Asked for a large hot chocolate and I got a large cup… half full! If I had wanted a medium, I would have ordered it. The quality of the hot chocolate is alright, but I don’t like being shorted.

Went through the drive through and was helped by Josh. He was personable and very friendly and it made my experience here so great! They made my drink perfectly and service was super fast.

You can always get a great cup of coffee, moca, blended coffee ☕ 😋. Just give them a wrong name. They can never spell mine ! Enjoy 😉

I love and appreciate the policy that you can work in the coffee shop without buying anything. I did that in this stop.

Line is crazy here. Pro tip: park in the parking lot then order your drink. By the time you would go through the drive through you’d be gone with your drink! This is a standard place with professional staff.

This is a nice Starbucks and it is in a nice location as well. They have plenty of space in this one and the staff is friendly. Plus it is right next to Murray park which is a must see if you are in the area.

The customer service was great! The only small problem is that there was bits of strawberry in my drink. I ordered a shaken espresso.

Through the pandemic, this location still rocks their menu. Their cheerful attitudes and efforts to perfect themselves and their patrons keep my confidence up and my desire to keep going there, strong. The food was hot and fresh. The tasty drinks were so fresh, we could tell thy whipped cream had just been made. Gotta love em!!!

Always excellent service. Super busy and super efficient this morning. Protein bites are good. Pink drink was perfection. Clean, kind, predictably excellent.

The last three times Ive came to this location they have made my drink or my husbands wrong. Today it tasted like burnt old coffee. I couldnt even drink it. Drive thru was full couldnt get turned around. Dont know whats going on with this location but Im done.

Friendly staff, and speedy service. Roomy interior with plenty of seating, plus outside terrace. Drive up option available which is great as parking is tight

So I will say that this place was nice and clean. It wasnt anywhere nearfull and Im sure it would have been better because the decor to me was boring. It didnt have the coffee house feel to it like some other Starbucks give. The lights were to bright and the colors in that shop were rather dull. Im not an inferior designer but when it says a coffee shop it needs to have that small sense of a cool Jaz feel like a lot coffee shops have. The walls were bare and had no pictures or any warm colors. The only identity it had for me was Starbucks, the one in AF or Orem have their own identity (besides brand name) with their warm colors, inviting music and what have you. So for me it was rather a dull experience despite me meeting up with a friend there.

The worst experience ever!!!! One of employees( short and blond ) had a nasty attitude. She messed up orders and was very rude. It was her fault but she yelled at customers. She was disgusting!!

Busy but efficient. Starbucks has made their menu much smaller and I miss several of the old standards! Nice Happy Hour in the afternoon and a great place to get some work done while staying caffeinated.

DISFUNTIONAL!!!!!I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I like to get a soy chai with light ice, and it came with more ice than i have ever gotten. i asked for another they did slightly better but still a regular amount of ice.I got a Banana nut bread and i asked for it cold not warmed up! guess how it came. WARM!!!I am never going back to this Starbucks worst experience ever

I love Starbucks but this location needs some improvements. I went through drive up this afternoon ordered 2 drinks it took 20 minutes then once I got to window they had me waiting another 20 minutes, they looked stressed and confused. They handed me my drinks and said sorry we forgot to add your heavy cream heres a cup of cream for you to add yourself. they had no ice as well. Worse experience

I really feel bad for the workers at this location. They have the drive through, mobile orders, and in person orders. It’s too many orders at once, you can really tell how hard they are trying but it’s impossible to get everyone’s orders out on time. They either need to hire more people or stop either the mobile orders or the in person orders. Nothing was wrong with my order and the customer service was great, but you can just tell they are overwhelmed.

38 minute wait in drive thru. Wasnt even overflowing. Ordered 1 muffin. Get to the window and they tell me they dont have any muffins. Literally the WORST drive thru experience of my life! NEVER returning. Could have dined in at the Cheesecake Factory before getting through that line. And I didnt even get my muffin!!!!! No apology no acknowledgement no nothing. Garbage place.

The staff cannot make a vanilla latte to save their life. Countless times I have gotten to work and thrown it right down the drain. Im only giving 2 stars because they never mess up my boyfriends drink. I stopped ordering vanilla lattes because there is a 2/10 chance it will be decent.

This has been my local starbucks since i was a kid, and the people who work there have always been so helpful!i missed my free drink on my birthday due to a covid scare, and i explained the situation to Lois and Gwen and they were both incredibly kind and accommodating. they honored the free drink and were so nice to me about it, and it made up for missing celebration on my birthday.i appreciate them so much, as well as the rest of the team and their willingness to work customer service during such a hard time in the world!

Five Stars for quality and service. Just note that this location has a long wait via drive thru. My avg is 10-15 mins even with app order ahead function. Beverages and requests are accurately blended or mixed.

