoyed and made a few ignorant remarks. Something like privileged.. Never again.
