I purchased an inflatable costume a few weeks ago. I went to try it on and put batteries in it. The blower worked for about 10 seconds and then stopped. It would not turn back on. Batteries were brand new and tried different sets.I tried exchanging for the same item. I was told they could NOT exchange it because I didnt have the receipt. I wasnt trying to get money back or a different item, I just wanted them same costume but working.For someone that Halloween is my biggest holiday and spend hundreds of dollars every year on decorations and coatumes, I will never come back to Spirit.

The Murray store is poorly managed and the associates offer dismal customer service. Do not recommend the Murray location.I had a much better experience at the Midvale store. Its a Halloween store.Obviously, get there early in the season for the best selection.Prices are about what youd pay online, comparable to Amazon.That said, the older I get the more I complain about spending $40 to $60 for something my kids will wear once.

They have masks costumes for all ages and many Halloween items.

Its okay. Theyve got some unique costumes and accessories. It just seemed expensive and a bit sparse, but it could be due to Covid. Staff was very helpful though.
