They told me I could return an item if it doesnt fit. When I went to return it they said their policy is exchanges only. I bought a lot of items from them and no longer need anything else for Halloween this year. They wouldnt even give a me gift card to use next year. I will never shop here again. Amazon is more convenient, had more options, and takes returns.

Can someone help me, there was this girl with purple hair. I thought she was pretty and i liked her purple hair. I was gonna talk to her for a bit but i was a LITTLE nervous. It was at night time.

Completely unprofessional! There was only one employee for closing while her other coworker bailed on her! Needs better staffing and needs to not close early.

Tried to go here and they werent even open. Kind of embarrassing for them since the hours are literally posted on the door. Unprofessional. Go to Spirit! They are amazing. Friendly staff, amazing selection, open on time! And they give you a 20% coupon!

It was okay, had a good selection, Im sure it would have been better if I hadnt of waited until last minute, but would probably look here again for a costume.
