I had a great experience with this store and the manager, Jane I think was her name, and the assistant manager, I believe his name was Anthony. They were both helpful and polite. I will definitely go back again in the future.

Victor was very friendly and fair, but the big guy managing him was an absolute jerk and seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. Openly mocking customers seems like a questionable business decision to me. Im not surprised that the shop was empty during what should be the busiest time of day. First and last time doing business with this shop, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you dont mind them being incredibly unprofessional and making jokes amongst themselves about you right in front of you. Based on other reviews this is a recurring theme at this place.

I went in needing help, and Anthony was here, on shift guiding me with a loan. I truly appreciated his time, and friendly personality he made me feel welcome, and comfortable. And walked me through everything.

The guy there today was a bit of a... yeah. Wheres all the nice ladies that worked here? Sad they close sunday as well. Always go here every weekend with my husband. Wont come back.

I seen the past reviews and I dont believe them they are amazing and so helpful they helped me get exactly what I want Id totally refer friends there price and whats available was great I even asked for a specific items and they called me when they got it. Great experience!!!

Seriously I have never been or seen anyone be so judgemental and rude in all my life! There was no reason for the Asst. Manager/ Supervisor to not just say no to pawning our items but to raise her voice and mock us is outta line. I hope you anyone reading this will choose somewhere else take their business...

Used to be the best pawn shop around. Recently theyve fallen off. Their interest is 5% higher than a lot of others nearby. They have a smaller older lady named liz or something that talks down to most customers in addition to just being flat rude. Theres better shops nearby or ask to deal with anyone other than her.

I just called one minute ago and I asked the lady who answered if they took titanium rings. Her reply was, No sir. Unfortunately we do not. And then ended with, Thank you for checking with us. Wow! Perfectly and sincerely stated. Whoever this lady was (she gave her name but I did not hear it) she deserves accolades. I have done a lot of in person business there and the rep Mason has the best personality for this business. He cares and is super laid back. I love this store.

Theyve gone completely downhill used to be great but people are now short and discourtious and dont care about helping or anything. Dont explain things or notify about anything. Go accross the st to big dog pawn

Scammy place with overpriced items!! I tried to buy some items and asked for a discount and they couldn’t give me even for like $5 off!! They give you so little for gold it’s a joke. I’d recommend other pawnshops other than this one

I use this store regularly and always have good customer service. I read through some of the comments before deciding to leave one. If you are looking for a chipper cheerleader type greeting (a fake smile and rehearsed lines) when you walk in the door, then you need to go to the mall instead. The staff here are not sparkly but they are polite. They will help you when you ask but they do not have time to hover over you while you look in case you have a question. Also, Jay, I hope you will see this. I do not see how you felt slighted by the staff member questioning your use of your boyfriends card. I actually praise them for being cautious. It has become rare for cashiers to take the time to look at the card, or even you. As long as it works, they do not care. I believe, at least I hope, you would appreciate their efforts if someone had stolen your card and was attempting to use it there.

I went all over to many pawn shops, and BY FAR THIS WAS THE BEST!!!I got immediate service, I got the best price for the ring I was selling, in fact Cash America beat every pawn shop in town!! I will ALWAYS go there first, no need to shop around, if youre looking to sell, go to CASH AMERICA!!!!

They have great staff and l get great service as soon as I walk in the door.And they have never turned me down on anything I have taken in there.By far this is the best pawn shop that I use.

Had a pleasurable purchasing experience here, even had to return an item which went smoothly. Make sure to purchase the 15/30 day return option if you buy something that your worried about, otherwise you can;t return it - generally speaking.

The manager has a bad attitude and treats every one like a crack head!! Brought in a $1000 new tool and had nerve to say all I can do is give you $100 . They pray on the week if you not desperate save your self the insult and stay home!!

Awful, worst consumer experience of my life. I was dealing with a middle aged, short, hispanic woman who I believe is the lead pawnbroker or some other position w/minor authority. While I was trying on jewelry she was somewhat distracted and acted annoyed that I kept trying on more stuff. Then she was looking at my jewelry as if she didnt understand how I would have so much. When making a purchase, I pulled out my boyfriends debit card and a look crossed her face as if now it makes sense, shes committing credit card fraud. She had already asked for my info(which they shouldnt need to do for a purchase, they dont need an account on everyone) and she smirked blatantly and said this isnt your card. I explained it was my boyfriends card who was waiting in the car. I said Id go get him and she smirked big time, and said yeah ok youll come back sarcastically. I realized she thought I was using a stolen card and was gonna run, so I called my bf. When waiting for him, she asked me for his DOB. I didnt realize why, but told her. She asked him for his ID, and when she had it she began quizzing him on his date of birth, and other info. He was dumbfounded, and I realized she thought he was using someone elses ID and debit card(which is why she asked me to verify his date of birth before he came in). Throughout this process, she was blatantly rude. This was all done for a DEBIT CARD PURCHASE, debit cards dont require ID because there is a PIN number! I allowed her to confirm it wasnt fraud, then took the card back, and Im so glad I didnt give money to this awful company. I left feeling degraded. For her to be asking me his birthdate before he has entered the store is ludicrous. For her to have his ID and be quizzing him on the info is so insulting. Im sure she will say she was following procedure, but this was not. She was accusing us of committing fraud, probably because of our young age or something. Or maybe shes so used to dealing with the unethical pawns that she assumes she can treat everyone that way. Horrible, rude woman with awful customer service even before this started happening. Anyone who knows me knows I buy a lot of jewelry, so its a big loss for them.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The Hispanic lady is rude as heck and is very disrespectful. The last 3 times Ive came here to get a pawn loan on something she disrespects me and argues with me about every little thing possible. She should not be working here. She also requires a receipt of purchase for anything which isnt fair. So please dont waste youre time going here with this disrespectful women working here. She also low balls you on everything, I had a brand new iPad Air 3 an she tried offering me 25$ pawn loan. This place is a joke.

I bought a roko smart tv in the box for 200$ stored it in storage until my place was remodled plugged it in wont connect to the internet it keeps shutting off and they wont do anything about it they shouldnt be in business ripping people off now im stuck with this tv that doesnt work thanks cash pawn you suck

When you think pawn shop, a few not so pretty words come to mind, i.e. soulless drones, scammers, ripoff extraordinaires. The midvale location in my experience, is the exception. They are very fair, super friendly, and go above and beyond as far as the past five years ive been doin business with this location. I hope you guys read this. Thank you for being genuine, and for your outstanding service. It is greatly appreciated.

This location is horrible the customer serves rep Caren lies to us in regards to our recent layaway. Horrible place to do business.
