Husband broke his wrist today had confirmation of the prescription sent over From the doctor They said they couldnt find it Apparently a broken offset wrist carries no pain with it this is not the 1st time theyve lost prescriptions or delayed the Simple incompetence is one thing please try to do better this could mean a life 1 day

The people are that work here are ok from my experience; however it takes a miracle to get anyone to answer the phone. They seem very understaffed.

I recommend never using this pharmacy. They use to be okay when I first moved to Murray 6 years ago. The past two years have been completely awful. They are rude as hell and do not communicate any issues they may happen in refilling medication and will like straight to your face

I have never had such a poor experience at a pharmacy until I came here. I requested a refill of a medication I have been on for years online and went in the next day to pick it up only to be told I could not due to an insurance issue? My insurance has not changed. So I waited a few days then was told they were out of stock and to return tomorrow. This happened 3 days in a row after I waited in like for 30 minutes then on the phone for 30 minutes also. Today I went to pick up my prescription as I was told yesterday it would be in and was told it was not in stock. I have now gone 2 days without medication and will never be returning here. They are understaffed and highly unorganized. Don’t waste your time with

Have never had an issue with CVS stores, except in Murray Ky. They do not answer the phone in the pharmacy....Ive called 2 times today and was on hold for 25 minutes...first time I hung up...the next time I just kept my phone on speaker while I had lunch. They are understaffed..this is a college town so business has to be incredible...the nice girl that answered the phone apologized and acknowledged they are short staffed and have been for awhile. All I needed was to transfer an RX to the store because my extracare card isnt working properly. Going to have to switch pharmacies, if I had an immediate need...no one would answer the phone...rather unnerving and sad.

Rating on pharmacy. Pharmacy seems understaffed for the amount of work to be done, wait time on phone calls favors the impression that they are understaffed. Last employee that I spoke to on phone was very quick to get off of the phone. Never know which prescription we are getting when we go to pick something up because employees don’t tell us the name of the medication so upon getting home we open it to find it is not what we expected and what the app said was ready for pickup was not what we were given.

I do not recommend. the only reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance requires me to do so. it takes forever to reach someone on the phone. theyre not friendly and theyre grossly understaffed.

Pharmacy had me on hold for 45 minutes and even than they didnt answer and I had to call my doctor to get ahold of them to transfer my prescription. I know theyre not that busy.

Husband had an out patient surgery in Paris TnWas released with two scrips on the same paper. One scrip was for an anabiotic and the other was a pain medication. CVS would not fill it because pain meds were to be on separate scrip paper, the Doctor was out of state just all kinds of excuses ok I go over to Walgreens they ask for ID date of birth address insurance card (by the way we are both retired senior citizens) they said give us 15 minutes we’ll have it readyI have been using CVS for years but that is the last timeWalgreens on the Conner of health and happiness

First time I called in, a male who answered was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to at CVS, and did not transfer my prescription as requested. I called three more times and was on hold for a total of 45 minutes and still didn’t get service. I had to have another CVS pharmacy call them in order for them to answer and transfer my prescription.

Helped me get my foreign passport photo done (size and all are different). I went to two other stores first but was told they didnt have that frame and couldnt do it. The young lady (Rachel) at CVS was very patient and helped me figure things out, and even tried to help me save money! Im very grateful.

Been in decline for a while used to be 24 hours both pharmacy and store but now the hours are cut way back. If the cut the hours much more they might as well merge with the bank accross the street.