Believe it or not, you can still get a good coffee and service with a smile for about 2 bucks. The world hasnt ended yet....

It was great this time when I went on the 9th they didnt feel one cup up and for what you pay they should feel it to the top not 1/4 of the way down

Im a traveling notary, and was told to sign inside of Starbucks. I bought a drink and it was amazing. Only leaving 4 starts because we had to sign outside while it was snowing.

Fast, friendly, and made my personalized drink just as requested.

I ordered two cups of coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. Got the sandwiches, but did not get the coffee cause I had to leave. Made my order at 9:15, by 9:25 my order still was not ready... Wasted $12 and 10 minutes of my life.Update: I went here the next day, and explained the situation — they made me new coffee. Excellent.

I get the cold brew almost every time and its great. This is a great Starbucks... i am here for business and was made to feel welcome very friendly staff and the do make an effort to know their customers... great coffee and pastries as Ive come to expect from all Starbucks locations... great place to relax after work or play. Get the cold brew and a sandwich or something.

Most of their drinks are completely over sugared. That matcha latte is pretty good and their new Impossible breakfast sandwich is sooooo good.

My friend and I have been sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous. They are taking about 5 minutes PER CAR. Maybe we will get our coffee in the next 15 minutes or so?

The cashier is very personable and friendly. There wasnt much of a wait. Everything just flowing smoothly.

I always go to many Starbucks locations, but this location is terrible. The service here is bad. I ordered a drink and they messed up my order. They were very rude and didnt want to remake it until I got mad. When they remade my drink they shoved the drink when giving it to me. I love Starbucks but the workers here needs to lighten up.

I have switched coffee places because we love to sit inside and talk with our friends and they refuse to open their seating areas.

Trevor and Cora make the best lattes, hands down. They are the reason for the five star! Being a former partner, I made my coffee for years and they get it right every time.

This is my favorite location, they get my drinks right the people are really nice, and they do not make a big deal if you order your drinks with almond milk.

I went here last week and it was the longest amount of time I have EVER WAITED IN A DRIVE THROUGH!

I love this Starbucks because its always clean & the staff is friendly. This is not my regular store; however, I do drop in at least once a quarter. The parking lot is busy because its shared with a Chipotle but dont let that deter you from this store. Its really roomy inside & it usually has the drinks the other stores run out of.

Just came in for 2 iced coffees @8 pm and I asked for extra Carmel drizzle and ex cream. The drinks tasted like coffee mixed with water ... and they forgot the extra Carmel I payed extra for ... I was shopping in the area and don’t live close by so they wanted me to come all the way back to remake them .. like not only was it trash but they want me to waste more gas to come back to get the correct tasting drink I should of gotten from the get. I would be more understanding if it was slammed and busy . But literally it looked closed that’s how empty they were at the time I came .. so I expected the drinks to be what I expected for having no customers. It’s cool though I’m prego and hormonal and need to vent Out my coffee addiction. 😂😂😂

Never go here if youre in any kind of a hurry. Every time I have been there it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Hands down the slowest startbucks I have ever been to. I wouldnt be suprised if this location doesnt last much longer because they are only capable of serving a small hand full of customers per hour.

This location is very busy however Ive always gotten excellent service. The baristas are friendly and fast.

A little slow but they are incredibly busy, all, the, time. I rarely come here because if how incredibly busy they are all, the, time but this is an exception because Im meeting a friend here before Anti gravity yoga.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks while in school to study for a few years. The outlets on the benches do NOT work, and of course the benches are my favorite place to study as Im most comfy (so few Starbucks have the soft benches!). This location recently got a remodel and the inside is lovely. New tables and chairs, and its just a lighter nicer atmosphere. Accept the outlets! They didnt fix them! So if you plug in your things juuuuust right, they will work. Otherwise, just be sure your laptop doesnt suck like mine does. =(

Please note: this location only has halted the take out option. I don’t think this is policy and they should be reported to corporate.Right now they are having all take out orders going through the drive thru..which effectively defeats the purpose. On top of that, if you try to call the store to cancel the order, they are sending your call straight to voicemail.I’d go elsewhere for the time being

The drinks are great and fun! It is a bit expensive however the taste makes up for it!

The last two times I have come to this location they have gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong. It was a basic order. A flavored latte. They didnt put ANY flavored syrups in it either time. My daughter also got a hot chocolate and they gave her a coffee.

I have just went in to Starbucks and love this place although today was not such a lovely moment, I waited in line for about 20 min and also the Venti was not filled all the way, not sure why! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

Starbucks is delicious, i just wished theyd understand what i want a ton of extra extra extra sea salt topping meant. Also they never seem to catch the no whip cream.Other than that theyre truly delicious, always friendly and nice.
