Cute place to get coffee and other drinks, there’s a good variety. Staff is quick with getting orders out, which was great. My drink didn’t have any issues, it tasted fruity and delicious. I’m always excited to go here when visiting the mall.

This coffee shop was exactly what I needed today. With all the Covid lockouts, its nice to have a place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.The drinks are good and the staff is friendly.

Just saying not great coffee. Not a fan, but that is my own opinion.Much better coffee places in Utah local if that, which are the best.Recommend High Point Coffee and HiddenPeak two of my favs. Its like you have to enjoy what your palate wants you to. Flavors are what gets me. Its like trying wine, whiskey or even coffees, yes it should be that whatever suites your palate but I wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking for that. Again my own opinion.

I ordered the Lavander Chai! AMAZING! At first I thought weeellllll Lavander??? But gave it a try. It was really good! Definitely will be stopping by again. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was my first visit and probably the last. They forgot to make my latte.On a question when can I get it done - sorry, our coffee maker is on a service.But when I mentioned that previous customer got hers in a few second earlier they told that coffee maker make coffee once in 15 minutes.Perfect reason for me to avoid this place.

Typical clothing store coffee shop in a mall. They did get my order correct and it came out in a reasonable amount of time given the line. All though my coffee could have been a bit warmer

Get some coffee.. talk about daughters, dogs, Barbara no big whoop...For really best iced coffee eva.. Im sure other things are great but they know my drink and usually have it ready before I even get to the register to order Im sipping on my caramel.. always get espresso in yer iced sh#t.. cold makes your drink good all day.. and 😎 you down on a hot day.. makes your mood better..So good.. ask Sam to make you a James special.. its a lil sweet and a lot delicious..

I was happy with the coffee.

Charming staff. Always extremely friendly. Coffee is served quickly and always tastes delicious. If you are ever unhappy they are willing to remake your drink at no cost. Five star for sure!

I love this hidden eatery. Its away from the for court and have great selection of coffee, pastries, and even teas. You will find it tucked away by Nordstrom.

Absolutely had the worst customer service from a young lady who made the coffee. We spent $36 and were given a cup that had spilled coffee all over it and the sleeve when asked for a rag or something a cup was tossed to us. Also asked for a sleeve she walked over got one stuck her arm out and kept walking and we had to catch up to her to get it. Never looked at us didnt say anything. So if you are there today May 25th 2019 at 11 am. Beware the young girl with her hair pulled up in a bun shouldnt be working there representing Nordstrom with an attitude like that.

Okay... I give people a lot of chances but almost every time I get a water from here, there is at least one fruit fly in it. Come on! Management has to be aware of this. This is disgusting.

Good recommendations from the staff and everyone was friendly. Service was fast even though it was very busy.

I come here for 1 thing the Mocha iced storm the last time i was there thus guy stuck his straw inside my drink and didnt say anything but my son saw him so i told the barista and she said to me the guy put his straw in it but didnt drink it but if you want i can make you a new one what a question was that she supposed to replace it and thats it

Not that good of coffee for the price. Staff is snobby except for one. I think because theyre connected to nordstroms they think that theyre a higher up coffee place which theyre not. Theyre just a run of the mill type coffee place.

Honestly the worst iced mocha Ive ever had. Was like chocolate milk but sweeter.
